Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Announces First Acquisition and Forms Subsidiary
Thursday July 10, 8:45 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC: BCND - News) today announced its first acquisition, while forming a wholly owned subsidiary Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, Inc.

Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation has been formed to manage the company's Pennsylvania Investments and Properties.

"Beacon PA" has agreed to acquire the former Westmoreland Glass Company Factory in Grapeville, PA www.beaconsalvage.com .

Beacon estimates that there is between 9 and 10 million recyclable Chicago bricks that have a wholesale value of 0.50 to 0.75 cents a piece, in addition Beacon also estimates that there is at least 40,000 tons of recyclable steel with a value (at today's scrap steel prices of $250.00 to $300.00 per ton).

The company will also move to redevelop the property as an industrial park with rail access, for small to mid-sized company's.

"We are very pleased to have been able to acquire this historic property, the potential return on our investment exceeds all of our prior estimates, including salvageable materials to redevelopment and other revenue producing aspects of the property," said Adam Marek, president & COO.

Mr. Marek also stated, "This is but one of many such projects that the company has under negotiations/contract and we are looking forward to a very bright and prosperous future."

About The Property:

A group of investors built the factory in 1889, and the first glass from the factory was sold in 1890. Historical documents indicate that the factory was purchased because of the natural gas on the land. To this day, natural gas wells exist on the property. It also has rail access that can be utilized once a new complex is built.

Beacon PA recognizes the historical impact of the former Westmoreland Glass Company factory and is investigating the feasibility of creating a commemorative brick to collectors with a notarized certificate of authenticity. The Westmoreland Glass Company factory is a famous facility and its glass is the subject of two separate collector organizations. The Westmoreland Glass Society (www.westmorelandglassclubs.org) and the National Westmoreland Glass Collectors Club (www.westmorelandglassclub.org) members monitor and collect Westmoreland Glass. Therefore, we believe that we should offer such a program to collectors.

This helped sway me towards buying and adding: "At the present time, BCND does not have any convertible notes that require us to issue stock at below market value. We do not welcome solicitations for loans that result in convertible notes. Our management is opposed to "death spiral" financing and will not consider entering into any such program."

That's from the website.

BCND .0003--great news just out-- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Confirms No Need of Funding Through the Sale of its Equities

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Aug 18, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC: BCND) today announced it has received several inquiries from its shareholders regarding the sale of equities to fund the company's recent acquisitions and the company has elected to elaborate.
The company receives no less than three to four unsolicited offers a week to finance its operations (from major investors and investment bankers) with certain instruments such as convertible debentures, regulation 504 exemptions and other detrimental financing options, executive management always and continually will reject these unfavorable methods of financing for any and all of its financing needs.

The company will continue to rely on traditional methods of financing i.e. bank financing, owner financing or company funds, as it is the company's belief that if their acquisitions can not stand on their own merits and utilize traditional sources of financing in any market conditions, it is not a project that they should get involved with.

The company's recent three acquisitions (Westmoreland Glass factory and Multiple Parcels of land totaling 259.5 acres) have been funded through a combination of seller financing and cash investments by the company's principles. The investments by the company's principles are interest free and secured by restricted stock for two years.

"The company will not and never will under any circumstances submit to any type of death spiral financing; it is the intent of our company to build a viable and profitable company on the merits of its acquisitions/projects," said Mr. Adam Merek, President.

Mr. Marek also added that, "The principles are seasoned real estate investors/developers and builders, not stock salesman. When management took over this public company they reviewed the entire history and decided that we can increase shareholder value even though it was a calculated risk regarding the past management and its history. The principle's advisors recommended a reverse split and all of the principles agreed if we have to hurt the shareholders we have no interest and will never have that interest. The principles all agreed that regardless of past management we will deal with it and restore shareholder value with a real and viable business. We evaluated it and decided to go with it and chose a course of action. We feel good about where we are at this point and more importantly we have only begun to enhance shareholder value. To date we have at least regained a sustained bid and are bringing real assets and real hope of potential returns for shareholders investments, with much more to come."

2nd huge news today!! Beacon Redevelopment Retains Expert Geologist to Evaluate the Company's Natural Gas Holdings and Prospects Going Forward on its PropertiesLast update: 8/18/2008 1:26:00 PMNORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Aug 18, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) has retained an expert geologist to evaluate the company's natural gas holdings on its properties. The company believes that the natural gas holdings on its properties are significant and needs an expert opinion and evaluation to verify its belief, if the expert geologist agrees the company may explore a possible spin off of its natural gas holdings or an out right sale. The company has also directed the geologist to determine if any other minerals of value are present on said properties as the company retains all rights per its acquisition terms. "We specialize and pride ourselves on acquiring property with more then just real estate value, we look to capitalize on every ounce of revenue from all possible sources on a property and with the last two acquisitions we believe there are many. If the geologist confirms our beliefs we then may spin off the natural gas properties/rights as an energy company with existing Beacon Shareholders receiving shares/participating or a special dividend in the spin off entity," said Mr. Adam Merek, President. Reasons to buy BCND.PK..

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Rejects an Unsolicited 5.5 Million Dollar Salvage Offer From a Salvage Contractor" "The company believes that the salvageable value of the property to be in the range of $15,000,000 to $18,000,000 million dollars and anything less than that is unacceptable."

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Agrees to Acquire a 125 Acre Tract of Land in West Virginia" will pay approximately $5,500.00 dollars per acre, the company estimates that the current value in today's real estate market at $8,500.00 to $9,000.00 per acre. The company has received very favorable financing terms and conditions for this acquisition and expects a better then average return on this investment.

