Actually, i am not a basher, i am a shareholder. I think the pps will go up nicely in the near future, but it is unlikely that it will go up as high as some are predicting. I can not go into very much detail on this because i do not believe the sender wanted it to be plastered all over the net, but i will tell you what i can (almost all of which you can find in recent PR's). As far as i know, iBiz does not hold any licesnses to the technology that is used in their virtual keyboard. If you read the PR's, you will see that it is Enterprise capital AG that holds a license with VKB ltd. (in this post, VKB is a company name, not an abbrieviation for virtual keyboard) who developed the technology used in the virtual keyboard. Maybe iBiz has no direct relationship with VKB (cough cough)? Ken schilling responded to an email i sent him asking about his relationship with that company. 4 days later, a PR came out clarifying ibiz's relationship was with enterprise. Ken also made some statements on the 2nd or april regarding things that would happen within a certain timespan. This timespan has come and gone, nothing has happened. This may be a result of somethig totally out of his, or the companys control. In my opinion, it seems as if they want to release the highest quality product they can, but i do not know this for sure. Again, there is a possibility that we will see products with virtual keyboards built into them in a few months time.

ttmaster- I can assure you i know alot about this company. I am not a basher. I am invested in this company and im not selling my shares based on what i know, nor am i suggesting that you sell yours.

We're rising from here I guess, anyone got their virtual keyboard yet? I wanta know how good it works. Cause I was tapping my finger nails against piece of woods, and it starting to bother me with the noise and hurting finger nail. So let me know how good it works for ya guys. =)

I think you need to trim your nails.

Good news is these things are on the way with no more PRs about delays. Hope we climb every day in anticipation before they tell us "VKBs have made land fall!"

Very good luck to you!

Here is a responee I received directly from V K B regarding their VKB licensing and iBiz...

Thanks for your inquiry of April 2.
VKB is a technology developer and relies on manufacturers for the marketing and promotion of its accessories line.
Although iBiz's virtual keyboard is powered by VKB, we do not have a direct business relationship with Ibiz.

One of our manufacturers has a license to distribute one accessory, and has a contract with iBiz.

For embedded applications such as phones/PDAs, automotives, medical devices, computers, aviation or others (see our website), VKB works directly with OEM/ODM and large manufacturers.

Please feel free to contact me at anytime if I can be of further assistance.

Kindest Regards

BTw, ypur email above will finally let others see that iBiz WILL NOT see any moeny that comes from virtual keyboards that are built into phones or pda's like many peope believe. This is why i saidf we will see them very shortly, and mr neves told me this personally i one email (i have recieved several from him over the past weeks).

VKB's confirmation of a relationship with one of their manufacturer's (Endeavour) and IBIZ is a positive sign.

For awhile many have doubted or had lingered with the thought we would see no product at all, which is why the current pps has been frozen.
All of the current PDA's and handheld pc's will be their initial market, with schools and medical facilities sure to follow. The in-bed technology is still some time away (3 to 9 months), and from what had been said many times by Ken is that IBIZ intends to enter this market by summer. To be seen, but growth and development can take flight once IBIZ is soon established.

You're 100% right Bo! Soon as he has this thing established new product development will take flight. The next Company that gets the Keyboard to market will be more than 6 months from now & it will not be stand alone. If Ken uses his advantage wisely he will have IBZT in an excellent market position.

IBiz will have nothing to do with virtual keyboards that are integrated in devices such as pda's or phones. VKB has licenses with large corporatins for this. Mario Neves, VP of VKB, said we will see these types of products in a few weeks time.

I was a product managaer at LogicaCMG up till Feb. last year and I still maintain a strong releationship with Nokia,Samsung,Ericson,Motorolla,Nortel,LG, etc,,, and I can tell you that none of these have even started proto-typing PDA's or mobile phones with intergrated VKB's. I assure you that anyone who would think that the VKB technology in it's current state could be intergrated into a mobile phone is off his rocker! Two words, "TOO" "BIG". Mobile phones are already 12-22 board layers thick and the GERBER data is off the chart, no way this is gonna happen in the next 18 months. And if you do not think this is true send email info request to each company with your idea and I assure you they will respond with great humor. The only good solution at this time is a VKB intergrating Blue Tooth, which is exactly what IBIZ has on the work bench.

TimN88: I believe this information should be available to help people make a decision as to their investment. There is nothing that I posted of a confidential nature. There are 'rumors' going around about the licensing agreements, and this clears up the who/what/when/how about it.

Reality is, if you are going to make statements, you need to have some hard proof to back it up. Anyone can say this or that, but those of us that put our money where our mouth is are not going to just take thing baseless postings as fact. The fact is that if IBZT can bring this VKB to market 1st we get the exposure, then when others are fighting over what has become a commodity one word: BLUEDOCK! So, you see the VKB is not life or death for this company, as long as they are the first to market. BTW, since I am the only that mentioned basher I assume you were referring to me, you big bad keyboard commando. LOL, give me break life is to short.

People are dumping. What a joke! I am really beginning to think that the management can't come through on what they say. If by Friday there is no announcement of units shipping, then I think I am going to sell what I have and move on to something else. Tired of seeing all the other movers and this one going no where. Basher, no! Frustrated, yes! I am here to make money, not watch it sit and do nothing. Just being honest!

Endeavour Capital no longer exists. They are now Enterprise Capital AG. It is this company that holds a non-exclusive license (read: NON-exclusive) with VKB to make products using their technology.

A meeting...about what? That they will start shipping at the end of April/beginning of May! Like I said, Friday is my sell day unless something great happens!

Starting to get really discouraged myself.

I swear, if there's ever a class-action lawsuit against this company, I'm going to be in on it.

But hopefully we will have news of shipping and sales figures soon.

ABOUT IBIZ....i saw the picture about the cover of the may pop sci magazine. is that issue currently on the shelves? does anyone know if specifically ibiz is named in it? this could be a good booster on the stock like a turbo on a sports car. when the heck is this "launch" going to happen? It will....lets not forget this was just like QBID...around the 0.002x & then in less then 1 week it got to a high of 0.08 & consolidated between 0.035 & 0.04...

Only news of VKB shipment confirmed or revenue numbers will start pushing this up....which I believe sooner or later will happen....Patience...Patience.....Patience...is whats needed here...

That is just a 'date'. They haven't been told by iBiz when to expect them, so they are just covering themselves.

I just called MP and spoke with Shawn in sales. They still have an ETA for tomorrow, but due to the fact that the ship dates have been changed numerous times by the manufacturer and if they were coming in tomorrow, they would already have some confirmation of that, they moved the date to May 15th.

I guess this means I can average down after the price drop
