Is it possible that NITE is now done with shorting and that he's somehow covered himself and that he might let it run and make money the other direction? Just wondering. Thoughts?

I think that NITE knows what this stock is worth and will hold it down to get as many cheap shares as he can before the inevitable run.

Unless they're dressed better than you, right Kat?
As strong as I am on this stock LONG, I would expect a drop until the acquisition prs come out. From the DD I did last week I think the 10Q will be ho-hum and some investors might get antsy and sell.
All the better for me gives me a shot to buy more

Anyone else using Scottrade here? Was just looking at their website and seems they no longer will take an e-check??
On that note does anyone else have an account somewhere that they recommend without high trading fees? Only reason I'm with ST is because of the $7.00 fees.
I just called them, they said they were looking for a new vendor. I made sure I verified the info and asked, "so you don't have any type of direct transfer at this time?" The guy told me no, but you can wire it. Getting to be a bit of trouble.

Thanks Kat, I'm going to look into that. When you're doing pennies, that can be extra shares. Not a lot but over time it adds up. I appreciate the input!
"Thank you for your email. On Oct. 25, 2005, TROY Group Inc., the provider of the eCheck SecureTM service, reported to us that a computer hacker had compromised its eCheck SecureTM servers. Because of this, the eCheck Secure deposit option has been permanently removed from Scottrade's system as of Friday November 18 at 5 pm eastern time.
We are currently researching alternatives and hope to be able to provide one in the very near future."

Found this over on AMEP board, not sure why it's there but thought I'd post the link. Apparently not new news. http://www.stocksontheweb.com/motg.pdf

I think the Q is due tomorrow. I think Kat said 5 business days from the 15th, that makes tomorrow the day, or another E. Here's hoping to a good day!
