The basher comes in and utters all sort of nonsense, condemning IBZT and its CEO. Now the ardent supporter and ally of the basher is buying into IBZT? So sad to know so many people were tricked into dumping IBZT.

Technology Corp. (IBZT, Trade), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, will exhibit at CeBIT in Hanover, Germany from March 18th 2004 - March 24th 2004 in the USA Communications Pavilion Booth # A12.

The next news will probably have to do with this and will then be promptly followed by shipping news and news of new contracts and such. or possibly something fluffy will come out next week to get things rollin.

Good Luck,

3 months chart...
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=IBZT,uu[m,a]daclyyay[db][pb5!b10][vc60][iUg!Lp66,5,3]&pref=G

I will say that the charts has holded up pretty good...considering that the news of the sales really has not come out...CEO scandal will be forgotten once the numbers come out & everybody knows that....

My only concern at this time is that it broke the 0.04 support & it is lurking near the 0.34 support line...

This company has products...lets not forget that...I will not be posting the products, but just by doing a search you can find a lot of DD.

This thread is kind of killing the stock...too much battle & negative connotation...& too long...

I recommend starting a new one.

I am still holding strong...

This is not an Intel or Cisco, this is pennyland & everything that is happening here is the risk of Pennyland...if you want to compare this stock with a real lying CEO check the PRs of RNKE (This is not bashing).

Here's an excerpt from a post on MSN's boards:

******************************************
.....Plus I got some news from an email I sent to IBZT. I asked them several questions. In particular when are they going to start shipment and when will they be at full capacity in manafacturing the VKB. The second email was reference to the spin off and if it was aimed at killing IBZT while starting new under a new ticker symbol. Their reply:

Synosphere has four employees. The virtual keyboard is manufactured in Israel. Within four months, the production capability will be one hundred thousand virtual keyboards per month. The Circuit City order has a delivery date of March 15, 2004. IBZT will be issuing additional press releases as it concludes negotiations with other major retailers. The latest word we have from the company is that they will start shipping the virtual keyboard around the end of the month

The virtual keyboard will continue to be owned by IBZT. The spinoff will bring in new technology to be marketed by IBZT.

I think this is good news! Especially since allot of us have been a little edgy with no up days for a week. Hang in there!!!!!
********************************************

I thought the 100,000 manufacturing capacity was interesting. Of course there is no way to verify this information, but I have personally sent emails to iBIZ recently and gotten responses, so who knows. Like anything else on this board, take it for what you will, and always do your own DD.

Disclaimer: I really don't know schitt about investing, I just like gambling!

In my "OPINION" IBZT is a super buy anywhere under .04 so LOAD UP. Look at the chart history on this puppy she points North every few weeks and runs up thru the 40s like there is no resistance. Its a good long hold play also. You can swing trade it or position trade it but for a penny stock its one of the better. Like I said that is all opinion do your own research/DD. Just dont sell under the 4s on this stock becouse thats like BURNING your dang money.

The shipment of the VKBs is on track. A small shipment will come in next month, and by April, mass production will begin after fine tuning of the production line is completed.

Large buy up orders going through.

I cannot predict how high it will go, but I do know that by June, news on the progress of the VKB for cellphones and pocket PCs would be out. What do you think it will do to IBZT?
After that, the quarterly report will be out. This will include sales of the VKB for sure.
Then we'll hear about the BLue Dock.
What do you think?

