The approval of the Massachusetts Department of Education and the State Auditor will make Somatic Systems Institute the first and only school in the country officially recognized to train practitioners in Clinical Somatics. This process will present students with exciting new benefits, such as financial aid through Sallie Mae and other major lending organizations. Additionally, it opens the door to offering continuing education credits to physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. The availability of a financial aid program and the capability to offer continuing education to professionals in related fields will dramatically increase enrollment in Somatic Systems, Inc.'s professional training programs. The certification of the institution will pave the way for endorsing and promoting Clinical Somatics(TM) as a trusted and accredited education facility.

Following the licensing, Somatic Systems, Inc. plans to offer accredited Masters and Ph.D programs which will increase the notoriety and position Somatic Systems, Inc. as the leader in the field of Somatics training, education, and clinical offerings. This will also help Somatic Systems, Inc. fill positions with high quality personnel in other locations.

About Somatic Systems, Inc.

Somatic Systems, Inc. is headquartered in Northampton, Massachusetts. Somatics uses a technique called Clinical Somatics(TM). Somatics trains and certifies clinical practitioners on how to reeducate a client's muscles and recalibrate overused or injured muscles through a simple series of training sessions and prescribed at-home movements. The Clinical Somatics(TM) process uses a series of movements (lasting as little as five minutes a day) that lengthen muscles back to their natural, relaxed state.

PCola, I'm guessing you are not alone in your opinion...Anticipation of the interview did virtually nothing for the PPS the last couple of days...It's actually sad we have to be so skeptical with these companies but the puke ceo's that use these interviews and PR's as a vehicle for dillution have never given us a reason not to be...Hopefully Steve Aronstein is going into the interview with the intention of increasing shareholder value and is not the next ceo to be lumped into that category...

Interview overview for those who could not listen in:

-For most of the interview Steve focused on explaining how the practice of somatics works and how patients benefit from using it...

-He mentioned insurance companies are starting to approve coverage on a case by case basis for somatics treatment...

-Stated some doctors are starting to prescribe somatics opposed to traditional physical therapy(mentioned one in Pittsburgh specifically)...

Hopefully the next interview will be a little more focused on SMAS as opposed to the practice of somatics in general...

NORTHAMPTON, MA -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 06/04/07 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS), will proudly launch a new membership benefits program and professional journal to benefit the Clinical Somatic Education Professional Community.

This membership program is a revolutionary effort to unite the industry and foster continual learning. Members will pay annual dues that will include a subscription to The Looking Glass, the new professional journal, as well as essential benefits such as group rates on professional liability insurance, web services, and product discounts among others. Somatics Systems has already negotiated group rate insurance discounts for its category through Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (www.abmp.com).

Somatic Systems will publish its first quarterly issue of The Looking Glass in the month of June. This new publication will introduce a special membership program that will maintain Somatic Systems as the leading institution in Somatics training and professional services.

As the professional community expands, earnings generated from this benefits program will be an important part of Somatics Systems' dependable revenue stream. The group insurance benefit alone will drive membership, and the product discounts positions the company as a wholesaler to all of its members. Additionally, advertising revenue will be generated from the professional journal.

Steven Aronstein, CEO of Somatic Systems, said, "The rollout of this member services package is one of the most important steps we can take in maintaining loyalty among our professional community and encouraging participation. We believe that the new benefits program will strengthen our relationship between the team of practitioners that we are sending out into the world."

Predictions from one who's been in SMAS a while...

1. Strong close today.

2. Next week we shoot past .0010 -- maybe touch .0020.

3. I've been saying it for several weeks now: I think SMAS will trade between .0010-.0020 for the summer months, reach a half a penny in the fall, and then hit a penny sometime in '08.

NEW INVESTORS: If you're thinking about this only for a MOMO play, you should do some DD and AT THE VERY LEAST, hold on to some of your freebies. SMAS is goin' for a riiiiiiiide! :-)

FLOAT IS STABLE UNTIL MID 2008!!!!!!!!! Do your DD and discover the truth of the beautiful, stable, undilutable 571 mil float.

C'mon guys.

Yeah undilutable. That's a good one- on the flip side, it appears that there has been some steady accumulation going on with this one. I have some virtual freebies on this one that I hope will 'pippity-pop' soon.

They company has been putting out a fair amount of PRs after being dormant for a long time. Mostly fluffy, but I suspect something's up.

