This is the old ITLV which just changed their name and symbol, but no reverse split. Old management out and new in. At this price, could be a big winner as things develop.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Announces First Acquisition and Forms Subsidiary
Thursday July 10, 8:45 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC: BCND - News) today announced its first acquisition, while forming a wholly owned subsidiary Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, Inc.

Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation has been formed to manage the company's Pennsylvania Investments and Properties.

"Beacon PA" has agreed to acquire the former Westmoreland Glass Company Factory in Grapeville, PA www.beaconsalvage.com .

Beacon estimates that there is between 9 and 10 million recyclable Chicago bricks that have a wholesale value of 0.50 to 0.75 cents a piece, in addition Beacon also estimates that there is at least 40,000 tons of recyclable steel with a value (at today's scrap steel prices of $250.00 to $300.00 per ton).

The company will also move to redevelop the property as an industrial park with rail access, for small to mid-sized company's.

"We are very pleased to have been able to acquire this historic property, the potential return on our investment exceeds all of our prior estimates, including salvageable materials to redevelopment and other revenue producing aspects of the property," said Adam Marek, president & COO.

Mr. Marek also stated, "This is but one of many such projects that the company has under negotiations/contract and we are looking forward to a very bright and prosperous future."

About The Property:

A group of investors built the factory in 1889, and the first glass from the factory was sold in 1890. Historical documents indicate that the factory was purchased because of the natural gas on the land. To this day, natural gas wells exist on the property. It also has rail access that can be utilized once a new complex is built.

Beacon PA recognizes the historical impact of the former Westmoreland Glass Company factory and is investigating the feasibility of creating a commemorative brick to collectors with a notarized certificate of authenticity. The Westmoreland Glass Company factory is a famous facility and its glass is the subject of two separate collector organizations. The Westmoreland Glass Society (www.westmorelandglassclubs.org) and the National Westmoreland Glass Collectors Club (www.westmorelandglassclub.org) members monitor and collect Westmoreland Glass. Therefore, we believe that we should offer such a program to collectors.

Picked up some of the 2's this morning and will sit back and wait. Appears to be plenty going on here and the risk/reward (assuming the dreaded r/s doesn't rear its ugly head) is favorable.

just a 600k market cap--even if all 3 billion were out!! dirt cheap just on the first property-company believes that the salvageable value of the property to be in the range of $15,000,000 to $18,000,000 million dollars and anything less than that is unacceptable

This helped sway me towards buying and adding: "At the present time, BCND does not have any convertible notes that require us to issue stock at below market value. We do not welcome solicitations for loans that result in convertible notes. Our management is opposed to "death spiral" financing and will not consider entering into any such program."

That's from the website.

BCND .0003--great news just out-- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Confirms No Need of Funding Through the Sale of its Equities

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Aug 18, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC: BCND) today announced it has received several inquiries from its shareholders regarding the sale of equities to fund the company's recent acquisitions and the company has elected to elaborate.
The company receives no less than three to four unsolicited offers a week to finance its operations (from major investors and investment bankers) with certain instruments such as convertible debentures, regulation 504 exemptions and other detrimental financing options, executive management always and continually will reject these unfavorable methods of financing for any and all of its financing needs.

The company will continue to rely on traditional methods of financing i.e. bank financing, owner financing or company funds, as it is the company's belief that if their acquisitions can not stand on their own merits and utilize traditional sources of financing in any market conditions, it is not a project that they should get involved with.

The company's recent three acquisitions (Westmoreland Glass factory and Multiple Parcels of land totaling 259.5 acres) have been funded through a combination of seller financing and cash investments by the company's principles. The investments by the company's principles are interest free and secured by restricted stock for two years.

"The company will not and never will under any circumstances submit to any type of death spiral financing; it is the intent of our company to build a viable and profitable company on the merits of its acquisitions/projects," said Mr. Adam Merek, President.

