For the last couple of weeks the standard b/a was .0001 x .0003 with a few trades going through at .0002. There is very little chance you'll get any 1's with the ask sitting 90% of the time at 3. With the current spread and unwillingness to give away the 1's, I don't think the MM's have a lot of inventory and I think with the next solid news day that we'll see a quick 2 or 3 bagger.

BCND at .0002-news! Natural Gas, Timber and now coal!!--NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Energy Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation announced today that it has entered negotiations to acquire a 950 acre track of property with coal mining rights/reserves in Pennsylvania.

The company is very confident that current negotiations will result in the successful execution of a purchase agreement immediately with a closing to take place within the next two weeks. Beacon Energy Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of BCND will be the legal owner of said property.

Pennsylvania is the sixth largest coal producer (29 Billion Tons per Year) in the United States, following Montana, Illinois, Wyoming, West Virginia and Kentucky; two kinds of coal are mined in Pennsylvania- anthracite (hard coal) and bituminous (softer coal). U.S. coal reserves contain 12 times as much energy as all the oil in Saudi Arabia!

According to the United States Geological Survey, we have 1.7 trillion tons of identified coal resources -- coal for which geological evidence and engineering studies provide reliable information about location, rank, quality, and quantity. (Geologists recognize that more coal deposits are likely to be discovered in the future, so they estimate total coal resources could amount to 4 trillion tons.)

"The company and its subsidiaries continue to seek and acquire value added properties that offer sources of energy/reserves, salvageable materials, continuous revenue streams and development potential. The company will acquire the above mentioned property with a combination of cash on hand and some restricted (for 2 years) stock," said Adam Marek President & CEO Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.

About Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation:

email form the ceo just now-- Hi Bob.

Thank you for your suggestions. I don't necessarily disagree with your analysis on what should be released to provide investors with relevant information to perform their due diligence, the information we release must be accurate. Certain information is more complicated than other data, and it sometimes requires additional verification to be released. Rest assured that we are moving ahead on all of the previous projects as we announced and that our general rule is to announce information about the status as soon as the we are able to accurately provide the information.

It seems there is no new interest in BCND. I think new investors are waiting on anything concrete. Starting the glass factory demolition, Actual numbers on Natural gas reserves, timber, coal. Anything that would give valuation to the company. Thanks for your time, Bob

News: Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. Updates Shareholders as to Current Ongoing Projects

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) provides the following shareholders update and general public information about its projects.

BCND continues its investigation per geological studies as to the Westmoreland Glass Factory's natural gas properties. The preliminary results indicate that producing gas wells exist. A review of public records indicates that the gas wells were and still are in use, and that all rights now belong to BCND's subsidiary, Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings. BCND has directed its counsel to transfer natural gas rights to its subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation. BCND hopes to have the results as to the extent of the natural gas reserves on the property soon so future revenues for the company can be determined and accounted for.

"We are very optimistic that significant reserves exist on the property as natural gas is abundant in the area, which is why the factory was built in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, a century ago. I am anxiously awaiting additional geological reports and other pertinent information," said Adam Marek, BCND's President.

As to the West Virginia land parcels, BCND's wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon West Virginia Holdings, Inc., has agreed to and finalized the purchase. Rather than expend significant amounts of company money on transfer taxes, Beacon WV purchased 100% of the corporation that owns the land, Old Field Fork Corp. Adam Marek will become President of OFFC, and will immediately transfer all interest in the corporation to Beacon West Virginia Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation. In other developments, Beacon WV today arranged payment in full per the sales agreement to satisfy all outstanding bills regarding the 2008 property taxes on the West Virginia parcels so that Beacon can move forward with the bidding for the logging rights of the site.

About Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation:

Beacon specializes in acquiring undervalued properties that offer the potential for above average return on investment along with multiple assets and development ability at distressed prices. The properties must offer recyclable/salvageable materials, energy resources, or mineral rights along with the potential for redevelopment and or desirable development potential.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Provides Update on Coal Mining Projects

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov 13, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC: BCND) today announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation entered into negotiations to purchase additional coal rights and the finalization of previous negotiations.

As previously announced, Beacon Energy Corporation announced it had negotiated to acquire a 950 acre mining property in Western Pennsylvania. After further investigation and negotiations, the company has entered into a binding letter of intent to purchase only 750 of the 950 acres offered. "Some of the rights would not have benefited our company, so all parties have mutually agreed to our revised offer," said Adam Marek, President & CEO.