This POS is completely controlled
by the MMs. After they have collected
enough shares at bottom, they will
unload them soon. We can join them
or wonder why this POS gets a chance
to run. Again, this POS is for gamble
only. After the run, take your profit

Somatic Systems, Inc. Introduces Clinical Exercise Classes in NYC
Tuesday June 12, 10:03 am ET

NORTHAMPTON, MA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 12, 2007 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:SMAS.PK - News) announces the start of regularly scheduled Somatics exercise classes at their flagship New York location starting July 25.

To address its growing New York City clientele, Somatic Systems acquired a 3500 square foot ground floor clinic in 2006 in the thriving Manhattan neighborhood of Tribeca. The launch of regularly scheduled classes marks the beginning of significant nationwide expansion at Somatic Systems. The Company has a trained staff ready to go and is preparing to launch full operations as they anticipate a steadily increasing client base in the tri-state area. The new Somatics exercise classes will improve revenue by building interest in professional training, targeting exercise class students for more advanced work and ultimately generating an increase in the sale of various retail health products, including educational, professional and health supplies. The significant exposure and market opportunity of the Tribeca location will promote awareness of the brand, increase traffic to the clinic and support Somatic Systems products and services.

Somatic exercise classes have a broad appeal and attract clients from many markets, such as athletes, practitioners of yoga, tai chi, Pilates, seniors and the average "Joe" with chronic muscle aches. Students will develop basic competence in the methods of Clinical Somatic Education and the capacity to understand and use its underlying principles. Students interested in professional training will gain a solid foundation of understanding the basis for the work of Clinical Somatic Education and gain confidence in performing a Clinical Somatics session with a client. The professional training program classes are an exciting way for busy professionals interested in Clinical Somatic Education to enhance their practices without disruption, and for those new to the field to transition smoothly to a new career.

"This creates a strong culture around the business of Somatics and our clinic centers," stated CEO Steven Aronstein. "Given our goal to increase trainings, products sales, and nationwide expansion of our clinic chain, exercise classes can be a powerful marketing tool and one that generates revenue too."

Somatic Exercise classes range from 30 minutes to up to 6 hours a day. Classes can be specially designed for specific target markets and community programs to include: athletes, corporate workshops and wellness programs, senior citizen homes, rehab centers, etc.

Dear Steve,

Regarding the Traders Nation interview, I don’t have a
date for you yet. That process is taking a bit longer
than we had originally anticipated, but that’s actually a
good thing: As I told you, we are ramping up our stock
promotion campaigns, and the Traders Nation interview ties
in and coordinates with some more elaborate public
relations efforts.

I am concerned that I may need to clarify some items
regarding the development of Somatic Systems this year.
We have heard that there has been some discussion that we
are absolutely done raising money, and that there will be
absolutely no more free-trading shares this year. We need
to make it clear that we are raising money, and this may
involve the issuance of additional shares. We don’t think
this should cause investor alarm: We are investing all
monies raised into growing the company and its value. We
think this means that our progress will create buzz that
means short-term gains (even if there are float increases)
as well as the obvious long-term payoff of our seriously
undervalued stock and company.

We also want to clarify that it is possible that some
shareholders issued restricted shares a little over a year
ago may choose to pay the fees to lift those restrictions
at one year rather than waiting two. This is still a
small amount of the overall restricted share structure;
there may have been some misunderstanding that absolutely
no shares could become free-trading for another year from
now: What we have disclosed is that the vast majority of
the current share structure are restricted for some time,
including ones that were issued restricted in February of
this year, so they can’t free up for a year or more. We
have put efforts into being very transparent about the
structure of our company, and our intentions. We truly
don’t have anything to hide, and we want investors to
understand we are raising money to do all the things they
are asking us to do. We also think that it is better for
us to raise money now to grow the company, than to sit as
a small company and not build and realize the potential in
which you are all investing. We keep expenses at a
minimum and employees and management take modest
compensation so that we can grow the company.

We know many of you have really grown to believe in our
company, and see it’s heart and passionate potential, as
well as any short-term trading value. We have heard how
you now know like we do that “Somatics” will be the next
“chiropractic”, that it will be a household word someday
soon. You guys really have discovered a diamond, an
unparalleled (and lucrative) chronic pain service that
almost no one knows about yet.