Mr. Marek also added that, "The principles are seasoned real estate investors/developers and builders, not stock salesman. When management took over this public company they reviewed the entire history and decided that we can increase shareholder value even though it was a calculated risk regarding the past management and its history. The principle's advisors recommended a reverse split and all of the principles agreed if we have to hurt the shareholders we have no interest and will never have that interest. The principles all agreed that regardless of past management we will deal with it and restore shareholder value with a real and viable business. We evaluated it and decided to go with it and chose a course of action. We feel good about where we are at this point and more importantly we have only begun to enhance shareholder value. To date we have at least regained a sustained bid and are bringing real assets and real hope of potential returns for shareholders investments, with much more to come."

Beacon Redevelopment Retains Expert Geologist to Evaluate the Company's Natural Gas Holdings and Prospects Going Forward on its PropertiesLast update: 8/18/2008 1:26:00 PMNORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Aug 18, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) has retained an expert geologist to evaluate the company's natural gas holdings on its properties. The company believes that the natural gas holdings on its properties are significant and needs an expert opinion and evaluation to verify its belief, if the expert geologist agrees the company may explore a possible spin off of its natural gas holdings or an out right sale. Reasons to buy BCND.PK..

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Rejects an Unsolicited 5.5 Million Dollar Salvage Offer From a Salvage Contractor" "The company believes that the salvageable value of the property to be in the range of $15,000,000 to $18,000,000 million dollars and anything less than that is unacceptable."

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Agrees to Acquire a 125 Acre Tract of Land in West Virginia" will pay approximately $5,500.00 dollars per acre, the company estimates that the current value in today's real estate market at $8,500.00 to $9,000.00 per acre. The company has received very favorable financing terms and conditions for this acquisition and expects a better then average return on this investment.

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Agrees to Acquire an Additional 134.5 Acre Tract of Land in West Virgini" This additional acquisition will bring the company's holdings to a total of 259.5 acres of land in the area, including natural gas rights (of which wells are currently operating) along with vast timber/logging rights

"Beacon Redevelopment Retains Expert Geologist to Evaluate the Company's Natural Gas Holdings and Prospects Going Forward on its Properties" The company believes that the natural gas holdings on its properties are significant and needs an expert opinion and evaluation to verify its belief, if the expert geologist agrees the company may explore a possible spin off of its natural gas holdings or an out right sale."

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Put Out for Bids on the Logging Rights on Its West Virginia Properties" "We believe that it is in the best interest of the company to utilize its strategy of selling off via bid these rights (Salvageable Materials and Timber Rights) as it will result in a nice windfall of cash to the company and will eliminate the cost of us having to deal with it," said Adam Marek, President.

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Accepts Bid for the Salvage Operations of its Westmoreland Glass Site" I believe we received the most money possible and I am proud of my team's hard work and look forward to the next deal," said Adam Marek, President & CEO." AND ALSO the company will execute all the required formal contracts immediately and announce the terms and winning bidder early next week."

Everything we have here is good news, only thing we as share holders must do is wait and give it some time for these deals and events to come threw. There is NO DILUTION on this stock and at these prices .0004 and .0005. I think you have to be crazy to not buy. Don't miss out. They already said they got over 5.5mil bid that alone excluding all the good news I just pointed out puts us over .0020 PPS. Which would give over 400% at this price.

Mr. Marek also stated, "This is but one of many such projects that the company has under negotiations/contract and we are looking forward to a very bright and prosperous future."

interesting--natural gas????? found this---------The Westmoreland Glass Company was founded in 1889 when a group of men from the Specialty Glass Company in East Liverpool, Ohio migrated to Grapeville, Pennsylvania. The attraction was that there was natural gas found on the property the glass factory was to be built on.[1]In 1924, the company changed names from Westmoreland Specialty Company to Westmoreland Glass Company. Its main production was glassware. In later years it diverged into art glass. In the 1940s and 1950s the Westmoreland Glass company concentraited on milk glass and close to 90% of its production in that time was milk glass.[2] In 1984 the company went out of business.[3]

All this excitement over the bid, and then there's this news from West Virginia where our other property resides.

http://westondemocrat.com/news.html

Gas-Rich Shale Is In County

By JOY L. STALNAKER

This is the fourth article in a series.