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Agrees to Acquire an Additional 134.5 Acre Tract of Land in West Virgini" This additional acquisition will bring the company's holdings to a total of 259.5 acres of land in the area, including natural gas rights (of which wells are currently operating) along with vast timber/logging rights

"Beacon Redevelopment Retains Expert Geologist to Evaluate the Company's Natural Gas Holdings and Prospects Going Forward on its Properties" The company believes that the natural gas holdings on its properties are significant and needs an expert opinion and evaluation to verify its belief, if the expert geologist agrees the company may explore a possible spin off of its natural gas holdings or an out right sale."

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Put Out for Bids on the Logging Rights on Its West Virginia Properties" "We believe that it is in the best interest of the company to utilize its strategy of selling off via bid these rights (Salvageable Materials and Timber Rights) as it will result in a nice windfall of cash to the company and will eliminate the cost of us having to deal with it," said Adam Marek, President.

"Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Accepts Bid for the Salvage Operations of its Westmoreland Glass Site" I believe we received the most money possible and I am proud of my team's hard work and look forward to the next deal," said Adam Marek, President & CEO." AND ALSO the company will execute all the required formal contracts immediately and announce the terms and winning bidder early next week."

Everything we have here is good news, only thing we as share holders must do is wait and give it some time for these deals and events to come threw. There is NO DILUTION on this stock and at these prices .0004 and .0005. I think you have to be crazy to not buy. Don't miss out. They already said they got over 5.5mil bid that alone excluding all the good news I just pointed out puts us over .0020 PPS. Which would give over 400% at this price.

Mr. Marek also stated, "This is but one of many such projects that the company has under negotiations/contract and we are looking forward to a very bright and prosperous future."

interesting--natural gas????? found this---------The Westmoreland Glass Company was founded in 1889 when a group of men from the Specialty Glass Company in East Liverpool, Ohio migrated to Grapeville, Pennsylvania. The attraction was that there was natural gas found on the property the glass factory was to be built on.[1]In 1924, the company changed names from Westmoreland Specialty Company to Westmoreland Glass Company. Its main production was glassware. In later years it diverged into art glass. In the 1940s and 1950s the Westmoreland Glass company concentraited on milk glass and close to 90% of its production in that time was milk glass.[2] In 1984 the company went out of business.[3]

Gas-Rich Shale Is In County

By JOY L. STALNAKER

This is the fourth article in a series.

Shale. Marcellus. Play. Fracture.
In a game of word association, a player might wonder what these four words have in common. No, Marcellus wasn’t playing in the shale and fractured his leg.

These words, long heard in the world of oil and gas development, have recently become a part of the daily language in West Virginia, even in Lewis County.

Natural gas producers are honing in on the Appalachian Mountain range from New York, south through Pennsylvania and encompassing much of West Virginia, where natural gas rich shales are being drilled, with an eye toward feeding the natural gas hungry eastern United States.

Lewis County, blessed with the north-south passage of I-79 through its heartland and its juncture with the expanding U.S. 33 east and west, make it the perfect location for producers working the West Virginia fields, to base their field offices as well as one of the places to drill.

According to the West Virginia Oil and Gas Office of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, 110 drilling permits have been issued in Lewis County since January 1, 2008, and 2,488 in the state as a whole.

Most everyone knows that shale is a type of rock formed when the earth was young. It’s made up of mud, sand or pebbles and the remains of organic life deposited in the sea or on land by rivers and waves, much like sand dropped into a glass of water settles to the bottom. As more was deposited, the lower layers were compressed resulting in heat and pressure and became what some would call “rock hard.” Natural gas was also produced from the organic matter.

When the water receded from the earth’s surface and upheavals caused the formation of mountains, the shale raised with it. In this case, it was the Appalachian Mountains and the shale is now called Marcellus, named for an outcropping of the rock found near the village of Marcellus, New York.

Geologists have long known that there was gas trapped in the vertical joints of the Marcellus when it was formed 420 to 350 million years ago in what is called the Devonian Period. As late as 2002, a U. S. Geological Survey estimated that the Devonian Shale in the Appalachian Basin contained at least 1.9 trillion cubic feet of gas. Although it was a lot of gas, it was spread over such a wide area and the yield per acre would be limited. Moreover, its joints, called fractures, being perpendicular to the earth’s surface made recovery of the gas difficult.

However, in 2003, Range Resources drilled a well in Washington County, Pa., just 100 miles north of Lewis County. They found it promising. Then, they called into use methods used in the Barnett Shale in Texas, including turning vertical shafts into horizontal shafts at certain depths and fracturing wells artificially, i.e. creating more escape routes from the gas. Their first producing well from the Marcellus in the county came in 2005 and began the Marcellus “play” of natural gas. By now, Range has drilled more than 100 wells in the Marcellus Shale play in Pennsylvania.

Earlier this year, Terry Englander, a geoscience professor at Pennsylvania State Univversity, and Gary Lash, a geology professor at the State University of New York at Fredonia, released a survey showing their belief that the Marcellus Shale could hold up to 500 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. With a 10% recovery rate, the recovery would be 50 TC, enough to supply the entire United States for two years.

This exciting news spurred even more interest in the Marcellus Shale, an interest that has not yet reached its peak.
At least one well of those permitted in Lewis County this year is a Marcellus well. Drilled by Decker for PetroEdge Resources on Kevin Gregory’s property at the juncture of Trace Run and the Little Kanawha River, this well is vertical. Two additional well sites have been marked on the property for horizontal wells, to be drilled at a future date.

This well is not yet in production. It awaits the construction of the pipeline to carry the natural gas to the main trunkline where it will be transported to a plant for processing before being sent on to consumers. When the pipeline is built, the well will be hydrofraced to stimulate production of the gas.
Hydrofracing is the informal word for hydraulic fracturing, a method devised in 1903 to create additional fractures extending from the borehole of the well into the rock formations holding the gas.