I have heard excited calls for more clinics. I think it
would be a terrible shame for Somatics to not be promoted
and not be spread to key institutions like medicine and
the military, so it can become the enormous ground shaking
revolution it’s poised to become. This is what we must
invest capital towards (and SMAS will be the stock to
profit from that). I also think it would be just as
terrible for awareness of Somatics to explode (even if no
money was spent to promote it), and for SMAS to not have
done the smart planning, growth, and preparation to
actually be able to respond to that explosive demand and
profitability. This is the other side of how we are
investing capital. We are very strategically watering
both sides of the field, balancing both sides of the
sheet, so we not only don’t fizzle out, but we make
fireworks — for Somatics and for shareholders.

Furthermore, almost every piece of feedback we have gotten
is not that we should grow organically over 15 years, but
take action, expand clinic locations, get military
contracts, expand product lines, increase trained
practitioner population, and get the word out. All of
these things take money. Please understand we are moving
to make these things happen. Here are some examples of
what we have been doing, are doing, and intend to keep
doing with capital we raise:

• Additional Investor Relations/Public Relations resources
to meet our responsibility to communicate to the public
what we are doing and what a great opportunity we are.

• Reduce liabilities on our balance sheet, including the
costs of going public (and of developing our amazing
services in the first place).

• More and more financial disclosure, which require
significant investment in accounting and professional
services, but also allow for greater and greater investor
confidence, which brings in more and more shareholders,
volume, buying pressure, and opportunities for resources
to grow our company without dilution.

• Produce a few small, affordable consumer products (CDs,
videos), to get make Somatics more accessible to more
people and in more markets.

• Web services, newsletters and other periodicals, as well
as other exciting publication projects in the works.

• Continuing outreach to and development of relationships
and positions in strategic organizations and sectors, such
as the military, professional athletics, corporate
enterprise (getting installed in these kinds of situations
can take a lot of time and a lot of staff resources, but
can then pay big and long-term dividends down the line,
when the market is expecting higher revenues from us).

• Increase revenues at our existing locations, and
(depending on monies raised) open additional Clinic
locations, which is a cornerstone in our large-scale
expansion plan and the future of somatics. These clinics
can help a lot of people, expand Somatics dramatically
overtime, and produce significant revenue.

• Allocate capital to expand our training programs, which
is yet another of the “win-win” propositions and endeavors
I’m always talking about: Trainings are a high-revenue
product for us, plus they create more market awareness,
client base, and future revenue generators for us.

• In the year to come, critical executive and consulting
hires that will move us in the direction of an even more
sizable public entity, so we are not a short-term bubble
or flash in the pan.

We need to “work this plan”, aggressively but also
patiently and diligently, to reach our goals, despite any
twists and turns in the marketplace. Even some of our
initiatives that are short-term like public relations
require raising money before some of the news can be
delivered and progress can be apparent to the public. We
hope you guys are starting to see that if we do raise more
money, company value will follow, even if it can’t be the
same day as shares are sold (just as when you hire an
expert to do a job, it takes time for them to do it
right). Please also note that the fundraising we did this
spring did not actually drop our share price. Instead,
prices seem to be stably trending upward, even when other
forces such as shorting and day-traders occasionally take
a bite out of that. If you look at our stock’s
performance, I think you will see that recent dilution has
not been the factor in share price (and when prices drop
it has not been from dilution), but that concerted effort
to produce news and promote our company and stock is what
has increased our share price. To continue to do this for
the long-haul — so that you see the dramatic and steady
growth you’re looking for -- takes concerted financial
effort on our part.

There are so many factors that dictate share price, and
the float is just one of them. Again, please note that
temporary price decreases have not been correlated with
any dilution done -- they seem to be more related to
shareholder fears and market manipulation: It seems that
the solutions to those problems are (a) get to know more
about us, our integrity and commitment, and how great and
profitable our products and our plans are; and (b)
continued investment in promotions to increase awareness
and volume. We are confident that our market is strong
enough to benefit if we make cautious share increases in
these early stages of our growth, especially by hiring
firms to keep expanding our markets. Look at how much
awareness of our stock has grown even in just one month,
with limited resources dedicated to that. Our growing
IR/PR campaign is intended to increase our company’s value
far beyond any downsides judicious dilution could ever
have.

