We were formally known as Attorney Services of Santa Clarita Valley based in Los Angeles, CA but too many people thought we were actual attorneys and kept calling to inquire about legal representation. I don't do much of that anymore. All I do now is trade online. I've got a 60/40 partner who was once my protege that runs and operates the business with a small staff.

yep sold out quite awhile ago... repoing in Wash DC/MD/ No. VA ain't like other places... always plenty of jobs and money flowing thru there... people ain't as likely to shoot first, ask questions later in cities/suburbia.... most of 'em saw it as a game... and it was amazing how many had the money by 9AM the same day/night... we had a sixty-day letter law....they knew i was coming, and they would almost alwyas say "i thought i had another few days" and smile sheepishly
city boyz with their 9mm? most of 'em can't hit a barn door further than 15-20 feet anyway...no place to practice.... all hat and no beef....
i was alwyas most "concerned" when i went down into St Mary's and Charles Counties... they were still more or less rural in the 90's... the "possible" good ol' boys sittin' in a dark second floor window with a deer rifle made my hairs stand up a little

I haven't sold out completely since slowing down in the process service business. I still own 40% stake of the company. This young kid at the time who bought the majority of the business who worked as an independent contractor for me during the early beginning was my protege in this field of work. Since he owns 60% of the company, I guess you can say he's technically my boss now. It seemed like he was meant to do this sort of work and enjoyed every minute of it more than I did. So when time came to slow down a bit after doing this crap since 1997, I asked him if he'd like to take over the daily operations. So far, he's doing a great job at being the general manager and it seems like he's got a great future with the company. I still serve from time to time whenever he's overwhelmed with legal papers that need to be served but that's about it. I'm pretty much through with this business. I've had a few run-ins with some crazies, a few brawls, was shot at in South Central part of Los Angeles, came close but missed and almost stabbed by this crazy head chef of a restaurant in downtown L.A. after serving him court documents regarding sexual harassment towards a waitress. I'm just a middleman and not involved with either party but some people don't understand that so they take it out on me.

HOLY SH*T MAN! for a "christian" (mind the " ") your posts sure seem cruel DWE! A couple of things... Heterosexuals do NOT have a monopoly on morality, in the same way that not all gays are perverts. Secondly, hating 10% of the population and calling them "filth" just because of what gender they're attracted to (meaning even though you don't know my loving and awesome gay brother, you still think he's filth, right?), and wishing death and AIDS upon someone, that is FAR from being a christian! It's a disgrace to christianity, it's hurtful and mean, and any decent person here would agree with me.
Christianity is NOT about hate, and even though I don't know you IRL, the way you sounded in your posts, you can make all kinds of illusions, but you sir are NOT a true christian! NOT if you talk like that, cause that was f*&$#*g mean!
You know gang, this kind of extremism is exactly what's destroying christianity. I am no longer surprised to hear that people close to me don't want to be associated with this religion any longer, because of these crazy fundamentalists. I don't blame them one bit. All I see is intolerance and pure hate, and in their quest for a "moral society", they scare everyone away. Bashing gays (and in some extreme cases, gays' funerals), abortion clinics, harry potter (WTF HAHA), etc, they've simply stopped loving, and "live and let live" is not a mantra they go by... it's not the christian religion I know and grew up with, and the sad thing is that a vocal minority is the cause of all of this
And this is exactly why I wouldn't want Pat Robertson for president. You see, I'm all for separation of church and state, because christianity is not the only religion in the US, and a 2000 year old book should not be the basis for the law of ALL people (what can I say, a televangelist as the most powerful man on the planet, that's pretty scary! haha)
and one final note, isn't it funny how homophobes are OBSESSED with people's sexual orientation?!