However, it is not just the Marcellus that makes West Virginia a place of interest to natural gas producers. Other shales, including the much drilled Benson, is seeing more drilling. The state sits in the heart of one of the richer natural gas reserves in the country. Higher energy costs and a greater need for energy in this country, especially on the East Coast, makes it cost effective for companies to pursue production here.

BCND at .0002-news! Natural Gas, Timber and now coal!!--NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Energy Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation announced today that it has entered negotiations to acquire a 950 acre track of property with coal mining rights/reserves in Pennsylvania.

The company is very confident that current negotiations will result in the successful execution of a purchase agreement immediately with a closing to take place within the next two weeks. Beacon Energy Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of BCND will be the legal owner of said property.

Pennsylvania is the sixth largest coal producer (29 Billion Tons per Year) in the United States, following Montana, Illinois, Wyoming, West Virginia and Kentucky; two kinds of coal are mined in Pennsylvania- anthracite (hard coal) and bituminous (softer coal). U.S. coal reserves contain 12 times as much energy as all the oil in Saudi Arabia!

According to the United States Geological Survey, we have 1.7 trillion tons of identified coal resources -- coal for which geological evidence and engineering studies provide reliable information about location, rank, quality, and quantity. (Geologists recognize that more coal deposits are likely to be discovered in the future, so they estimate total coal resources could amount to 4 trillion tons.)

"The company and its subsidiaries continue to seek and acquire value added properties that offer sources of energy/reserves, salvageable materials, continuous revenue streams and development potential. The company will acquire the above mentioned property with a combination of cash on hand and some restricted (for 2 years) stock," said Adam Marek President & CEO Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.

About Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation:

Beacon specializes in acquiring undervalued properties that offer the potential for above average return on investment along with multiple assets and development ability at distressed prices, the properties must offer recyclable/salvageable materials, energy resources or mineral rights along with the potential for redevelopment and or desirable development potential; the company also seeks along with the above for mentioned, properties that have the possibility for governmental grants, tax rebates or deferments as part of their criteria for acquisition. Thank you for your suggestions. I don't necessarily disagree with your analysis on what should be released to provide investors with relevant information to perform their due diligence, the information we release must be accurate. Certain information is more complicated than other data, and it sometimes requires additional verification to be released. Rest assured that we are moving ahead on all of the previous projects as we announced and that our general rule is to announce information about the status as soon as the we are able to accurately provide the information.

It seems there is no new interest in BCND. I think new investors are waiting on anything concrete. Starting the glass factory demolition, Actual numbers on Natural gas reserves, timber, coal. Anything that would give valuation to the company. Thanks for your time, Bob

News: Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. Updates Shareholders as to Current Ongoing Projects

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) provides the following shareholders update and general public information about its projects.

BCND continues its investigation per geological studies as to the Westmoreland Glass Factory's natural gas properties. The preliminary results indicate that producing gas wells exist. A review of public records indicates that the gas wells were and still are in use, and that all rights now belong to BCND's subsidiary, Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings. BCND has directed its counsel to transfer natural gas rights to its subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation. BCND hopes to have the results as to the extent of the natural gas reserves on the property soon so future revenues for the company can be determined and accounted for.

"We are very optimistic that significant reserves exist on the property as natural gas is abundant in the area, which is why the factory was built in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, a century ago. I am anxiously awaiting additional geological reports and other pertinent information," said Adam Marek, BCND's President.

As to the West Virginia land parcels, BCND's wholly owned subsidiary, Beacon West Virginia Holdings, Inc., has agreed to and finalized the purchase. Rather than expend significant amounts of company money on transfer taxes, Beacon WV purchased 100% of the corporation that owns the land, Old Field Fork Corp. Adam Marek will become President of OFFC, and will immediately transfer all interest in the corporation to Beacon West Virginia Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation. In other developments, Beacon WV today arranged payment in full per the sales agreement to satisfy all outstanding bills regarding the 2008 property taxes on the West Virginia parcels so that Beacon can move forward with the bidding for the logging rights of the site.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Provides Update on Coal Mining Projects

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov 13, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC: BCND) today announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation entered into negotiations to purchase additional coal rights and the finalization of previous negotiations.

As previously announced, Beacon Energy Corporation announced it had negotiated to acquire a 950 acre mining property in Western Pennsylvania. After further investigation and negotiations, the company has entered into a binding letter of intent to purchase only 750 of the 950 acres offered. "Some of the rights would not have benefited our company, so all parties have mutually agreed to our revised offer," said Adam Marek, President & CEO.

Mr. Marek also stated "That Beacon Energy Corporation has begun additional negotiations for coal mining rights on a separate parcel of land consisting of approximately 270 acres. In total, the company will then control/own 100% of mining rights for over 1,000 acres of coal, spanning across three different municipalities in Western Pennsylvania. The company declined to make an offer for the post-mining land rights. As I only want to focus on operations that will create positive revenues for our company's energy operations .We believe the companies that Beacon Energy may consider for a joint venture who will perform the actual mining of the coal will be able to implement the longwall method of extracting the coal from these properties for several years to come. The coal as mentioned is part of the Upper and Thick Freeport Coal Seams in Western Pennsylvania."

22 years!!!!!! could be huge!! and a major company!!-Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Enters Negotiations with Dominion Resources
Monday November 17, 12:45 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) today announced that it entered into negotiations with Dominion Resources, Inc. pertaining to their use, since 1986, of the Westmoreland Glass Factory as a natural gas storage facility and gas well.

In 1954, the former owners of the glass factory in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, signed agreements allowing the predecessor of Dominion Resources to use the property as a gas storage facility and to operate a gas well.

The agreements expired upon sale of the property. Specifically, both agreements state, "In case of sale of part or whole of the premises, this permit shall become null and void." In 1986, Westmoreland Warehouse and Industrial Building, Inc., purchased the Westmoreland Glass Factory, rendering all permits expired.