The nature of the micro-cap market is investing in
companies that will produce returns in the future; so, by
definition, it seems that your investment in a micro-cap
company like us requires a certain amount of trust in our
judgment, plans, and integrity -- a leap of faith that we
are doing what a company is supposed to be doing -- using
its shareholders’ support to fulfill its promises and grow
and increase its value. That is what getting to know our
company is all about; we’ve tried to be as available as
possible for that, and I think we’ve been more transparent
than most companies. (We have heard that some of you have
expressed interest in visiting us or attending shareholder
events. We certainly would love to be involved in
something like that, and hopefully an event like this can
be arranged for this year. In the meantime, we are always
here, so visitors can show up and get to know us
directly.) We hope what you’ve learned about us so far,
and what we’ve shared, demonstrates both our integrity and
our judgment and smart planning. We hope that instills
confidence for you to trust us and take that leap of faith
with us, to watch us grow and enjoy the returns.

Sincerely,

Steven Aronstein

I talked with the TA on Friday, compared to the 5/11/07 pinksheet numbers there has been an increase of 300 million in the outstanding and restricted share count...Hopefully this is the "money raising" Steve Aronstein is referring to in this letter...If part of his master plan includes unloading shares into the open market at this minuscule level, I think we all know how this story will end...

Somatic Systems, Inc. to Introduce New Product Line Into the Marketplace
Tuesday June 19, 8:30 am ET

NORTHAMPTON, MA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 19, 2007 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:SMAS.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Company has begun production of a new series of exercise CDs set to hit the market in late July. The first CD will be titled "Daily Somatic Essentials" and will be available for purchase online at www.somatics.org in addition to the local Clinic centers. The product line is expected to expand the Company's reach to a more mainstream customer base and also practitioners in the field. This news represents a potential for huge revenue expansion and greater brand recognition through Somatic Systems' products and services.

"One of the most important aspects of maintaining customer loyalty and ensuring successful treatment results is providing an easy exercise routine for clients," said CEO, Steven Aronstein. The new Somatics exercise CDs will improve revenue by building interest in professional training and targeting exercise class students for more advanced treatment. The first CD series will consist of the daily Somatic exercise series that clients practice. Somatics expects to sell a CD to every client of the various Somatics clinics as well as to their larger national mail order customer base.

In order to increase mainstream recognition of Somatics products and services and ensure high volume of sales, the first CD series will demonstrate the most widely appealing exercise routine and be priced favorably for consumers. This is the start of the Company's larger brand recognition and marketing campaign process that is ramping up over the next several months. "Providing new products and services will drive traffic to Somatics' new expanded website and presents an excellent opportunity to expand our sales model and to show that Clinical Somatics(TM) is the best option for pain relief," said CEO, Steven Aronstein.

Since there is no competing product on the market, the exercise CDs will generate revenues from day one and improve the gross margins of the Company. Somatics will be releasing additional products in the future, including CDs, DVDs, books, and other products. These new developments will contribute significantly to revenues in the short and long term as the company switches from reselling other product brands to selling primarily their own line.

Somatic Systems, Inc. to Open Doors to Expanded NYC Location in 2007

Wednesday, June 27 2007 4:59 PM, EST Market Wire "US Press Releases "
NORTHAMPTON, MA -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 06/27/07 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) is pleased to announce that they will open their doors to their expanded NYC location in the fall of 2007. The planning and design phase of the construction of the 3500 sq. ft. location is complete and will soon expand Somatics Systems' presence in the thriving Manhattan neighborhood of Tribeca.
The company is excited about the upgraded space because of its proximity to the city's arts, theater, restaurant and financial districts. The space will house a large open area for public exercise classes, each partitioned with glass walls, a newly renovated treatment room and a locker room complete with shower. The sessions in NYC will be very profitable and the expansion will allow for 4 simultaneous full-time practitioners, each scheduling up to 20 sessions weekly. The company plans to increase staff at the NY location, begin a steady schedule of exercise classes and increase sales of private sessions and products.
The 3500 square foot facility provides for a combination of session rooms and movement classrooms. In the future, there is capacity to increase the space to 5000 square feet while keeping the existing footprint. The future expansion of the business in NYC will be realized using a larger classroom space and four or five new treatment rooms, enabling 8 or 10 or more additional full-time practitioners.
In addition, Somatics Systems has begun the application process to become licensed with the New York State Department of Education , with plans to begin the Clinical Somatic Education Professional Training Program there in fall 2008.
"Running the Professional Training Program in New York City will be exciting and will continue our nationwide expansion," said CEO, Steven Aronstein. "The renovation of the Tribeca location will allow us to promote awareness of the brand in a large metropolitan city, increase traffic to the clinic and support Somatic Systems products and services. We are planning for this location to add significantly to our revenue stream over the next few years."

