I'm sure there's a little of both (fact and fiction).Further, I believe my last interpretation of the signals was correct; the 10200 - 10K came out at 2 o'clock in that time zone between Central and Pacific.
If signals were fact, I suspect they would change regularly, since they would obviously get pegged, as shown in my last post.
