Is there any realistic chance of the buyout happening .?
And are they serious about buying back shares ? Things are silent at the moment . Which is what they want if they are intending to buy back shares .
So is the main reason people are down on this stock the large number of shares ? The programing is popular . Sports fighting is big entertainment . I want answers . And I want then now while this stock is at .ooo1

I think it's important to take a serious look at this company and now . While it sits at .0001 and with many believing there is a pending buyout taking place with a buy back of shares .
The negative is the number of shares outstanding . Certainly not the product . And since I just came off some nice profits with other stocks ... I have every intention of studying bkmp & others for more profit .
There really seems to be no such descussions going on with regards to BKMP on this site . I'm trying to change that . I think there is atleast reason to look at BKMP right now . What is the posibility of a reverse split ? What is the posibility of no reverse split . What will happen if the next pr's are about buyout and reducing number of shares ?
Let me cut through the crap . Are there any bright people that want to bring their thoughts on BKMP to the table ?

Sure...I am fairly bright and here are my thoughts on BMKP...
1. There are already enough threads on this POS to start a sewing circle. 2. This POS has been diluted to DEATH 3. Wanna be a long term bagholder...buy this POS 4. I have never owned NOR will I ever own a single share of this POS 5. Did I mention that this stock is NOTHING but a POS?
Did I "cut through the crap" enough for ya?

I have already made money on this stock . Many weeks ago I bought at .0002 & sold days later for .0003 .
However , after that it sank to .0001 . Normally I would take my profits and prepare for the next potential runs .
And I have now invested gains into NNSR { thanks Matto } NFI , brk.b and a couple more pennies .
Can you tell me several reasons you hate this stock ? What you have said so far is what I already know . That they have a lot of shares in the structure . I want to know all the negatives here . Then I will consider against the positives .

We get the dillution part . It's not the first stock to ever be heavily diluted .
I'v been asking about the posible buyout and buy back of shares . Does anyone believe it is happening or are we never going to get someone on this thread who has answers .
The " crap " answers are not answers at all .

try following the money with BKMP and TFN. It gets pretty interesting when you consider what TFN is connected with. Doesn't give anything back to bkmp at all imo.

We can speculate all day and create tons of rumors, but it really don't matter what answers you get here, they won't mean a thing until backed up with an official PR.
We had one wacko with claims of inside info on a sweet buyout package, but it turned out to be a scam to dump his shares.
You just need to wait for the official buyout details coming soon. If it's 30 degrees outside and still no buyout, then you know it was just a big scam.

I think he called it almost a year ago when the PPS was around .0008 and as noted by Bigfoot, he was not well received. I was among those who trashed him, but realized he was right and admitted it on one of the many BKMP threads shortly thereafter.
The problem is, pumpers focus on TFN and its potential; but success for TFN does not mean success for BKMP. If it did, this stock would have half the O/S and would be valued around a penny as everyone expected last year.
This is a financing manchine for TFN and when TFN no longer needs financing, it will no longer need BKMP. Sandy Winnick will (did?) destroy it by sucking all the cash he can out of it and then walk away leaving a broken shell and a lot of broke investors behind.

Yeah, BKMP is a cash machine for TFN and Blackout Communication, but they still may reward its shareholders when the buyout deal is complete. It's in their best interest to not leave shareholders out in the cold because they just might need financing again in the future.
I think the reason they are so quiet is that they are waiting just like us on the buyer to complete the deal and just don't have any new news to report. What good is a PR that says "We are still waiting".

Why do they say .... people are pissed because they lost money on this stock . I made money .
And now I'm just looking at the facts ... to see if I would like to get some for longer term . People act like they are pissed off to talk about this stock . I don't want their emotions involed ... I want the facts , info , DD & insight .
All who have been negative so far refuse to answer my question { DO YOU THINK A BUYOUT IS HAPPENING } and { IS IT POSIBLE THERE COULD BE A BUY BACK OF SHARES } ?
I keep asking these to important questions because .... All of us know about dillution and share structure " HOWEVER " if they do actually buy back shares and go thru with a buyout ... then things change fast .
If they don't want to answer those two questions then I will assume " they don't know how to answer " . And if thats the case ..... Then how can they trash it if they feel there is a chance of a buyout & share buyback .
Those to things alone will obviously change the pps .
Which means sitting at .0001 might be something to take a serious look at .
I bought NFI when trashed .... As I saw things indicating I could make money on it . I made about 2 dollars a share .
Even USXP makes me money and they are a circus .
Thats just examples . No emotions wanted . Just a smart descussion here .

Sandy said there was a buy out and it was in progress. I really don't doubt that. With whom I don't know.
If you are asking me if Sandy will let bkmp share holders participate in the buy out I really don't think so. He just dose not need bkmp anymore and that is only my gut opinion as of now. I only hold long because of my hope Sandy at least allows us 1 run

Hey Triovestor, since you'll the only one making money on all these POS's, you must have the answer, so you tell us what you think.
No matter what anyone say about BKMP, you have three choices: 1) Buy now while at rock bottom, 2) Wait until they announce the deal and pay top dollar, or 3) Don't buy at all and just watch us get rich $$.

Then buy.. buy all you want after you plead for other people to do your research for you. Make sure everytime someone tells you the obvious future of this scam company you reply with the word but. Certainly you can encourage others to join you by lingering with this, the ten thousandth BKMP thread on this board. Surely you alone can clear up and untarnish this scam company's horrendous past. Perhaps you can get past this company's history of dilute/RS/Dilute repeat. Sure you can.. yes and all you have to do is reply starting with the word but... Encourage doubt in anything that is said to the negative of this company. This company is .0001 for a very valid reason and it will likely not budge no matter how many idiotic threads you and others like you can create.