Somatic Systems, Inc. Proud to Announce Launch of New Web Store

NORTHAMPTON, MA, Jul 10, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) is pleased to announce that they will be implementing a whole new web store as part of the launch of their new web site this month.
The new design will allow current and new subscribers of the web site to be integrated seamlessly with ecommerce accounts on the web store, thereby more easily converting general web traffic into retail customers, in turn increasing revenue. The company was planning to implement this web store redesign as a second phase after releasing their newly updated general web site. Instead the company chose to delay release for several weeks to roll out both phases at once. This is a significant enhancement of the company's redesign strategy, whereby all contact data will be created, stored and accessed through a single database, allowing for streamlined member services, shopping, and email marketing implementation.

"As a former database designer, I have seen how much time companies waste merging data and services. Our new integrated system will allow unlimited growth with one centralized platform. This will save us countless amounts of time and money in the long-run, and allow us to communicate more easily with customers, which will increase revenues and streamline our sales and marketing in all areas," stated Somatic Systems, Inc. CEO Steven Aronstein.

Somatic Systems, Inc. Releases All Current and Historical Financials

NORTHAMPTON, MA, Aug 29, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) is pleased to announce the release of its financial statements for the 2007 Q2 period ending June 30, 2007. Additionally, the company released statements for 2007 Q1 and annual statements for 2006. These releases exceed the standards for Pink Sheets' rating for Limited Information, providing greater documentation as well as all historical financial statements for Somatic Systems, Inc. The company surpassed Limited standards as a result of the information it is currently providing to Pink Sheets to achieve the highest rating of the new Pink Sheets disclosure categories.

Somatic Systems' financial reports were prepared in a manner enabling easy transition to the auditing process. The company is preparing for audits of its financial records, as part of its plans for up-listing to the Bulletin Boards in 2008.

Somatic Systems recorded a 220% increase in gross revenues and 255% increase in gross profits for the first quarter of 2007 as compared to the same period in 2006. These gains were due largely to the company's successes in increasing enrollment in its Clinical Somatic Education Professional Training Program. Gross revenues and profits for the second quarter were 27% and 22%, respectively, of last year's figures. This is due to a difference in scheduling of one of the company's major yearly training events for 2007. The 2006 production and sales of this event were scheduled to generate revenues during the first and primarily the second quarter of that year. On the other hand, the same event for 2007 is scheduled to receive revenues throughout the third and fourth quarters of this year. This later time frame in 2007 for final sales and revenue generation is advantageous: The later time frame means revenue generation occurs during and after the expected airing of the television program about Somatic Systems' proprietary treatment and training systems on WE Television network, the Travel Channel, and 48 syndicated television stations nationwide, providing opportunity for a dramatic boost in sales.

"We have seen important groundwork building and growth for Somatic Systems in the past year; and we have yet to begin a full-scale launch of our revenue-generating clinics, or begun our nationwide rollout of those clinic chains," stated CEO Steven Aronstein. "Furthermore, our upcoming television appearances, state licensures, financial aid packages, military and corporate endeavors, and more exciting new affiliations, customer benefits, and marketing campaigns promise an exciting future and broad growth for all of our revenue divisions for years to come."

About Somatic Systems, Inc.

Somatic Systems is the worldwide center for Clinical Somatics(TM), the ground-breaking drug-free, non-surgical approach to pain relief. This proprietary system uses natural, non-invasive movement techniques -- conducted through one-hour hands-on sessions, therapeutic exercises classes, and home exercises lasting as little as 5 minutes a day -- to relieve pain and limitation resulting from accident, trauma and repetitive stress, including back pain, knee pain, joint problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, scoliosis, bursitis, sciatica, headaches, tendonitis and more. Clinical Somatics(TM) also provides performance gains and injury prevention for casual and professional athletes.

Somatic Systems is pursuing a 3-part growth strategy, consisting of a nationwide rollout of pain management Somatics Clinics; increased production and distribution of therapeutic videos, books, and other retail self-help Somatics Products; and expanded Somatics Training Programs to supply Clinic practitioners and to serve medical and orthopedic professionals and institutions and corporate programs. The company operates a suite of web sites offering Somatics information, products, resources, and opportunities, at www.somatics.org.

This release includes forward-looking statements made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that involves risks and uncertainties including, but not limited to, the impact of competitive products, the ability to meet customer demand, the ability to manage growth, acquisitions of technology, equipment, or human resources, the effect of economic business conditions, and the ability to attract and retain skilled personnel. CEO called me last night and mentioned an idea he had to be more interactive with investors. In the past, some investors have put their email in the ibox and then I sent them to SMAS. In doing so, some have received info related to trainings, etc.