Upon investigating the natural gas holdings on the facility, Beacon's experts determined that the storage facility and gas well continued to operate unbeknownst to the company. Beacon entered into negotiations with WWIB's successor and acquired an assignment of all prior rights to the use of the property and the gas beginning in 1986 and continuing through the present.

In mid-2008, Beacon contacted Dominion regarding the situation. In September 2008, Beacon sent Dominion a formal demand. In November 2008, Beacon's management began negotiations with Dominion for compensation regarding the apparent use of the property and resources for 22 years, and to determine whether to grant an easement. As the negotiations continue, Beacon's natural gas experts will conduct the research necessary to determine if the compensation is fair to the company's shareholders.

"This is a significant situation that could provide a large capital infusion to Beacon's companies. I look forward to continuing my discussions with Dominion to resolve 22 years of the use of the property and its resources, and to create an agreement that resolves the issues," Beacon's President, Adam Marek, said. The company could not comment further due to the nature of the ongoing negotiations.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Completes Purchase and Development Agreements of its Coal Mining Rights and Receives Valuation Estimates
Tuesday November 18, 2:39 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) today announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation has finalized and completed the purchase of 100% of the coal rights for two parcels of land totaling 1020 acres in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The coal forms part of the Upper and Thick Freeport Coal Seams in Western Pennsylvania.

Beacon Energy Corporation will contract with a qualified mining company that will utilize modern equipment and technologies, thus allowing Beacon Energy to secure the maximum amount of coal output using longwall methods of extraction. Beacon's consultants estimate that these rights will provide the company access up to 2.5 million tons of coal production during the extraction period.

"This is another source of capital for our company, but the process will be lengthy and ultimately provide steady and significant revenues over a five year period," said Beacon's President, Adam Marek. "Pennsylvania coal has been sold at a rate of $40 to $150 per ton over the past year, The Company's objective at this point is to achieve annual revenues in the area of $.0037 per share to $.005 after mining."

President Marek added that, "We're currently in negotiations for several additional coal properties in Western Pennsylvania including Westmoreland, Washington, and Fayette counties. Primarily, we're interested in the rights that can be obtained at prices below market value such as those held by estates, bankrupt companies, struggling companies, or those which have been foreclosed on, and any other properties."

Yes. New kid on the block. I was told about this stock from the CEO of Southwest Wind and Solar Power, LLC located in NM.

Although I do not play penny stocks, I did take a look at this one and did a little background and research. I bought about 33mil in the last few weeks... not a lot of money... I have lost more (paper) than that during these past few months.

What I do know is there is interest from a few CEO's ( which are not associated with Beacon in any way) These CEO' and CFO's are in the Wind and Solar in PA and NM as well as CA.

Where there is smoke there is fire... could be wrong... its fifty fifty... but I made mine $$$ by researching and moving early... Also I have lost $$$ by moving early and not doing DD but that was only because I got caught up in the hype of some crooks who move around in this type of envoirment. (penny stocks)

take the middle ground and say 2500 mcf. per day
and take below market price of 6.00 per mcf.
2500 x 6.00= 15,000.00 per day in natural gas, x 365 days per year = 5,475,000.00 in sales !!

email from Adam--Hi Bob.

Presently, we do not have employees. Work for our company is done via subcontractors, by consultants, or by officers. Presently, we are working with over ten individuals that are within the above classifications. This may change once additional support is needed for programs such as our coal operations as we could need full time support staff.

We cannot release future plans regarding our stock structure, whether that is issuance of shares or cancellations of shares. This material is considered material to investors, and Regulation FD requires that we only do so via mass communications so that everyone has the information at the same time.

There have been no material changes to our business plans and no material impediments except as stated in our press releases.

I appreciate your interest in BCND.

Former Grapeville glass factory set to be razed
By Chris Foreman
TRIBUNE-REVIEW
Saturday, December 27, 2008

Demolition of the former Westmoreland Glass Co. complex in Grapeville could begin early next year.

North Huntingdon-based Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. closed on the Hempfield site this fall, paying $42,000 for the abandoned property, Westmoreland County deed records show.

Since 1984, when the historic milk glass factory closed, the building has been a frequent target of arsonists and vandals.

In September, Beacon announced it awarded the salvage rights to the bricks and steel on the property to a Nevada company, Renaissance Renovations and Development, for $6.35 million.

"We believe in the beginning of the year, we'll start with the asbestos abatement and then the demolition," said Adam Marek, Beacon's president and chief operating officer.

"If the weather's good, we can start at the beginning of the year."

Westmoreland Warehouse & Industrial Building Inc. bought the 138,000-square-foot complex for $75,000 in 1986. Another corporation, Diversified Land Management Group., then took over the deed until the sale to Beacon.

Hempfield officials have wanted the building to come down for years.

At one point in the late 1990s, township supervisors said they had budgeted some money to cover the demolition, but the estimated cost has been greater than the township's budget for tearing down condemned structures.

Solicitor Les Mlakar said the township initiated civil actions against the former property owner, but is "taking a wait-and-see attitude" with Beacon.

"It appears they're going to bring it up to snuff," he said.

Supervisor Chairman John Silvis said he's happy with any progress with the property, "but they're not going too fast."

"We want it cleaned up, and it's getting to the point where we'll have to put a time limit on it," he said. "It's put up or shut up."

We have received several inquiries about today's trading from shareholders. We have no knowledge of what or who caused the market activity today. In a perfect world, our stock would reflect the value of our company and the assets we hold. However, Pink Sheets stocks are high risk instruments as the can be controlled by outside forces, such as what happened today.

Hello, currently new to IHUB, but have received the below correspondence from Adam and decided to share. Don't know if it helps bu here you go.

Hi XXX.

I am aware that shareholders are interested in an update from the company. However, Regulation FD prevents me from discussing when we will release material information about our operations.

