Predictions from one who's been in SMAS a while...

1. Strong close today.

2. Next week we shoot past .0010 -- maybe touch .0020.

3. I've been saying it for several weeks now: I think SMAS will trade between .0010-.0020 for the summer months, reach a half a penny in the fall, and then hit a penny sometime in '08.

NEW INVESTORS: If you're thinking about this only for a MOMO play, you should do some DD and AT THE VERY LEAST, hold on to some of your freebies. SMAS is goin' for a riiiiiiiide! :-)

FLOAT IS STABLE UNTIL MID 2008!!!!!!!!! Do your DD and discover the truth of the beautiful, stable, undilutable 571 mil float.

Go SMAS!

Great chart for a break out next

the run. Watch it.

Yeah undilutable. That's a good one- on the flip side, it appears that there has been some steady accumulation going on with this one. I have some virtual freebies on this one that I hope will 'pippity-pop' soon.

They company has been putting out a fair amount of PRs after being dormant for a long time. Mostly fluffy, but I suspect something's up.

Looks like MMs are going to let
her go -- with the help of the pumps
from Ihub and ceo.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=20326656

This POS is completely controlled
by the MMs. After they have collected
enough shares at bottom, they will
unload them soon. We can join them
or wonder why this POS gets a chance
to run. Again, this POS is for gamble
only. After the run, take your profit
and never look back.

It's a great gamble at this level.
The MMs have collected tons of shares
at bottom under 0.0004. They will run
it as high as they can go to unload
their inventory. With a float of 571
M shares, SMAS will have a good run.
Watch it.

Somatic Systems, Inc. Introduces Clinical Exercise Classes in NYC
Tuesday June 12, 10:03 am ET

NORTHAMPTON, MA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 12, 2007 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:SMAS.PK - News) announces the start of regularly scheduled Somatics exercise classes at their flagship New York location starting July 25.

To address its growing New York City clientele, Somatic Systems acquired a 3500 square foot ground floor clinic in 2006 in the thriving Manhattan neighborhood of Tribeca. The launch of regularly scheduled classes marks the beginning of significant nationwide expansion at Somatic Systems. The Company has a trained staff ready to go and is preparing to launch full operations as they anticipate a steadily increasing client base in the tri-state area. The new Somatics exercise classes will improve revenue by building interest in professional training, targeting exercise class students for more advanced work and ultimately generating an increase in the sale of various retail health products, including educational, professional and health supplies. The significant exposure and market opportunity of the Tribeca location will promote awareness of the brand, increase traffic to the clinic and support Somatic Systems products and services.

Somatic exercise classes have a broad appeal and attract clients from many markets, such as athletes, practitioners of yoga, tai chi, Pilates, seniors and the average "Joe" with chronic muscle aches. Students will develop basic competence in the methods of Clinical Somatic Education and the capacity to understand and use its underlying principles. Students interested in professional training will gain a solid foundation of understanding the basis for the work of Clinical Somatic Education and gain confidence in performing a Clinical Somatics session with a client. The professional training program classes are an exciting way for busy professionals interested in Clinical Somatic Education to enhance their practices without disruption, and for those new to the field to transition smoothly to a new career.

"This creates a strong culture around the business of Somatics and our clinic centers," stated CEO Steven Aronstein. "Given our goal to increase trainings, products sales, and nationwide expansion of our clinic chain, exercise classes can be a powerful marketing tool and one that generates revenue too."

Somatic Exercise classes range from 30 minutes to up to 6 hours a day. Classes can be specially designed for specific target markets and community programs to include: athletes, corporate workshops and wellness programs, senior citizen homes, rehab centers, etc.

Letter from CEO:

From: "Somatic Systems Institute" <info*somatics.org> Add to Address Book Add Mobile Alert
Subject: SMAS
To: *sbcglobal.net>
Date: Fri, 15 Jun 2007 14:41:57 -0400

Dear Steve,

Regarding the Traders Nation interview, I don’t have a
date for you yet. That process is taking a bit longer
than we had originally anticipated, but that’s actually a
good thing: As I told you, we are ramping up our stock
promotion campaigns, and the Traders Nation interview ties
in and coordinates with some more elaborate public
relations efforts.