CEO would like to encourage anyone else that is interested to put their email in the ibox or send it to SMAS yourself. He plans on sending out more info along with the newsletter.

SMAS is also planning on doing more promotional travel next year to expose SMAS within key locations. Examples would be offering one to two day free clinics along with the use of eduactional sessions (lecture and so on).

If any investor would like to have SMAS come to your city/town and you have ideas as to where they could host a session (example: Holiday Inns/Ramadas, the type of things you see all
the time on TV hosting large events open to the public) please let CEO know.

CEO also mentioned that they are starting up the new IR/PR campaign next week. This has been posted about before and it will entail targeting larger groups/brokers to get them and their $ behind SMAS. It will also incude working with what WE would call MMs to help with the SMAS thrust.

Other OTC:SMAS.PK - News) today announced that their new website will be launching in the upcoming week. The new site is being designed to allow for maximum growth in the company's communication and technology infrastructure as the Company readies itself for nationwide expansion. This redesign will kick off of a larger branding and marketing campaign that will unfold over the next year in coordination with a national television show and other media features. The new site will include interactive features such as forums, classifieds, and member specific pages. The site will serve as a hub for both professionals and potential customers and clients, and will help to bring them together in their search for the healing principles of Somatics. The new site will also include the launch of the company's web store and ecommerce engine.

While some features of the new site will be rolled out over time, the key upgrades will be complete and launched next week, with an entirely new technology infrastructure built to incorporate all of the company's present and future online services into one integrated platform. This will allow current and future website subscribers to be integrated seamlessly with ecommerce accounts on the web store, converting general web traffic into retail customers and increasing revenue.

It is an important tool in the company's growth strategy, whereby all contact data will be created, stored and accessed through a single database, allowing for streamlined member services, shopping, and email marketing implementation, including newsletter features that achieve targeted direct marketing to a larger audience at a lower cost.

here is email from the ceo yesterday----------------------------------Tue, 25 Sep 2007 17:49:31 -0400

Bob,

Thanks for contacting me. Sorry for the delay in replying to you: The
entire staff is pretty busy right now on our web site, the television
show,
the new Fall class schedule, an upcoming second semester training, and
the
launch of our new Training class in January.

Regarding your question, we do not know of any CD being converted. We
have
done 504 fundraising in the past, but we do not have any shares that
have
been issued during this period with no bid.

I know that trading has been somewhat discouraging for shareholders in
the
past couple weeks. From a public standpoint, our biggest priority now
is
improving the share price and bid strength. I am working hard right
now
with our investor awareness firms to improve market activity for our
stock.
We have a number of initiative lined up, both right now in the next
few
days and weeks, and over the next six months. This first part is the
most
challenging, because there is inertia to any stock price and bid
strength,
so we working to overcome that and get things moving again. The good
news
about inertia is that it's a "two way street" -- as you know, when our
stock
gets moving it picks up steam quite well. Again, I do understand this
time
may be frustrating for some, and believe me I feel that. However, if
you
know our company, the long-term plans, the PR opportunities on the
horizon,
and the historical resilance of our stock when we had less awareness,
support, and resources, you can be confident in the future of our stock
as
well as our company.

Every day we're here overtime hours, building the company as well as
working
on the company's public value. None of us halt in those efforts,
because
there is still so much we want and need to for Somatics.

So, from a business standpoint, nothing has changed for Somatic
Systems: We
continue to operate our successful programs, and to offer the best pain

management system in the world. We're still working on our television
program, our web site, and all the other projects we've reported in
news
this year. The potential for this product (i.e., the Somatics
techniques
and services and our business model for their expansion) -- which we
developed and fine-tuned over more than a decade -- has never been
greater.
Somatics has been a secret "miracle" for a long time, and we believe
we are
close the time when awareness and consumption of it begins to grow like

wildfire. That is what we are preparing for now as we also work on the

day-to-health of the company and stock.

I suppose that was extra information than you were asking for. I hope
this
was helpful. I simply want shareholders to know what we're involved in

here, and truly committed we are to building a strong company for our
shareholders as well as our customers. Please let me know if you have
any
other questions.

Bob,

We have no plans to reverse the stock. We want to bring the bid and
price
back through increasing awareness of the value and opportunity of our
company. Although there may come a time when we do so, at this time we

don't have any plans to increased the authorized shares.