I have also been informed that Township officials advise that Renaissance Renovations has not yet filed the permit application. I have been in contact with RRR regarding this situation and plan on having a meeting pertaining to the permit issues shortly. However, we consider this a non-material event as the permit is pro forma, costs $100, and is granted within days. Moreover, the Township previously issued a directive to have the building demolished, so it's unlikely they would impede progress in any manner.

As to RRR, they are a Nevada based organization with an office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their telephone number is 412-321-0780. They are a private company and most likely will not respond to shareholders.

With respect to the asbestos, it is the top priority as RRR can't sell the brick until it is done. I understand that RRR officials have had several contractors to the facility over the last couple weeks. Once a decision is made by them, and providing they authorize release, we will advise shareholders. As stated above, I cannot legally discuss the timing with you.

While I can never predict the future state of the economy or the wide ranging impact adverse conditions may have, I am optimistic that the value of antique bricks will remain steady.

I apologize if I could not be more detailed in my response, but I appreciate your interest in BCND.

Adam Marek, President
Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Updates Shareholders as to Westmoreland Glass Factory
Thursday February 12, 9:03 am ET

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) issues the following update to shareholders as to the progress of the Westmoreland Glass Factory project in Grapeville, Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania.

Last week, representatives of Renaissance Renovations and Redevelopment LLC ("RR&R") met with agents of ATC Associates at the site with respect to obtaining the environmental survey and other environmental considerations. All parties agreed that the current weather conditions impair the ability to immediately take soil samples necessary to proceed.

"We want to salvage the antique brick as quickly as possible, we need to have the proper surveys to proceed. As soon as the ground thaws, we will be moving forward with all required studies and surveys," said Gary Blackburn, special contracting consultant to RR&R.

BCND also wishes to correct and clarify its prior press release regarding the permitting process. While the company submitted the necessary documents to RR&R to file the application, it was determined by RR&R that submitting a demolition permit application to Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania, would be premature as said application requires specific details as to the contractor who would actually be doing the work.

"We cannot finalize contracts with all of our subcontractors until we know where we are as to the environmental survey," Mr. Blackburn explained. BCND believes that this matter is non-material to the company as on December 19, 2006, Hempfield Township officials specifically directed the owners to demolish the building. "We are all on the same page, the glass factory must be taken down as soon as profitability practicable, and we plan on doing such and moving forward," explained Adam Marek, President of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.

The company will continue to keep shareholders and the public updated as more information develops.

This press release does not constitute an offer of any securities for sale. This press release contains certain forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. These forward-looking statements involve certain risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ, including, without limitation, the company's limited operating history and history of losses, the inability to successfully obtain further funding, the inability to raise capital on terms acceptable to the company, the inability to compete effectively in the marketplace, the inability to complete the proposed acquisition and such other risks that could cause the actual results to differ materially from those contained in the company's projections or forward-looking statements. All forward-looking statements in this press release are based on information available to the company as of the date hereof, and the company undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances occurring after the date of this press release.

just got this email from Dominion!-Thank you for your inquiry about a news release issued by the Beacon
Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.

Dominion has been in contact with Beacon. Dominion does have a natural gas
storage well on the property in question. The company does not have a
production well at that location.

Cordial discussions have been initiated regarding a new storage easement
agreement for the well. Future discussions are planned in an effort to
reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

I'm a total rookie to this stuff. But I was smart enough to find this website.

You made a good arguement for bcnd eddy. I've read everything I could about it. Including the years worth of posts on this board.
It seems to me everything that was talked about last year, is begining to happen now. pending press release...

The things they are planning now. Future properties they are buying. More Natural gas wells. More Coal. more Timber. That not only shows the profit that the company has made in the 4th and 1st quarters. Again, pending press release... But these moves show they are planning on growing bigger. Possibly much much bigger.

I think 2 or 3 years down the road, when all these moves are complete. The gas wells pumping in the $$$$. More gas wells being drilled. Coal being dug every day $$$$$. More coal properties bought. Timber by the square mile. Property bought at desperate, bankruptcy prices. Recycled for a proffit. Rebuilt, and resold for a proffit.

All these sound like money makers to me. They are going to make a fortune as this economy comes back around. Buy now, and hold for a few years. And you might pay for the kids college, for the price of a good night out on the town. LOL... One can dream.

Actually. Like I said. I'm a rookie. So dont take my optimism too seriously. Do your own homework.

Site Visit Update:
I spent the day touring the Glass Factory with a business manager consultant, Sue, who Adam put me in touch with. We toured the site for about an hour, taking numerous photos along the way. Very cool, old facility. Thanks Sue.
She said Adam is in Florida with the folks from RR&R. According to her the asbestos issue is holding things up. RR&R is looking at different vendors and hopes to have a company in place with permits to begin removing asbestos in the next 4-6 weeks. The cost of asbestos removal could be $100k-200k, so they want to be comfortable with the company they settle on to do the work.

I will say, though, I couldn't see anything but bricks, old broken glass and metal walking around the entire site. So I'm not sure where the asbestos is coming from, and she didn't know either. I don't doubt that it's there, because of the age of the building, but I really couldn't find anything to evaluate the scope of the abatement.

Apparently Beacon has received the $1 million initial payment. (Others may have known that, but that was news to me.)

She couldn't tell me anything about the Dominion situation, sorry. She didn't seem to know any details at this point, so we just have to stay tuned. We couldn't actually find the gas wells during the tour -- it's really wooded around the facility and not easy to navigate.

An observation:
That site is going to be a monster to teardown. Don't expect the work to be done quickly.

BCND-radar close at .0002-they could get the permits for the glass factory demolition at any time. they already got 1 million, they are due 5 million more when permits are in place.