The Virtual Keyboard, Is (Not) Here Now!!!
LONDON, February 27 /PRNewswire/ --
The Virtual Keyboard makes data entry to Smart Phones, PDA's (Personal
Digital Assistant), or laptop PC's comfortable, convenient and fun!!!
i.Tech Dynamic Ltd., part of the Hutchison Harbour Ring Ltd. group and an
approved supplier to first tier major global brands such, has a worldwide
license for manufacturing, marketing and sales for this astonishing product
that is based on technology developed by VKB Inc. i.Tech will be presenting
the final commercial version of this breakthrough mobile accessory at the
3GSM conference in Cannes February 23-26. The product will also be showcased
at the 3GSM Fashion Show alongside other i.Tech Dynamic products.
The Virtual Keyboard steers the IT & mobile communication industry into a
new era: this device projects the image of standard size QWERTY keyboard onto
practically any flat surface. An infrared system senses the letters and
numbers typed by the users and communicates them by wire or radio frequency
to a PDA, mobile phone or laptop PC. This initial external solution is as
easy to use as a conventional computer keyboard, it is also a desktop space
saving alternative for casual typists in both the household & business sector.
The Virtual Keyboard is based on a chipset that is also easy to integrate
directly into PDAs and mobile phones. "Now mobile phones or PDAs can at last
have a full-sized keyboard" explains Jonathan Curtiss, President of VKB Inc.
"In this way the users can type in emails or long texts easily and
effectively wherever they happen to be allowing them to fully exploit the
entire functionality of PDAs and Smartphones." Jonathan also predicts that it
will for example be used in sterile and medical environments as well as other
multi media and industrial applications. "The Virtual Keyboard is one of the
most innovative technologies we have yet brought through to commercialisation
, we are sure that it will be the first in the world and another breakthrough
for the mobile communication industry and consumer electronics in general",
says Patrick Tsang, General Manager of i-Tech Dynamic Ltd. - the manufacturer
and world-wide marketer for this new product.
VKB Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in August 2000. R&D facilities are
located in Jerusalem, Israel. VKB develops innovative virtual interfaces that
can be used with cellular phones, PDAs', PCs/Notebooks, information
appliances, consumer electronic products and other devices. VKB's proprietary
chipset and optical components are designed to serve as a core platform for
integration into specific products by OEMs. The aim is to establish the
standard for virtual interfaces across a wide variety of products. For more

i-Tech Dynamic is the technology division of Hutchison Harbour Ring., a
publicly traded group on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Incorporated in Hong
Kong, i-Tech has core competency in R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales
of digital wireless devices, focusing on the commercialisation of innovative
technologies which benefit mobile operators and mass consumers. For more

This is all very confusing.

Hutchison Harbour claims worldwide rights.

Ibiz claims to have its own manufacturing plant.

Endeavor Input Devices is now in there.

VKB appears to be selling licenses to
anybody and everybody.

There are still a lot of countries not
coverd by licenses based on what I read.

One or more of these companies is being

if IBZT is such a scam.. why don't you sell short 100 millions shares or something along the line?

come on.. 100 million shares..What's 100 million shares for a millionaire? Almost next to nothing. if IBZT goes bankrupt, you'll make millions. Better still, keep selling short till it goes bankrupt.

Something is way wrong here. Based on this

those claims are being related correctly

Neo, I see some real problems with numbers.

Ibiz currently reports cost of sales as
being one-hundred-seven percent.

Last year losses, just over six-million dollars.

Assuming this news release to be truthful,
Ibiz has a lot of competition. Their cost
of sales will have to be cut in half, minimum,
and they will have work with a thirty pecent
minimum gross profit on keyboards. This will
be really tough to overcome a six-million
dollar loss, tough to break even, at that.

If it is true they only have five employees
and little infrastructure, how will they
cut cost of sales in half?

Should Hong Kong beat them to the punch?

Appears Hong Kong is a wholesaler offering
these keyboards worldwide. They appear to
be a really huge corporation which suggests
a lot of retail contacts and customers.

Overall, I see a market for Ibiz so small,
they have little chance of being profitable.

If these other companies "wine and dine"
retailers better, Ibiz is out to lunch,
at McDonalds.

Your thoughts?

Ibiz reports one-hundred-seven percent cost
of sales on their recent 10Q filing. I do
no know what products this involves.

Clearly this is not for keyboards because
Schilling indicates no keyboards have been
manufactured for retail, as of a week or
so back. He indicates he does not know
when keyboards will actually move into
retail production.

So, I am basing my comments on their sales
people or person, as generating sales losses
beyond cost of goods. Clearly they will have
to cut cost of sales to impress investors.

This is why it is important to determine
total number of employees and type of
infrastruture costs to determine if they
can actually reduce cost of sales.

This news release is a big can of worms.