I am concerned that I may need to clarify some items
regarding the development of Somatic Systems this year.
We have heard that there has been some discussion that we
are absolutely done raising money, and that there will be
absolutely no more free-trading shares this year. We need
to make it clear that we are raising money, and this may
involve the issuance of additional shares. We don’t think
this should cause investor alarm: We are investing all
monies raised into growing the company and its value. We
think this means that our progress will create buzz that
means short-term gains (even if there are float increases)
as well as the obvious long-term payoff of our seriously
undervalued stock and company.

We also want to clarify that it is possible that some
shareholders issued restricted shares a little over a year
ago may choose to pay the fees to lift those restrictions
at one year rather than waiting two. This is still a
small amount of the overall restricted share structure;
there may have been some misunderstanding that absolutely
no shares could become free-trading for another year from
now: What we have disclosed is that the vast majority of
the current share structure are restricted for some time,
including ones that were issued restricted in February of
this year, so they can’t free up for a year or more. We
have put efforts into being very transparent about the
structure of our company, and our intentions. We truly
don’t have anything to hide, and we want investors to
understand we are raising money to do all the things they
are asking us to do. We also think that it is better for
us to raise money now to grow the company, than to sit as
a small company and not build and realize the potential in
which you are all investing. We keep expenses at a
minimum and employees and management take modest
compensation so that we can grow the company.

We know many of you have really grown to believe in our
company, and see it’s heart and passionate potential, as
well as any short-term trading value. We have heard how
you now know like we do that “Somatics” will be the next
“chiropractic”, that it will be a household word someday
soon. You guys really have discovered a diamond, an
unparalleled (and lucrative) chronic pain service that
almost no one knows about yet.

I have heard excited calls for more clinics. I think it
would be a terrible shame for Somatics to not be promoted
and not be spread to key institutions like medicine and
the military, so it can become the enormous ground shaking
revolution it’s poised to become. This is what we must
invest capital towards (and SMAS will be the stock to
profit from that). I also think it would be just as
terrible for awareness of Somatics to explode (even if no
money was spent to promote it), and for SMAS to not have
done the smart planning, growth, and preparation to
actually be able to respond to that explosive demand and
profitability. This is the other side of how we are
investing capital. We are very strategically watering
both sides of the field, balancing both sides of the
sheet, so we not only don’t fizzle out, but we make
fireworks — for Somatics and for shareholders.

Furthermore, almost every piece of feedback we have gotten
is not that we should grow organically over 15 years, but
take action, expand clinic locations, get military
contracts, expand product lines, increase trained
practitioner population, and get the word out. All of
these things take money. Please understand we are moving
to make these things happen. Here are some examples of
what we have been doing, are doing, and intend to keep
doing with capital we raise:

• Additional Investor Relations/Public Relations resources
to meet our responsibility to communicate to the public
what we are doing and what a great opportunity we are.

• Reduce liabilities on our balance sheet, including the
costs of going public (and of developing our amazing
services in the first place).

• More and more financial disclosure, which require
significant investment in accounting and professional
services, but also allow for greater and greater investor
confidence, which brings in more and more shareholders,
volume, buying pressure, and opportunities for resources
to grow our company without dilution.

• Produce a few small, affordable consumer products (CDs,
videos), to get make Somatics more accessible to more
people and in more markets.

• Web services, newsletters and other periodicals, as well
as other exciting publication projects in the works.

• Continuing outreach to and development of relationships
and positions in strategic organizations and sectors, such
as the military, professional athletics, corporate
enterprise (getting installed in these kinds of situations
can take a lot of time and a lot of staff resources, but
can then pay big and long-term dividends down the line,
when the market is expecting higher revenues from us).

• Increase revenues at our existing locations, and
(depending on monies raised) open additional Clinic
locations, which is a cornerstone in our large-scale
expansion plan and the future of somatics. These clinics
can help a lot of people, expand Somatics dramatically
overtime, and produce significant revenue.

• Allocate capital to expand our training programs, which
is yet another of the “win-win” propositions and endeavors
I’m always talking about: Trainings are a high-revenue
product for us, plus they create more market awareness,
client base, and future revenue generators for us.

• In the year to come, critical executive and consulting
hires that will move us in the direction of an even more
sizable public entity, so we are not a short-term bubble
or flash in the pan.