Wonder when they plan to cash in on the steel recycling? That seems like the easier job to me. Easier money. But the city wants the building gone ASAP. Must be #1 priority. Get the bricks going , and then hire a steel structure demo crew. CHECK PLEASE!!! x2.

Also wonder what ever came of the other properties they were trying to acquire? That news will speak volumes about this company, and the direction they are headed...

Gas wells, Coal and timber property. all yet to come.

I got my shares at .0001. And I'm in this one for the long haul. I just love the idea of multiple streams of income. And making money 3+ different ways with each property purchase.
Buy at bankruptcy auction price, Demo/recycling, gas, coal, timber, construction of new building, and finally resale. Thats 7 different ways they are going to make money with this glass factory property.

Thats why I am wondering when the new property acquiaitions are going to happen. It will be a good test to see how fast BCND can flip a factory, and how many projects they can handle at one time. Growth is a must, and proffit will be big, if more properties are bought before the glass factory is finished.

Just some food for thought.

still think this thing is flirting with .0003 soon. Asbestos news. money came in, demo started, permit recieved, news on property acqusitions, gas wells/coal news. Any of these PRs will get us to .0003 IMO. And any of them could happen any day. After all. It is almost May.

The hope is that we can churn through the 2's, and move beyond, with a few good PRs in a row. Starting with the big chunk of money coming soon($5 million in bricks i think), which should bounce us to .0003, where we stall slightly, while we eat up the flippers. After the asbestos is removed. we should be stable at .0003. As soon as asbestos is gone, work starts... A few good PRs, and we are .001+

My hope. Is that next fall, they announce the acqusition of the two OTHER properties, they have their eyes on. If I remember right, they too have natural gas, timber, and coal on them.

At this point. Speculation of the two NEW properties. Along with the development of the natural gas wells, and coal mines. All of which combined will be in the multi millions in proffit. 5 million a year from coal. $15,000/day from natural gas. Big Timber paycheck. couple million in steel recycling....Anyways. I think we should be able to hold .002+- through the winter. Next year at this time. 3 properties projects going (possibly). Gas wells, and coal production starting. Construction and resale of a portion of first property possibly.

All this is being done by a half dozen people or so. A CEO. Accountant. Realestate/marketer. And a couple lawyers....

At .0002. I'd say you are getting in at ground level of pretty proffitable business. Small overhead, and big potential. This company is going to grow, and develope into a great money maker in the next couple years. I'm holding all the way...

But you do your own homework. I'm not in control of what goes on out there.

There is a city council meeting tonight. Going to be some news. Good or bad. There will be news. I fully expect a solid report back. Simply put. They bought the property from a person who ignored anual letters from the city council. About demo of the glass factory.
This year. That letter ended up on BCND CEO's desk. And he asked for a city council meeting , to show they all have the same goals. That being clean up, and demo. Along with rebuild.

And just so you know. Some people must've got nervous. Because it dropped to .0001 today. Along with a .0001 ask currently.

IMO. This is a sweet lotto pick.

This thing just went belly up tuesday when the CEO didnt show up for the meeting. Instead he sent some lawyer he never met. Only talked to over the phone. Lawyer was not prepared. And the city was pissed.

I put my sell order in at .0002 then.
Got in at .0001. So its all good.

Got home today and sure enough. BIG NEWS!!! lol Big enough to sell my shares at .0002. But not big enough to close at .0002. hmmmmm

Almost 650 MILLION!!! Volume. And this thing doesnt even close at .0002??? hmmmmm

I personally had a few red flags on this company to begin with. First. They bought the property for 42 or 47 grand. And yet, there are suposedly millions in recycled bricks and steel. Natural gas wells, and coal. and timber. That seems like a deal too good to be true.
I've learned that when things are too good to be true. They usually arent true.

But here in the wild west of pennyland. Anythings possible I guess. i love the idea of profiting from 1 property acqusition, 5 or 6 different ways. Thats smart. Buy bankrupt property. recycle bricks, and steel. Pump natural gas, and dig coal. Cut down good timber. Redevelope the property, and sell retail....

But when you got a scumbag who cant even go to a city meeting, and face the problems. Instead sending letters threatening bankruptcy if the city cause problems. And an un-prepared lawyer who he never met... Well. Thats not good.

My guess is that the jig is up. And this was a last ditch effort to dump some shares. About 650,000,000 of them. lol

My advise. find a better stock to invest in. Who knows what these jokers are up to.

Or maybe the buy out is legit, and you might get paid for gambling. I guess i dont know. All i do know is that yesterday there wasnt even an ask at .0001. And it didnt look like anything was going to change.

I don't think you can buy them at that price.. at least on Scottrade it won't let me because someone would have to sell them for 0.00009 (or less) which is five digits past the decimal. Scottrade wouldn't even let me put in a bid for 0.00015 so I had to buy them at 0.0002. If the buy-out works in shareholder favor I think the difference is going to be minimal over the long run. Summary DD:

-- BCND has a majority buyer per news last month and the completion news is still pending (per PR upon completion of transaction, new management will step in -- note: 6/15/09 new President came on board)

-- estimated 2.5M tons of coal reserves which are worth $120M (currently $48 per ton)

-- natural gas in Westmoreland alone is potentially worth $5.6m per year (4 mmcf per day per PR); natural gas also exists in West Virginia property

-- salvage value of their glass factory in Westmoreland is $6.3m and so far they've received $1M deposit

-- they're marketing logging rights for their landholdings in West Virginia

-- they own around 260(?) acres of land with future development once they get rid of that glass factory and timber

-- has 3 subsidiaries including Beacon Energy Corporation which owns the natural gas rights

-- if you look at just the natural gas from 1 of 2 sites alone, coal reserves and salvage value of glass factory, that's already .044 in asset value excluding the land, future development, logging rights etc

-- plus pending settlement from NYSE:D Dominion Resources for 22 years of use of BCND Westmoreland property for gas storage and gas well that could bring a LARGE capital infusion to the company

-- The total shares outstanding for this company as of 6-12-2009 were 2,978,734,000 shares outstanding with 2,638,712,884 shares free trading and 340,021,116 shares restricted with 3,000,000,000 shares authorized.

