If everyone is so concerned with this stock being a fraud, then why dont you file a report with the SEC,ATF,AAA,and the FFA and whoever else runs this deal. Otherwise shut it......nuff said!!!

It looks like TFN is going places while BKMP may have abondoned it's shareholders. See the Cable Programming partners of the new HULU online project by NBC and FOX.

From the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) chart, it doesn't show anywhere that BKMP owns part of TFN anymore. Have shareholders been screwed on this?
Im sure the bashers will be here any minute based on the limits of your posting. I cant imagine that TFN would just dump BKMP. Im sure it is still there, just not as prominant as it once was.

The TFN website is overloaded imo. It didn't even finish loading and I got tired of waiting for it. Seems bkmp knows how to finance the advertizing.

They need to tell us what % owenership does BKMP have in TFN Global. I guess the new CEO Samai is having a little trouble getting his first PR out. They have got to give us good news or else he is worthless. That because BKMP is only existing to take shareholders money and fund to TFN. I don't care what they do with the money as long as the can get the pps back up into the double digits and they can't do that by diluting anymore. It's time to buy back some of those shares.

It's already a given this new CEO is worthless. He ain't going to do a buyback. Sandy ruined this stock and he got off scotch free with all the money he scammed from us. It's ashame because The Fight Network on Bev in Canada is a nice channel.

They just can't walk away from their shareholders with a multi-million $ company and expect to get away with it. You can do that if you just pocket the money and skip town like some do, but they have built a new company. So there is a lot we can do as shareholders to keep them honest. It would look mighty ugly for them if the public found out that TFN was built from blood money. TFN image could be ruined if news reported that TFN Global lied to shareholders to get buyin to fund TFN and then left them stone cold holding a worthless piece of stock and without even a thank you while they netted millions. News like this is not what they would want at this point in time. So I think they are not that stupid and will come out and turn things around. If they are that stupid, then let the battle begin.

Top, from what I remember bkmp received about a 20% kickback on whatever they brought into help TFN. But out of the 20% there were plenty of side kicks that needed their funding so almost nothing ever made it back and what did went to management. I traced TFN to some pretty heavy money but imo bkmp has nada....zip to do with any of that. Just a funnel to draw in extra ad dollars and pay for corporate expenses.

BTW Rob, BKMP is that stupid. Look at the sh!t we trade. Half the news we read is completely bs and never amounts to anything. Take a look at ICBM and tell me if you believe anything they put out?
Wasn't BKMP suppose to be taken over before end of summer? Oh ya, that was Sandy's way to dumping 1b shares.
This was my 2nd stock I ever bought back in Dec of '05. I rode this pos from 0007 - 0014 and received this pathetic divy that never amounted to anything, and even then, the OS was huge but nothing what it is today.

I think if you average the O/S to the pps, that would be millions of dollars that went into building TFN. A good lawyer could probably come up with a good picture of what BKMP should really be worth. When you buy shares, you actually buy owenership into that company. If that company invest in another company then the shareholders are entitle to get some of the profits. That's even if they try and hide it by claiming BKMP is just a holding company. I think in a court of law, that 20% could be disputed if for example shareholders money actually amounted to 75% of building the new company. So I'm just saying that I think we have a real good chance of a class action lawsuit here if they choose to turn their backs.

Lawsuit would be your best bet, however, coming up with the $$ to take these douchebags to court could pose a problem and most aren't willing to spend anymore money on this.

You weren't buying TFN imo. You can look at every PR they ever did and see if you were ever told "ownership of TFN". BKMP was an advertising agency supporting the growth of TFN - of which "part" of TFN i was never sure. IMO BKMP could have made a better name for themselves in that regard, they could have managed things much better and possibly even taken on some of the other advertisers that were and still are advertising for TFN and then even branched out. To own TFN you had to find out where their money was really coming from. Not BKMP. If BKMP would have been successful and managed things differently who knows. Just my WAG.

What about Shaw? No comparison to BKMP. They are just one company where shareholders owenership is directly connected to its profits. They pay dividend. Shaw revenue is $2.75B. They have only 431M O/S. Shaw is real, BKMP is a joke.

Top, Shaw funds and receives TFN (at least they used to). Has nothing to do with BKMP at all. Shows though, that BKMP isn't needed for TFN to function. imo.

That's probably why Sandy left. BKMP has done what it was setup to do and that's was to steal shareholders investment to build TFN without having to give back any profits. Now that TFN is self supporting, BKMP is out of the picture. Sandy probably made a killing with this evil schem and now gets to leave before the lawsuit start flying.
