I think this pig picks up in January when new money comes in and all the tax loss selling quits. Tripled my position for the run in the last couple of months when I could get some 2's. Hang tight, this is kind of dead money now, but I think we'll see a very nice run when we turn the calendar.

Presently, we do not have employees. Work for our company is done via subcontractors, by consultants, or by officers. Presently, we are working with over ten individuals that are within the above classifications. This may change once additional support is needed for programs such as our coal operations as we could need full time support staff.
We cannot release future plans regarding our stock structure, whether that is issuance of shares or cancellations of shares. This material is considered material to investors, and Regulation FD requires that we only do so via mass communications so that everyone has the information at the same time.
There have been no material changes to our business plans and no material impediments except as stated in our press releases.
I appreciate your interest in BCND.

Former Grapeville glass factory set to be razed By Chris Foreman TRIBUNE-REVIEW Saturday, December 27, 2008
Demolition of the former Westmoreland Glass Co. complex in Grapeville could begin early next year.
North Huntingdon-based Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. closed on the Hempfield site this fall, paying $42,000 for the abandoned property, Westmoreland County deed records show.
Since 1984, when the historic milk glass factory closed, the building has been a frequent target of arsonists and vandals.
In September, Beacon announced it awarded the salvage rights to the bricks and steel on the property to a Nevada company, Renaissance Renovations and Development, for $6.35 million.
"We believe in the beginning of the year, we'll start with the asbestos abatement and then the demolition," said Adam Marek, Beacon's president and chief operating officer.
"If the weather's good, we can start at the beginning of the year."
Westmoreland Warehouse & Industrial Building Inc. bought the 138,000-square-foot complex for $75,000 in 1986. Another corporation, Diversified Land Management Group., then took over the deed until the sale to Beacon.
Hempfield officials have wanted the building to come down for years.
At one point in the late 1990s, township supervisors said they had budgeted some money to cover the demolition, but the estimated cost has been greater than the township's budget for tearing down condemned structures.
Solicitor Les Mlakar said the township initiated civil actions against the former property owner, but is "taking a wait-and-see attitude" with Beacon.
"It appears they're going to bring it up to snuff," he said.
Supervisor Chairman John Silvis said he's happy with any progress with the property, "but they're not going too fast."
"We want it cleaned up, and it's getting to the point where we'll have to put a time limit on it," he said. "It's put up or shut up."

We have received several inquiries about today's trading from shareholders. We have no knowledge of what or who caused the market activity today. We do not believe the activity was caused by any of our direct investors. We can only assume that it was a retail investor or a market maker choosing to offset his position in the company for reasons that we can only speculate about.
In a perfect world, our stock would reflect the value of our company and the assets we hold. However, Pink Sheets stocks are high risk instruments as the can be controlled by outside forces, such as what happened today.
I appreciate your continued interest in BCND.

Hello, currently new to IHUB, but have received the below correspondence from Adam and decided to share. Don't know if it helps bu here you go.
Hi XXX.
I am aware that shareholders are interested in an update from the company. However, Regulation FD prevents me from discussing when we will release material information about our operations.
I have also been informed that Township officials advise that Renaissance Renovations has not yet filed the permit application. I have been in contact with RRR regarding this situation and plan on having a meeting pertaining to the permit issues shortly. However, we consider this a non-material event as the permit is pro forma, costs $100, and is granted within days. Moreover, the Township previously issued a directive to have the building demolished, so it's unlikely they would impede progress in any manner.
As to RRR, they are a Nevada based organization with an office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their telephone number is 412-321-0780. They are a private company and most likely will not respond to shareholders.
With respect to the asbestos, it is the top priority as RRR can't sell the brick until it is done. I understand that RRR officials have had several contractors to the facility over the last couple weeks. Once a decision is made by them, and providing they authorize release, we will advise shareholders. As stated above, I cannot legally discuss the timing with you.
While I can never predict the future state of the economy or the wide ranging impact adverse conditions may have, I am optimistic that the value of antique bricks will remain steady.
I apologize if I could not be more detailed in my response, but I appreciate your interest in BCND.
Adam Marek, President Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Updates Shareholders as to Westmoreland Glass Factory Thursday February 12, 9:03 am ET
NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) issues the following update to shareholders as to the progress of the Westmoreland Glass Factory project in Grapeville, Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania. ADVERTISEMENT
Last week, representatives of Renaissance Renovations and Redevelopment LLC ("RR&R") met with agents of ATC Associates at the site with respect to obtaining the environmental survey and other environmental considerations. All parties agreed that the current weather conditions impair the ability to immediately take soil samples necessary to proceed.
"We want to salvage the antique brick as quickly as possible, we need to have the proper surveys to proceed. As soon as the ground thaws, we will be moving forward with all required studies and surveys," said Gary Blackburn, special contracting consultant to RR&R.
BCND also wishes to correct and clarify its prior press release regarding the permitting process. While the company submitted the necessary documents to RR&R to file the application, it was determined by RR&R that submitting a demolition permit application to Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania, would be premature as said application requires specific details as to the contractor who would actually be doing the work.
"We cannot finalize contracts with all of our subcontractors until we know where we are as to the environmental survey," Mr. Blackburn explained. BCND believes that this matter is non-material to the company as on December 19, 2006, Hempfield Township officials specifically directed the owners to demolish the building. "We are all on the same page, the glass factory must be taken down as soon as profitability practicable, and we plan on doing such and moving forward," explained Adam Marek, President of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.
The company will continue to keep shareholders and the public updated as more information develops.

just got this email from Dominion!-Thank you for your inquiry about a news release issued by the Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.
Dominion has been in contact with Beacon. Dominion does have a natural gas storage well on the property in question. The company does not have a production well at that location.
Cordial discussions have been initiated regarding a new storage easement agreement for the well. Future discussions are planned in an effort to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
