Yes Thorn, There is a risk , but IMO this company ( GTEL ) will be ok. I don't think NASA would get involved if there wouldn't be any chance of being successful with this programm ( Stratellite ) JIMO

i use a strategy on these "anticipation" stocks.... say i want to have X number of shares during the test-flite....
i start buying early...and i accumulate2X-3X-4X-5X times as many shares as i want to hold on the critical day....
plaenty of people are going to buy in on the anticipation, and many will wait till the last minute...USUALLY the PPS will rise BEFORE the anticipated event....
i sell off whatever "extra's" i have and hold my "leftover's" often already in a profit status...("free" shares)

IF we see a pre-flite PPS of .25?that means that if you BUY 3X what you want to have at todays prices and sell 2/3 of them at .25, you will be sitting pretty good for the flight one way or the other

this won't pull back much...it's got way too much mommentum...it has a big OS...it also isn't likely to runup very fast either, just like a freight train, or the govt..

I have a good feeling about this stock too. It's overbought right now. There's got to be a sell off coming.

That means I'm happy with what profit I've taken. If it goes up, I can jump in and catch the rise; if it goes down, I can buy it at a lower price and then ride up.
I guess it means I have my doubts about it doing much more today.
