You Cindy Sheehan wannabes MAKE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH! Every single person here contradicts themselves without knowing it.
I for one, support OUR President, George W. Bush, our Government, I supported BOTH John Roberts and Alito to the Supreme Court seats, I supported the War on Terror, I LOVE THE USA and I get labeled as the bad person?
I AM AN AMERICAN! I AM A CONSERVATIVE! I AM A REPUBLICAN! I AM PROUD OF THIS COUNTRY! However, I am NOT proud of the anti-Americans like "MOST" of you here that would publicly bash everything this country once stood for. This country was created with values and morals but all you liberal nut cases constantly bash and try so hard to make those values and morals disappear that once made this country grow. The question is WHY? Look at you people! The only thing you people care about these days are.....
1. Banning Prayer from our public schools
2. Taking the Ten Commandments out of our Government buildings
3. Giving homosexuals special privileges when it comes to gay marriage, rights, healthcare and so on. WHY? There's NOTHING special about gays!
4. Constantly threatening and bashing OUR President who leads this nation and keeps us safe from terrorism.
5. What does PRO-CHOICE mean? If you're pro-choice, then you are considered a baby killer! You're no different than Al Qaeda or Terry Nichols or Steven McVeigh or whatever the hell his name was. YOU'RE A KILLER!
6. You teach children that it is "OKAY" to smoke pot and use illegal drugs since MOST of you brag about so much.
7. You teach children that is is "OKAY" to become a HOMO since MOST of you support gays, gay rights and gay marriage.
8. You believe it is okay for 2 HOMO males or 2 HOMO females to adopt a child and raise them so therefore, that poor child can one day become gay and make this land into a gay land which God did not intend for us to do, therefore you are PROMOTING homosexuality to children.
9. ANG LEE is ONE SICK INDIVIDUAL! Knowing all "your kind" of people are all over this country would pay for this kind of perversion, Ang Lee decides to make a satanic homosexual film about 2 cowboys that fall in love with each other to PROFIT from all you idiots that promote homosexuality. Ang Lee isn't a stupid MOFO, I know. When there's money to be made, Lee makes a gay movie and you gay supporters flip out the money to go see it. Where does that money go to? Ang Lee.....

Why would any body want somebody like Pat Robinson for president of this country. He is just what our Founding Fathers were running away from a religious crazy that some how got there screw ball ideas of Christianity codified into civil law some how which made you a criminal if you did not think the same way. And that is the main reason the founding fathers were so plain about the seperation of church and state.

Yes perception (and thought association) is wholistic and not bit-by-bit constrcution from neural cues. This is because, as Karl Pribram and others assert, brain processing is holographic or holonomic by which an object wave (with wave encoded data) merges with a reference wave (of memory associations) to produce an interference product (new association) in a chain of perceptual processing.
Neurons process data in wave form where wave fequency and amplitude can be represented in pulses of phase data.
The environment is also holographic - we don't sense objects in the environment, we sense wave information from the environment.

I haven't seen the movie, so I'll be honest and respectful enough to integrity to have the good grace not to bash it or praise it.
What I can't see is why anyone wants to bash it if they haven't seen it. Did it let out a family secret?

I haven't seen it--and prolly won't--however, I also post on a board with plenty of folk who have serious, life-changing reasons to talk about it.
From what I can tell? It's a story about two homosexuals, in a situation that's not changed *near enough* since the era of its setting. They're in the closet, and lie and cheat on their spouses. Apparently there's a wistful, longing moment at the end that some feel is well done.
The bottom line? pun if ya like--they are *not* leading authentic lives. The spouses' tragedy is glossed over and barely mentioned, AGAIN, according to the reviews I've seen...
and the point? when homosexuals can lead authentic lives--fewer wrecked marriages, that got wrecked by the closet. If ya can't identify with adults, think about the kids...