Shale. Marcellus. Play. Fracture.
In a game of word association, a player might wonder what these four words have in common. No, Marcellus wasn’t playing in the shale and fractured his leg.

These words, long heard in the world of oil and gas development, have recently become a part of the daily language in West Virginia, even in Lewis County.

Natural gas producers are honing in on the Appalachian Mountain range from New York, south through Pennsylvania and encompassing much of West Virginia, where natural gas rich shales are being drilled, with an eye toward feeding the natural gas hungry eastern United States.

Lewis County, blessed with the north-south passage of I-79 through its heartland and its juncture with the expanding U.S. 33 east and west, make it the perfect location for producers working the West Virginia fields, to base their field offices as well as one of the places to drill.

According to the West Virginia Oil and Gas Office of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, 110 drilling permits have been issued in Lewis County since January 1, 2008, and 2,488 in the state as a whole.

Most everyone knows that shale is a type of rock formed when the earth was young. It’s made up of mud, sand or pebbles and the remains of organic life deposited in the sea or on land by rivers and waves, much like sand dropped into a glass of water settles to the bottom. As more was deposited, the lower layers were compressed resulting in heat and pressure and became what some would call “rock hard.” Natural gas was also produced from the organic matter.

When the water receded from the earth’s surface and upheavals caused the formation of mountains, the shale raised with it. In this case, it was the Appalachian Mountains and the shale is now called Marcellus, named for an outcropping of the rock found near the village of Marcellus, New York.

Geologists have long known that there was gas trapped in the vertical joints of the Marcellus when it was formed 420 to 350 million years ago in what is called the Devonian Period. As late as 2002, a U. S. Geological Survey estimated that the Devonian Shale in the Appalachian Basin contained at least 1.9 trillion cubic feet of gas. Although it was a lot of gas, it was spread over such a wide area and the yield per acre would be limited. Moreover, its joints, called fractures, being perpendicular to the earth’s surface made recovery of the gas difficult.

However, in 2003, Range Resources drilled a well in Washington County, Pa., just 100 miles north of Lewis County. They found it promising. Then, they called into use methods used in the Barnett Shale in Texas, including turning vertical shafts into horizontal shafts at certain depths and fracturing wells artificially, i.e. creating more escape routes from the gas. Their first producing well from the Marcellus in the county came in 2005 and began the Marcellus “play” of natural gas. By now, Range has drilled more than 100 wells in the Marcellus Shale play in Pennsylvania.

Earlier this year, Terry Englander, a geoscience professor at Pennsylvania State Univversity, and Gary Lash, a geology professor at the State University of New York at Fredonia, released a survey showing their belief that the Marcellus Shale could hold up to 500 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. With a 10% recovery rate, the recovery would be 50 TC, enough to supply the entire United States for two years.

This exciting news spurred even more interest in the Marcellus Shale, an interest that has not yet reached its peak.
At least one well of those permitted in Lewis County this year is a Marcellus well. Drilled by Decker for PetroEdge Resources on Kevin Gregory’s property at the juncture of Trace Run and the Little Kanawha River, this well is vertical. Two additional well sites have been marked on the property for horizontal wells, to be drilled at a future date.

This well is not yet in production. It awaits the construction of the pipeline to carry the natural gas to the main trunkline where it will be transported to a plant for processing before being sent on to consumers. When the pipeline is built, the well will be hydrofraced to stimulate production of the gas.
Hydrofracing is the informal word for hydraulic fracturing, a method devised in 1903 to create additional fractures extending from the borehole of the well into the rock formations holding the gas.

However, it is not just the Marcellus that makes West Virginia a place of interest to natural gas producers. Other shales, including the much drilled Benson, is seeing more drilling. The state sits in the heart of one of the richer natural gas reserves in the country. Higher energy costs and a greater need for energy in this country, especially on the East Coast, makes it cost effective for companies to pursue production here.