In the case for fair an unbiased reporting on my part...if any of this is true, this does not bode well for BCND (disclaimer, I still own shares but don't know for how long...Richard Gazarik is a 59 year old investigative reporter for the Pittsburgh Tribune):

Hempfield wants action on former Westmoreland Glass plant

By Richard Gazarik
TRIBUNE-REVIEW
Friday, June 19, 2009

From a cinderblock building behind a Route 30 motel in North Huntingdon, Adam Marek operates a business enterprise that he says includes natural gas, coal, timber and the former Westmoreland Glass factory site in Hempfield Township.

But the door to the building is padlocked, and a cleaning woman at the Hiland Terrace Motel said she never has seen Marek, who is president of Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings.

Neither have Hempfield officials.

The township has issued a subpoena for Marek to force him to appear at a second public hearing June 24 to determine whether the former factory buildings should be declared a public hazard and demolished, said Solicitor Les Mlakar.

Marek did not appear at the first hearing in May.

If the site is declared a hazard, Marek will have 30 days to raze the dilapidated structures. If he doesn't, Mlakar said he will file legal action in Common Pleas Court to force Marek to comply.

"I want him there," Mlakar said, referring to the hearing.

If Marek still refuses to raze the buildings, Mlakar said he is not sure how the township will force him to do so.

"That's the $64,000 question," he said.

The former glass plant is located along the railroad tracks off Chambers Avenue Extension in Grapeville, which borders the city of Jeannette. The brick walls of the former factory are collapsing, revealing rusted steel beams. Two major fires in the 1990s further weakened the structure. Two large brick stacks also stand on the site.

Earlier this year, Marek told the township he plans to salvage and sell the brick and steel, then develop the site for new industry along with timber holdings he says he owns in West Virginia.

Township supervisors fear the property may be contaminated with asbestos and heavy metals from a century of glass production.

Marek lists the Hiland Terrace Motel as the address for a number of businesses that he has registered in Harrisburg. Calls to a company number go unanswered. The motel's Web site says rooms there can be rented for three hours for $25. It boasts "privacy assured" because of its "discreet location," even though it's just a few yards from heavily traveled Route 30.

Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings issued a news release in May saying it was entering into discussions to sell the company. On June 9, the company issued another release saying it was reviewing a report on asbestos at the site and planned to start work soon.

On Monday, Beacon announced that Marek has been replaced as CEO by Rick Blackburn of Renaissance Renovation & Development, the company Marek hired to demolish the site.

In an e-mail, Blackburn said Beacon is pulling out of Westmoreland County but will maintain a presence because of Westmoreland Glass.

"We found the government, particularly Hempfield Township, to be outright hostile to business ..." Blackburn wrote.

Beacon was formerly known as ITLV Intelective Communications Inc. of Penn Valley, Calif., according to corporate records. Marek was listed as president and chief operating officer of ITLV. A deed filed in Westmoreland County shows that Beacon purchased the Grapeville site from Rodrigo Calderon for $42,000 last fall.

At the township hearing in May, Blackburn testified that he had never met Marek in person and was not an officer of Renaissance. Mlakar said Renaissance is registered in Nevada and lists Blackburn as a principal. Renaissance has a telephone number in Pittsburgh, but Mlakar has not been able to locate an address.

"I don't want to say it's a scam," Mlakar said, "but it doesn't smell right."

He said he believes the change in management is an attempt to stall the hearing.

"It does seem to be what they're trying to do," Mlakar said.

Marek refuses to be interviewed. He did issue a statement via e-mail.

"At this time, Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. is unable to provide you with any non-public information pertaining to the company," Marek wrote.

He declined to answer any questions about his background.

"Again, whether the article relates to me or the company I am agent for is not the issue," he said. "The underlying issue (sic) are federal securities laws that prohibit the company, or its agents, from releasing information to a single shareholder (or group of shareholders) in advance of that material being made public.

"Specifically, federal insider trading laws prohibit our shareholders from receiving information about the advanced release of news that could potentially affect our share price."

Beacon trades as an Over-the-Counter stock under the ticker symbol BCND. Its share price has ranged from .001 cent to .006 cent a share.

Dear Shareholder:

Regulation FD prohibits us from advising if or when a press release may come out.

We submitted our application for a demolition permit with the Township, but they now claim it is not necessary.

We notified Pennsylvania One Call of the intent to dig.

We are in the process of completing the notifications to the state authorities, but this process is not simple. We will provide additional information as it develops.

As to West Virginia, we hope to move forward promptly with the timbering, but will not agree to a deal that does not reflect the value of the wood.

At the hearing, we presented a motion to recuse the Solicitor. A copy can be found at www.beaconredevelopment.com/recuse_solicitor.pdf . Interestingly, the Solicitor denied the motion as premature and stated that he was not presiding over the proceedings but simply giving legal advice to the Board of Supervisors. Yet it was his decision to deny the motion and the Board remained silent.

While the proceedings were more amicable, and the Solicitor did allow the company to express the timeline it needed, we will assert all legal rights available to us as stated in our press release.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) previously announced negotiations with respect to a third party seeking to acquire control of the company. These negotiations continue the path of finalization and the company intends to notify shareholders promptly upon approval of all parties as to the final contract.

In addition, the company previously announced the appointment of Rick Blackburn as President of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. and its subsidiaries. Mr. Blackburn is also a Manager of Renaissance Renovations & Development LLC. This resulted in inquiries from shareholders about the previously entered contract amid speculation that RRD intended to reduce costs associated with the contract by placing their agent in a managerial capacity at Beacon Redevelopment.

