One thing I was thinking is it helps us that BKMP is the public company and not Blackout Comm because if this buying out the parent company happens and Blackout Comm was the stock we held then for sure the new company would R/S and then offer us shares in their company. Since BKMP is public and profits from this there's no stock change coming. BKMP's shares can't become the new company's shares. The share structure is still too high but a 2-1 or 3-1 r/s could help without a 10000-1 happening or something in that area.

RW, If BKMP was being bought out, it would have been better because the buyer would have to buy all of BKMP shares and the pps would go through the roof. But since BKMP is not being bought out and only owns 20% of Blackout Comm, the pot won't be as big. The good thing about this deal is that BKMP will become a stronger company after this and that will help the pps. At this point BKMP is in control of distributing the proceeds to its shareholders, so anything can happen. BKMP might give us a dividend from this or stock in the new company or use the money to buy back shares.

The Biggest News in Maritime Wrestling History. Maritime Wrestlers to be featured in International Television Series.
Saint John, New Brunswick, April 8, 2007
Hemmings House Pictures is pleased to announce the production of a new television documentary series completely produced in Atlantic Canada. Licensed by “The Fight Network” and in partnership with New Brunswick Film, producer Greg Hemmings has teamed up with professional wrestlers Peter Smith and Rick Doyle, to produce a documentary television series following the lives of professional wrestlers on the road. The first season of Wrestling Reality will film the wrestlers as they travel to 6 towns and cities in Atlantic Canada; season two is already in the works for Ireland and England. The series will air this coming fall on The Fight Network.
Not only is Wrestling Reality the first documentary series of its kind, it is also Producer Greg Hemmings’ first look into the world of wrestling. “This certainly is a departure from my previous work, but I’m completely stoked to be able to get a look into the behind the scenes lives of these performers…I feel honored to be able to have a front row seat looking into one of the most secretive sports on Earth.”
Co-producer / star wrestler Peter Smith from Dieppe, NB stands 6 ft 7, and 300 pounds of muscle got into the wrestling business in 1998 after meeting fellow Maritime wrestler Gary Gallant and promoter Emile Dupree. He learned his craft in the Maritimes and in Calgary under the guidance of Maritime legend Leo Burke. Nine years later he has wrestled all over the globe including Japan, Korea, Russia, Egypt and throughout Europe.
“I am absolutely confident we can bring wrestling back to prominence in Canada and especially the Maritimes. This was always a hot bed for wrestling and we want to show the world how much talent we have here and how great the fans are. This series will show exactly how it is to live on the road in the wrestling business and I believe that close up look at our lives will help the public to understand and appreciate what we do.”
MORE
Wrestling Reality will also star co-producer Rick Doyle from Kentville NS. Rick is an entrepreneur and a family man. Becoming a professional wrestler has been a life changing experience for him. After taking his son to a local wrestling show in 2001 he was intrigued by the industry.
“I had watched wrestling on television but had never gone to a live show, I couldn’t believe how physical and exciting it was to watch up close”. Much to his family and friends surprise, he decided to go to the training school. “I really never intended to wrestle matches; I just wanted to see if I could survive the training”.
Under the tutelage of Peter smith and Mike Hughes, he emerged as one of the Maritimes most charismatic characters. “The show is a chance for us to show people how much dedication goes into perfecting our trade, and to show them the true personalities behind the in-ring characters”.
The documentary series will be shot between April 30th and May 7th. The producers are excited about the future global potential of the series, and the promotions. Wrestling and Sports fans along with the curious are encouraged to attend the events. By attending these events you will support the regional wrestling scene and be apart of an extraordinary home-grown documentary production series.

LOL nice PR Sandy.... "a relatively small percentage" eh? How bout some real numbers.... He did the same thing when asked about how much money BKMP gets from TFN...
IMO, anyone who reads this PR should take note of how he defined "a relatively small percentage"..
quote:...compared to those who had the opportunity to convert but chose not to.
How many more shares were we looking at if everyone converted? 150 Billion?... So even if the relatively small percentage was 10%, that would still mean that the O/S just doubled. Right?

I would say that's good news NR. Now maybe the pps will begin to rise since there will not be any more conversion. Here's the PR. -------------------------------

It's good news in the sense that the dillution has stopped, for now.... But until some real numbers are given, it is anybodys guess what will come of this. I'm not saying this won't run when more news about this "Buyout" comes out, but IMO as soon as an updated OS is given it will get real ugly.... unless it stays at 0.0001 and doesn't move at all, then we could be facing a R/S.
I'm already down enough on this one to where I plan to just wait for news about the "Buyout", but if it does run and I can break even, I'm moving to the sidelines and y'all won't have to listen to my "panzee" rants anymore, since I won't be allowed to comment on a stock I don't own anymore.

So far, no trades at .0001 today. That's a good sign because all trades today has been eating away at the .0002 sells, so at this rate we could see .0003 and up soon.

Over 32M trades at .0002 and 1.5M at .0001 so I would say someone is just playing tricks to get you to sell low. No one's really selling at .0001 anymore. It's all up hill from here.

Thanks for the info. I wouldn't worry too much though. Sandy Winick assured shareholders that BKMP was profitable in his interview on Traders Nation a week or two ago.

That's to be expected from a new startup company. Most companies loose money their first year, especially those that has a global market. But they are getting more wide spread and better. I just went to their web site and they have really improved it with more features and a better look. It now has a vidio broadcast and a weekly schedule of events.
