Three months, WHG? You really thinks so? Why do you feel it'll be that quick? That'd be so awesome. (Especially if we can get dividends here and there... then I won't have to sell any shares to recover my investment.)

tech1, forget the 4.00 minimum bid stuff, just think "statutory merger". Read my previous post. We are going to be extremely happy we held this one.

Warped (Metro Man), Look for a PR/8K substantiating this merger before the end of this year. It is going to happen. Don't ask me how I know, I just know.
Now where is my extra star (LOL)

I gave you a 5 star (funny, I thought I already did in the past...) but it clashes with your outfit.
Wait... I just realized something... are you saying that the merger and move to NASDAQ will HAPPEN before the end of this year? Or do you mean that a PR will be announced telling the public about the INTENTION to do so?
Thanks.

All I know for sure is that Anthony wants this done pronto. He is not one to dwell months and months on something. I get the very strong feeling that before the year is out, the NAZ Listing wil be a done deal. He absolutely hates the OTCBB and the games being played there. He is a deal maker extraordinaire. Watch this one play out. The 5 stars go very well with my outfit thank you kindly. I be stylin' with 5 stars!

Thanks for the reply. And yeah, I guess those stars do look good on you after all. I sure hope you're right... to hit Nasdaq next month would be sweet! (I could pay off half of my mortgage if it hits $5!)

Now you have it correct (LOL) You do realize this acquisition will initailly be worth 40MM, not counting the existing revenues we have going. This deal will be done w/o having to dilute the existing shares. Just be happy we are here early. I am.

You better believe im happy, I think it may be hard in the coming days to get cheap shares now, but I have some extra cash laying around from selling a few GOOG shares this afternoon, can't wait till tomorrow!

We traded in the upper channel (between SMA and upper BB) for a long time before breaking under and trading in the lower channel for about a week. Now we're seeing a nice move off the lower BB/RSI 50 area. Hopefully we'll stay in the upper channel for awhile again and set some new highs.
Who feels like a fool for not adding more in the 6's? I DO!!

Edit: all the technicals don't mean a thing when the news come out, btw. This thing goes ape caca then and we'll be looking at a whole new set of techs. I am just predicting based upon trading without the news.

Yeah, I think that good techs will help investors put their money here when the news comes out and MOTG becomes profitable. I have to remind myself that MOTG is trading mostly on speculation right now. That's what's driving the upward trend we're in. If it weren't for the ethereal presences of the Inmarketing acq & NAS listing I think we would have sunken back down in pps like most pennies do. I think that news is what will drive MOTG up in spurts and speculation is what will drive it up in a slow, steady pace between the spurts. At least, that's how it appears to be trading in the past.
I still think this could drop if the market reacts badly to the 10Q. But like I say, we're eventually busting through .1 either way.
I'm just happy to have good seats before the fireworks go off later this month/year

Not a chance we merge with NMKT. We are doing a statutory merger with an existing NAZ issue. Is NMKT on the NASDAQ, nope! Forget about it, not happening. Call AW yourself, no chance we merge with another OTC company.
NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT - News) today announced reporting $14.2 million in revenue with a 7% profit of $960,000 for the third fiscal quarter of 2005. The Company filed SEC Form 10QSB today to report overall results for the third quarter of 2005. The year to date revenue for the first three quarters of 2005 is $34.8 million with $1.2 million in profit. NewMarket reported $24.9 million in revenue in 2004 with less than a 2% profit and only $2.3 million in revenue in 2003.
----- YTD Revenue for 1st 3Q's of 2005 is $34.8 million
Q4 closing Rev's will put NewMarket in the 40+ Range. What a coincidence.
Business Model Aligns with Modern Technology. ---- MOTG Management Team Industry Experience
Telecomunications Information Technology Energy Corporate Finance Heathcare Bio Technology
Q. How many of the above align with the company description below ? A. Telecommunications, Information Technology, Corporate Finance, and Healthcare
A Perfect Fit !

.09 is the big resistance on MOTG. Looking at the chart above, we have bounced HARD off of .09 twice in the last 2 months and subsequently have seen a large retracement. Whether .09 is the price at which all the MM's are short or it's just plain ol psychological (read: technical) resistance, I don't know. But for now, it remains formidable.
When we break .09, we should see it hold as new support imo.
Seeing some selling now .072x.074 NITE in control as always.

Interesting. We all know that our CEO was once the CEO of Newmarket, right?
I don't see how a merger with NMKT would fit into the picture here, unless the combined income and revenues would put their pps at $4 and allow them to list on the Nas. Interesting thought though...
IP: Logged |
AZ's right. It's not NMKT. The crystal ball was VERY clear that it was an existing NAZ company with revenue but no volume. No point in merging with an OTC ... wouldn't gain us anything. The mission is to go NAZ.

Is this something that's already in the works? Or is this something that he plans to tackle on down the line? Are there already negotiations being with held with a particular company?

Hey guys, general question... Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question....
On a merge, how is the number of outstanding shares and shareprice affected in general?
For example, let's say company A, our Nasdaq target is at 100 mil, at 4.50 pps. Our stock, with it's low share count, merges. Does the new sharecount simply amount to a total of the two? Or do we end up receiving x amount of shares of A based on what we hold? Also, does the pps of A then get negotiated to an agreed price? Or is it just simply adjusted based on market response?
By the way, I just realized something... all this talk about $4 minimum... Let me remind you, that's the MINIMUM. If Welch is merging into an existing company, it will likely be one that isn't "just making it" (i.e. minimally surviving), right? So hopefully the shareprice will be strong. Maybe at least $4.50 or $5 a share? Hmmmmmmm... this realization makes me muy muy simpatico, dudes.

Sounds fun But the minimum to JOIN Nas is $4, the minimum to stay listed is $1 I believe. So, it stands to reason that if Welch melds into an existing company the pps will be $1 or above. If he decides to keep the MOTG name and join the Nas, he'll have to get the pps up to $4.
I don't know enough about the merger/acquistion/listing process to say one way or the other. Time to go start doing some research.
Ouchie there go my technicals .06x.07! WTF?!

I'll wait for the bottom then add more. Then at Christmas (speculation) I'll be looking at a $#*! bagger and the Lamborghini in the driveway and thanking all the people that sold me their shares at Thanksgiving.
Hey, isn't that what THANKSGIVING is all about?!
