A simple comparison:

GTEL Volume: 34,331,896
AAPL Volume: 23,265,418
DELL Volume: 20,047,736

I have a feeling AMEX is in the near future...

No Doubt. The reports say they plan on being listed on AMEX before the end of March(1st Qtr).

Then we'll really see some volume!

Well, I'll be paying myself back with interest, so I'm not losing anything. Win, win, situation. Pre-tax money, until I withdraw from etrade anyways.

IMHO, If we get news on anyone of these three things the stock will jump.

1) That all is on schedule laid out previously
2) News of the impending AMEX listing
3) Or, FAA aproval of Sanswire 1

Like I said, my opinion only.

To keep the shareholders updated on the schedule of events and progress of the construction of Sanswire One, the following is guidance for the next 45 days.

February 16th - The propulsion team will arrive from the United Kingdom to install the engines and the guidance systems for Sanswire One.

February 21st - The rigid airframe will be complete and ready for FAA inspection. The airframe must be inspected before the final covering is placed on the airship.

February 28th - The final section of batteries will arrive from Germany. Shipments of the batteries will start arriving February 16th. Once all the batteries have arrived the final installation will be completed and tested.

March 1st - The final inspection of internal systems followed by the installation of the airship outer covering. FAA approval to be obtained before the final cover is applied to Sanswire One.

March 4th - The solar photovoltaic, which generate the majority of the power used on Sanswire One will be delivered by U.S. vendor and installed the following week.

March 15th - Testing of lifting gas cells will commence and final systems checks and structural inspections by all the section teams.

March 16th - Payload installation will be complete, including the first of three different packages that will be tested over the next 30 days.

March 23rd to 25th - the scheduled launch window. This will be decided based on the successful completion of the aforementioned processes and weather conditions. Updates will be provided one or two weeks before the launch to plan a public viewing of the airship and the date of the launch. There will be a video link on the GlobeTel website of the launch.

I'm not expecting the FAA report til late today or rather more likely tomorrow. Got to give those FAA inspectors some time to write up the report...so it might even be days later. However, it all depends on how you read the March 1 text. It could still come out today. [Razz]

Just don't get disappointed/worried if it doesn't.

FAA inspections are probably mighty frustrating to the engineers who are building the Stratallite. They will disagree about things ,no big deal. So,anticipate delays.

Here it is:

Press Release Source: GlobeTel Communications Corp.

GlobeTel Announces Agreement With Banco Azteca
Tuesday March 1, 9:53 am ET

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2005--GlobeTel Communications Corp. (OTCBB:GTEL - News) today announced that the company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Banco Azteca, the fifth largest financial institution in Mexico and part of the Salinas Group of Companies (Grupo Salinas). The agreement with Banco Azteca further cements GlobeTel's position in Mexico serving the Latin American market segment.
The LOI will establish the framework for creation of a detailed contract between Banco Azteca and GlobeTel whereby GlobeTel will add stored value services and functionality to existing Banco Azteca VISA debit cards and support the bank's enhanced stored value services for their cards. At present, GlobeTel personnel are working closely with the Banco Azteca team on the initial stage to develop the technical infrastructure that will enable over 2.5 million Banco Azteca issued debit cards with prepaid long distance calling functionality to be used both in Mexico and the United States.

Both Banco Azteca and GlobeTel are working on further contract details which will not only include GlobeTel serving as a "Stored Value Services Enabler" of Banco Azteca's existing card products and services but also for Banco Azteca and GlobeTel to work together to jointly develop new product and service offerings that will further benefit the market segment.

Timothy Huff, CEO of GTEL, stated: "It is our honor to be working with an organization such as Banco Azteca and on a larger scope, Grupo Salinas. The relationship we are creating further expands on our commitment to not only the Latin American market segment but further clarifies our continued growth and business concentration in the Mexican market. We feel that our relationship with Banco Azteca will be a long, profitable and beneficial arrangement to both firms in our long-lasting efforts to support one of the most rapidly growing market segments.

According to Gloria Albarran, Director of Bank Cards for Banco Azteca: "We've been looking for new products and services for our existing and new card products and programs that would bring additional untapped revenue through increased card usage. At the same time, these new products will deliver additional value and services to our cardholders. The partnership with GlobeTel will do just that for our card programs."

Right here, George. Buy, Buy, Buy. I'm awaiting to hear back from my bank on a wire transfer that is going to my brokerage account around noonish today. Gotta buy more GTEL and MSEP before the big news comes out on these.

Here is an extract from the Jan. 10th Letter to share holders talking about today's PR. It is interesting to note that while the inpending launch has gotten most of the attention, they remain focused on the other divisions of the GTEL company. Note that this marks that first of the two milestones listed.

"Today, at the beginning of Year Three, we are poised at two important milestones for our Company:

Milestone 1: The Expansion of our Stored-Value Program; and

Milestone 2: Sanswire's Launch of the Stratellite.

Expansion of our Stored-Value Program:
We have invested heavily in developing the infrastructure, business and partnering agreements, products, services and support over this past year to effectuate these initiatives. We have described these products and services and their progress in various press releases.

We will expand our Stored Value programs in Mexico, the Philippines and India, the three largest money remittance markets in the world.

We will begin expansion by adding calling card functionality to millions of debit cards in Mexico in the first half of 2005 and will repeat the process in India and the Philippines.
We will also expand our prepaid calling services into new markets in the second half of 2005.
A full telephony product line will be introduced in the first quarter of 2005 and launched in key markets by June 2005.
Our goal is to have 6 million Stored-Value cards and over 1 million MasterCard money remittance customers worldwide by 2006."
