Hi boys and girls! Sorry to have been absent. I didn't sell. Nor did I stoop to eating carob. Things that make you go... bwwwahaaaahallll...
Crystal ball: The Q was still sitting on the auditors desk this a.m. Nothing AW can do about it but wait. Sounds like they are going to be late. I suggested switching auditors for next time but was told that in itself was complicated... blah blah blah.
My DH said Q's don't have to be audited... so what's the deal?

trade04, One never reveals their sources, else those sources will vanish.....it gets better, the statutory merger is looking more likely that it will happen....my guess on the PR would be Wednesday, if not, make it Monday....where is WHG and her crystal ball....LOL

Maybe, maybe not, it would give sideliners a few days to think about all that profitable revenue coming into MOTG. You really never know about the market. I kinda agree with you that they will wait until Monday; but since this was promised back in October, maybe they won't wait. Time will tell.

I don't really care what day they release the announcment i jsut want it realeased so We can get it behind us. If you want it Monday it might provide the best possibly rally, but imo long term it wont matter.

PR regarding naked short will come out after Thanksgiving and will be followed relatively quickly by a few other PRs with good announcements.
That's just what I've heard.
I think I'm gonna hang it up and relax until then. I'm convinced we'll close the year out with really high numbers... no point in watching the pot till it boils.

this makes me laugh...ASK at .0.073...a buy of 119K, ASK goes to 0.074...then a buy of 4500 at 0.074 and ASK goes to 0.078...Who the F*() ASKS for 4500 shares...especially that we just hit 0.079 30-35 minutes ago....just like awhile ago, ASK was 0.077, ASK comes down to 0.075, someone buys 5000 and ASKs moves back up....crazy trading...and fu(kin MM's!

stock nut, i think they are trying to shake some shares free, hence why they brought it up to fast they are just trying to feed their appetite, not many shares available at low prices for us. .078 is still a good price imo

I am long and intend to stay. Its frustrating to look at the activity because there just isn't much happening. I am in here for quite awhile.

A friend told me about GAXI, an oil play with virtually no revenue, is debuting on the AMEX tomorrow from the OTC, also check out GSX also made a move from the otc to a larger exchange a couple years back. With allt he sweet deals MOTG has and all the good things the CEO has planned, i see no reason we wont be on a major exchange very soon.

WHG, you think 3 months is accurate? We need to be at a minimum of $4, right? I think I can hang on and accumulate for 3 months, if that's the case.

Looks like this thing is trying to take off. Hopefully positive PRs nex week will push us to the next level.
Question: What is the most logical exhange for MOTG to try and get listed on, and what are the requirements for listing? I know there is as certain pps that has to be maintained for a certain time period, but we're a long way off right now from what I understand. Is is reasonable to think that MOTG has a shot at listing on a national exchange any time soon? I sure hope so, it would help get my wife off my back for all of my other penny losses.

Trade04, please change your signature line to NASDAQ, we are not going to the AMEX. We will do a statutory merger into an existing NAZ issue and retain the Modern Technology name. We will own 51% of the company and this company is on target to do 75-100MM in revs next year. This is NOT counting the revs from MOTG! When the word FINALLY gets out, this one will sky-rocket in pps. Watch for a series of PRs next week. Probably starting on Tuesday. Of course, all of this is JMHO.