We need to “work this plan”, aggressively but also
patiently and diligently, to reach our goals, despite any
twists and turns in the marketplace. Even some of our
initiatives that are short-term like public relations
require raising money before some of the news can be
delivered and progress can be apparent to the public. We
hope you guys are starting to see that if we do raise more
money, company value will follow, even if it can’t be the
same day as shares are sold (just as when you hire an
expert to do a job, it takes time for them to do it
right). Please also note that the fundraising we did this
spring did not actually drop our share price. Instead,
prices seem to be stably trending upward, even when other
forces such as shorting and day-traders occasionally take
a bite out of that. If you look at our stock’s
performance, I think you will see that recent dilution has
not been the factor in share price (and when prices drop
it has not been from dilution), but that concerted effort
to produce news and promote our company and stock is what
has increased our share price. To continue to do this for
the long-haul — so that you see the dramatic and steady
growth you’re looking for -- takes concerted financial
effort on our part.

There are so many factors that dictate share price, and
the float is just one of them. Again, please note that
temporary price decreases have not been correlated with
any dilution done -- they seem to be more related to
shareholder fears and market manipulation: It seems that
the solutions to those problems are (a) get to know more
about us, our integrity and commitment, and how great and
profitable our products and our plans are; and (b)
continued investment in promotions to increase awareness
and volume. We are confident that our market is strong
enough to benefit if we make cautious share increases in
these early stages of our growth, especially by hiring
firms to keep expanding our markets. Look at how much
awareness of our stock has grown even in just one month,
with limited resources dedicated to that. Our growing
IR/PR campaign is intended to increase our company’s value
far beyond any downsides judicious dilution could ever
have.

The nature of the micro-cap market is investing in
companies that will produce returns in the future; so, by
definition, it seems that your investment in a micro-cap
company like us requires a certain amount of trust in our
judgment, plans, and integrity -- a leap of faith that we
are doing what a company is supposed to be doing -- using
its shareholders’ support to fulfill its promises and grow
and increase its value. That is what getting to know our
company is all about; we’ve tried to be as available as
possible for that, and I think we’ve been more transparent
than most companies. (We have heard that some of you have
expressed interest in visiting us or attending shareholder
events. We certainly would love to be involved in
something like that, and hopefully an event like this can
be arranged for this year. In the meantime, we are always
here, so visitors can show up and get to know us
directly.) We hope what you’ve learned about us so far,
and what we’ve shared, demonstrates both our integrity and
our judgment and smart planning. We hope that instills
confidence for you to trust us and take that leap of faith
with us, to watch us grow and enjoy the returns.

Sincerely,

Steven Aronstein

I talked with the TA on Friday, compared to the 5/11/07 pinksheet numbers there has been an increase of 300 million in the outstanding and restricted share count...Hopefully this is the "money raising" Steve Aronstein is referring to in this letter...If part of his master plan includes unloading shares into the open market at this minuscule level, I think we all know how this story will end...

Somatic Systems, Inc. to Introduce New Product Line Into the Marketplace
Tuesday June 19, 8:30 am ET

NORTHAMPTON, MA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 19, 2007 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:SMAS.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has begun production of a new series of exercise CDs set to hit the market in late July. The first CD will be titled "Daily Somatic Essentials" and will be available for purchase online at www.somatics.org in addition to the local Clinic centers. The product line is expected to expand the Company's reach to a more mainstream customer base and also practitioners in the field. This news represents a potential for huge revenue expansion and greater brand recognition through Somatic Systems' products and services.

"One of the most important aspects of maintaining customer loyalty and ensuring successful treatment results is providing an easy exercise routine for clients," said CEO, Steven Aronstein. The new Somatics exercise CDs will improve revenue by building interest in professional training and targeting exercise class students for more advanced treatment. The first CD series will consist of the daily Somatic exercise series that clients practice. Somatics expects to sell a CD to every client of the various Somatics clinics as well as to their larger national mail order customer base.

In order to increase mainstream recognition of Somatics products and services and ensure high volume of sales, the first CD series will demonstrate the most widely appealing exercise routine and be priced favorably for consumers. This is the start of the Company's larger brand recognition and marketing campaign process that is ramping up over the next several months. "Providing new products and services will drive traffic to Somatics' new expanded website and presents an excellent opportunity to expand our sales model and to show that Clinical Somatics(TM) is the best option for pain relief," said CEO, Steven Aronstein.

Since there is no competing product on the market, the exercise CDs will generate revenues from day one and improve the gross margins of the Company. Somatics will be releasing additional products in the future, including CDs, DVDs, books, and other products. These new developments will contribute significantly to revenues in the short and long term as the company switches from reselling other product brands to selling primarily their own line.