Mr. Marek also stated "That Beacon Energy Corporation has begun additional negotiations for coal mining rights on a separate parcel of land consisting of approximately 270 acres. In total, the company will then control/own 100% of mining rights for over 1,000 acres of coal, spanning across three different municipalities in Western Pennsylvania. The company declined to make an offer for the post-mining land rights. As I only want to focus on operations that will create positive revenues for our company's energy operations .We believe the companies that Beacon Energy may consider for a joint venture who will perform the actual mining of the coal will be able to implement the longwall method of extracting the coal from these properties for several years to come. The coal as mentioned is part of the Upper and Thick Freeport Coal Seams in Western Pennsylvania."

About Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation:

Beacon specializes in acquiring undervalued properties that offer the potential for above average return on investment along with multiple assets and development ability at distressed prices, the properties must offer recyclable/salvageable materials, energy resources or mineral rights along with the potential for redevelopment and or desirable development potential; the company also seeks along with the above for mentioned, properties that have the possibility for governmental grants, tax rebates or deferments as part of their criteria for acquisition. 22 years!!!!!! could be huge!! and a major company!!-Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Enters Negotiations with Dominion Resources
Monday November 17, 12:45 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) today announced that it entered into negotiations with Dominion Resources, Inc. pertaining to their use, since 1986, of the Westmoreland Glass Factory as a natural gas storage facility and gas well.

In 1954, the former owners of the glass factory in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, signed agreements allowing the predecessor of Dominion Resources to use the property as a gas storage facility and to operate a gas well.

The agreements expired upon sale of the property. Specifically, both agreements state, "In case of sale of part or whole of the premises, this permit shall become null and void." In 1986, Westmoreland Warehouse and Industrial Building, Inc., purchased the Westmoreland Glass Factory, rendering all permits expired.

Upon investigating the natural gas holdings on the facility, Beacon's experts determined that the storage facility and gas well continued to operate unbeknownst to the company. Beacon entered into negotiations with WWIB's successor and acquired an assignment of all prior rights to the use of the property and the gas beginning in 1986 and continuing through the present.

In mid-2008, Beacon contacted Dominion regarding the situation. In September 2008, Beacon sent Dominion a formal demand. In November 2008, Beacon's management began negotiations with Dominion for compensation regarding the apparent use of the property and resources for 22 years, and to determine whether to grant an easement. As the negotiations continue, Beacon's natural gas experts will conduct the research necessary to determine if the compensation is fair to the company's shareholders.

"This is a significant situation that could provide a large capital infusion to Beacon's companies. I look forward to continuing my discussions with Dominion to resolve 22 years of the use of the property and its resources, and to create an agreement that resolves the issues," Beacon's President, Adam Marek, said. The company could not comment further due to the nature of the ongoing negotiations.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Completes Purchase and Development Agreements of its Coal Mining Rights and Receives Valuation Estimates
Tuesday November 18, 2:39 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) today announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation has finalized and completed the purchase of 100% of the coal rights for two parcels of land totaling 1020 acres in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The coal forms part of the Upper and Thick Freeport Coal Seams in Western Pennsylvania.

Beacon Energy Corporation will contract with a qualified mining company that will utilize modern equipment and technologies, thus allowing Beacon Energy to secure the maximum amount of coal output using longwall methods of extraction. Beacon's consultants estimate that these rights will provide the company access up to 2.5 million tons of coal production during the extraction period.

"This is another source of capital for our company, but the process will be lengthy and ultimately provide steady and significant revenues over a five year period," said Beacon's President, Adam Marek. "Pennsylvania coal has been sold at a rate of $40 to $150 per ton over the past year, The Company's objective at this point is to achieve annual revenues in the area of $.0037 per share to $.005 after mining."

President Marek added that, "We're currently in negotiations for several additional coal properties in Western Pennsylvania including Westmoreland, Washington, and Fayette counties. Primarily, we're interested in the rights that can be obtained at prices below market value such as those held by estates, bankrupt companies, struggling companies, or those which have been foreclosed on, and any other properties."

anyone ever figure how much this would be a current natural gas prices?--Per the company and its consultants, it appears that Beacon is in a position to extract between 1.5 and 4 MMcf. (1500-4000 Mcf.) per day

Yes. New kid on the block. I was told about this stock from the CEO of Southwest Wind and Solar Power, LLC located in NM.

Although I do not play penny stocks, I did take a look at this one and did a little background and research. I bought about 33mil in the last few weeks... not a lot of money... I have lost more (paper) than that during these past few months.

What I do know is there is interest from a few CEO's ( which are not associated with Beacon in any way) These CEO' and CFO's are in the Wind and Solar in PA and NM as well as CA.

Where there is smoke there is fire... could be wrong... its fifty fifty... but I made mine $$$ by researching and moving early... Also I have lost $$$ by moving early and not doing DD but that was only because I got caught up in the hype of some crooks who move around in this type of envoirment. (penny stocks)
