here is email from the ceo yesterday----------------------------------Tue, 25 Sep 2007 17:49:31 -0400
Bob,
Thanks for contacting me. Sorry for the delay in replying to you: The entire staff is pretty busy right now on our web site, the television show, the new Fall class schedule, an upcoming second semester training, and the launch of our new Training class in January.
Regarding your question, we do not know of any CD being converted. We have done 504 fundraising in the past, but we do not have any shares that have been issued during this period with no bid.
I know that trading has been somewhat discouraging for shareholders in the past couple weeks. From a public standpoint, our biggest priority now is improving the share price and bid strength. I am working hard right now with our investor awareness firms to improve market activity for our stock. We have a number of initiative lined up, both right now in the next few days and weeks, and over the next six months. This first part is the most challenging, because there is inertia to any stock price and bid strength, so we working to overcome that and get things moving again. The good news about inertia is that it's a "two way street" -- as you know, when our stock gets moving it picks up steam quite well. Again, I do understand this time may be frustrating for some, and believe me I feel that. However, if you know our company, the long-term plans, the PR opportunities on the horizon, and the historical resilance of our stock when we had less awareness, support, and resources, you can be confident in the future of our stock as well as our company.
Every day we're here overtime hours, building the company as well as working on the company's public value. None of us halt in those efforts, because there is still so much we want and need to for Somatics.
So, from a business standpoint, nothing has changed for Somatic Systems: We continue to operate our successful programs, and to offer the best pain
management system in the world. We're still working on our television program, our web site, and all the other projects we've reported in news this year. The potential for this product (i.e., the Somatics techniques and services and our business model for their expansion) -- which we developed and fine-tuned over more than a decade -- has never been greater. Somatics has been a secret "miracle" for a long time, and we believe we are close the time when awareness and consumption of it begins to grow like
wildfire. That is what we are preparing for now as we also work on the
day-to-health of the company and stock.
I suppose that was extra information than you were asking for. I hope this was helpful. I simply want shareholders to know what we're involved in
here, and truly committed we are to building a strong company for our shareholders as well as our customers. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I really like this company. I've been holding for a few months. Somatics is something real, clinics are growing. This company has a bright future.
And i really like how the CEO is communicating with shareholders.
With a little exposure, this can move nicely.
