30 Billion shares! That must set a record for dilution. Mind you, they sell at around a dime a billion, so everyone can own a few. But this one isn't as fun to watch as JMCP, because at least that galloping scam has a novel attached to it.

So I sent Sandy a ***** email after seeing the Q and here is what I got back. Still doesn't make me feel like about to get my money back, but thought I should share.
Hello Howard:
The resulting increase in o/s was a result of 2 events:
1. Conversion of the preferred - which are restricted
2. Conversion of the debt.
The company is now debt free and now can move forward with it's investment in TFN - that is what everyone wants and that's what everyone now gets.
The future does look bright for the company.
You can interpret this anyway you want - but now things are clear and clean.
The company's balance sheet is cleaned up entirely.
Unfortunately it is a hard pill to shallow, but it is now in a position to move forward without any baggage, whether you feel that is good or bad is up to you and the rest of the shareholders.
Regards,
Sandy
Hello Sandy,
29 billion shares outstanding with a PPS of .0001, and you try and defend your actions with crap like, " you don't understand what it takes to run this company". I hope you have a plan to bring us out of this, or I hope you get every bit of the bad kharma you are maniifesting. Come up with something besides a BS "it's not my fault it's the unsensitive shareholder's". Tell us the truth...

As per the price of shares outstanding ( = 20% of TFN ) the company is worth $14.5 million USD.Does that what the balance sheet shows? Are the assets of this company really $14.5 million?
Here is the math that I did. 29 Billion * .0001 (price of share) * 5 (since the shares represent only 20% of the company) = $14.5 million

ATTN BKMP'ers: I found out some good information this weekend. Here is the summary....
"several good announcements coming in the next few months and the new investor group coming on board, future looks great."
Buyer is from Canada....I think it is http://www.mcleanwatson.com/ as Loudon McLean Owen is a shareholders of TFN and "Loudon oversees and guides all aspects of McLean Watson Capital work and investment strategy."
"BKMP will remain as a shareholder of Blackout Communications - albeit with a smaller stake, but in the long term worth a whole lot more as we expand this out worldwide.".....followed by "Yes in the 5% range is probably about right."
"TFN will be global well before two years" and "I think 3 - 5 years is when you will see things really pop."
"No r/s"
That's about it. ALL GOOD NEWS if you ask me. Will repost Monday morning for everyone to see.

What is done is done. In a way with the right news like a mojor player taking us on a real house hold name we could still have a run not a big one but one that could last a week and most could get out with a little change.
I seen others do it. We have traded 1 to2 billion a day on not so good news so just think of a earth shaking pr that would involve some body like com cast. .0005 is very possible

If this company was worth 0.0001/shr when the O/S was 15 Billion... What does that make it worth now?
I still own ~10$(at current price) worth of this turd, and I'm about ready to move it over to the "worthless securities" pile where 99% of all the pinkies I buy end up going....
In closing, I dedicate this song to Sandy Winick, who gave us his word that this company is profitable and that he won't R/S on the shareholders.

Hello Sandy, I am an investor in BKMP for a long time and have confidence in the good health of the company. The recent decline in the stock price has been devastating for me personally and I wanted to find out from you directly what your plans are or what your strategy is for the company's future. Is the buy back program still in function or has that been stopped? Do you have an approximate date as to when you will be announcing the merger/sale details?

as previosly stated, the merger will be complete before the end of the summer. We still have a month of summer left so get ready for the news and pps surge. WOOOAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!111