Mr. Blackburn, as President of Beacon Redevelopment and its subsidiaries, maintains a fiduciary duty to the investors of the company and must take actions to further their interests and increase shareholder value. As such, the company will not alter the agreement announced on September 25, 2008, between the company and RRD. Under the contract, Beacon Redevelopment's wholly owned subsidiary will receive payment of an additional $5,350,000.00 in exchange for the rights to salvage the Westmoreland Glass Factory in Grapeville, Pennsylvania. This necessarily means that Beacon Redevelopment will not provide any discounts to RRD and will not renegotiate the monetary terms to make it more favorable for the contractor without regard to any market changes for industrial building supplies.

Both companies are actively pursuing the demolition in accordance with the understanding. In fact, Mr. Blackburn will be in Western Pennsylvania for nine (9) days beginning on July 11, 2009, furthering the pre-demolition stages. He hopes to update interested parties on the progress thereafter.

We apologize for the late response to this message. We have already began cleanup of the property including removing debris, creating an access road, and preparing the loading dock. What happened last year was we could not test for asbestos with snow on the ground. Presently, we know the brick is not tainted with asbestos and we know the areas that are affected. We cannot say that Winter won't slow any operations, but the contracting experts state that they believe the entire project will take 7 months from start to finish. Most likely that will encompass part of the Winter months. This post contains "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of the "safe harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. These statements are made as of the date they were first issued.

As we stated in our press releases, the company was and is considering spinning off Beacon Energy Corp. to the shareholders in whole or in part. This is something that won't be determined until after the buyout is finalized.

To clarify, when we say in whole or in part, we may choose to spin off a percentage of common shares of Beacon Energy Corp. while having BCND retain some shares as well. They may choose not to spin off any of it at all. It's all going to depend on how the new control group decides to handle the situation.

We'd also change the name of Beacon Energy as another company is using that name and we are not affiliated with them.

Re: Glass Factory Updates and Lack there of

1. Press releases are for material events such a groundbreaking, purchasing properties, litigations, completion of the prospective buyout, etc. One of the mistakes we made was to issue press releases updating routine activities because we had no outlet to communicate with the public. While shareholders might not be pleased with our position, expect less press releases, not more of them. Our focus is on the business.

2. The asbestos report results are that there are some hot areas, but a lot less than we expected. We've decided to publish the report here, but it's very long and will take a little bit of time to convert to picture files and upload. The report, by a neutral third party, estimates less than $100,000 to be budgeted for asbestos problems. We thought it would be about $200,000 to $250,000, so that's good news for Renaissance Renovations.

3. Under the letter of intent between Ameri-Source and Renaissance Renovations, RRD would be responsible for the environmental matters and Ameri-Source for the demolition and salvage portion. As such, RRD will need to have a contractor licensed by the Department of Labor for asbestos on hand. We have been advised that RRD has a prospective contractor in place for this within the budget outlined by the asbestos report.

4. A Hempfield Township demolition permit was applied for by mailing it to their building inspector's office. At the second hearing a couple months ago, the Hempfield Township staff told Rick that they weren't requiring a permit. Rick informs us that they had the document in a plastic bag along with the check. The "officials" are the Hempfield Township people, so we're not real sure why they were running their mouth to the newspaper claiming otherwise. It could be that the guy the paper interviewed was simply ignorant and kept out of the loop, or there could be other motives. You never know what the political motivations of these people are. As you know, the guy they assigned to be judge at the hearings was the same guy they had badmouthing our company to the newspaper. So you can get an idea of how hokey the Township is.

5. The buyout matter remains in its final negotiation stages as we stated in our last press release where we mentioned the matter. It's unfortunate that it's taking so long, but it is.

********not sure on meeting. In fact, about 5 minutes ago, my Grapeville source asked me when the next meeting was and I couldn't answer him. BTW, ATTENTION, ATTENTION ,activities are in progress at the glass factory. Old vehicles have been dragged away. THE POWER LINE IS IN. Roads are being cleared so vehicles can move about. Believed they are going to bring in a house/office trailer for an on-site office. And, after I'd explained how penny stock investors become paranoid, he told me, two or three times, for me to stop worrying because there are activities going on. He also emphasized that things take time, especially with their township

sold my shares on this today--g/l all-------- http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/westmoreland/s_645500.html

Solicitor Les Mlakar said Beacon has 30 days to appeal the decision to Westmoreland County Court. Beacon must begin cleanup within 30 days and demolish the structures within 120 days or face fines.

Beacon is a penny stock company that is known in stock parlance as "pink sheets." The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does not allow penny stocks to be traded on traditional markets because they are not required to submit audits or other financial records attesting to the strength of the company.

Ownership of the company is murky.

In the past year, the CEO has changed three times, and the board was unable to learn the identities of the board of directors and who the company's investors are at the public hearing.

The company was based in a Route 30 motel until earlier this year. Mlakar said he didn't know what address to send the decision to because Beacon has three addresses. It has a mailbox along Radebaugh Road but no local office.

The company has promised the township it would undertake work to clean up the site but has not applied for any demolition permits from the state or federal government. The permits are required because of the potential threat of asbestos and heavy metals in the soil.

Beacon has issued news releases announcing developments and explaining the progress the company made.

In early September, it issued a news release announcing it had hired Cribbs & Associates of Delmont to conduct tests at the site. Owner Gary Cribbs said earlier this month he could not comment.

When Beacon purchased the site in 2008 for $42,000, then-CEO Adam Marek told the township he would demolish the plant in early 2009.

Marek was subpoenaed by the township for last summer's hearing but failed to appear. A short time later, the company announced Marek was being replaced as CEO by Rick Blackburn of Florida.
