How quick Cyberkey clears up the issue with the SEC will say a lot on how fast they can get some M&M’s to file the 15c-211 and then maybe using the “If you build it they will come” theory we’ll get some piggy back action goin (don’t touch that). They could do it. The order was pretty clear on what they needed to answer. Now it’s a waiting game. And getting more intense every hour until Tuesday am.

I have 0% faith this will open on pinks. imo it will be a grey for a while. Even if Cyberkey proves everything by COB tomorrow it still needs the MM's to file. And then if Cyberkey takes the initiative and files also and PR's the thing to death it will still take some time to get back on the pinks. NOW - IF they do all the above AND put out their AF filed with EDGAR - imo - that would be a horse of a different color. They can still grow on the greys imo, but next week is gonna be brutal. planing for the worse maybe we'll get lucky. Keep in mind - i'm a newbie in this. this is only my opinion.

I think everyone here has some money in this stock. I'm sure everyone keeps checking up on CKYS to see if maybe it is back and on the pinks. I keep thinking i'm going to wake up in the morning and it'll be back up and trading at a high price. haha

Here is another idea - try to remember the heavy hitters that were on the level II's. Call them or check their web sites and then call them and see if they are considering filing or will be filing. might get your foot in the door when you try and call your broker after the suspension is over. I'm not suggesting you buy or sell but knowing how to me would be important. your broker may not see a bid/ask and tell you you can't trade and then you would be able to tell them who to call. Naturally you would be charged more for an assisted trade and possibly even more since it's a grey (don't know - i've never done it).

Not the MM's sorry. MM's need to do their DD and comply before they can quote. The sec has already lowered the ax, to protect us. i am still figuring this out myself. If anyone sees me totally off track feel free to step in. The chances of the SEC retracting and allowing this to continue as if nothing happened are slim to none. I haven't found any that have been retracted.
to check for filings...CKYS should be posted on pinksheets call the SEC's Public Reference Branch at (202) 942-8090 or contact them via e-mail at publicinfo*sec.gov.
I haven’t called to see if there were any filings other than what we have already seen on pinksheets. imo it would be in Cyberkey's best interest to file their 15c-211. This would give some transparency and show everyone they are trying to be up front. it would certainly speed up everything. I am still going through the link I posted earlier reading the rules. Plant has his work cut out for him. Sure would like to see him come through for all of us.

YO-YO You guys had your fun trading CSHD on the greys. I was wondering why this thread was so quiet. Almost turned me into an IHUBBER. $27 to get out on scottrade and another $27 to get back in if you want it. I'm waiting for day 3, see if my prediction is right.

I dug this thread up from the bottom of page three today when I started to see trades going through again. You are right though, it is rather boring here at times and no one seems to care about being up to date on the 'happenings'.
Maybe in time we'll have interest again.

Don't get me wrong here but it's not that I don't care what is happening, after all it is my money BUT. There is no point in endlessly debating what is going on and speculating what is going to happen. And I really don't see the point to posting every uptick/downtick, like happens on other message boards. I care what is going on but inevitably, it is what it is and it's going to be what it's going to be.(hides soap box back under desk)

Your right, it gets boring reading the same old thing on the message boards, but at times I find myself having to go to other sites to find out what's happening with a stock I own.
In the case of this one, no one here even knew it was trading again, yet the board Boo speaks of had already accumulated two pages of information.
This is my preferred board of posting as well as reading and being kept up to date, but sometimes we are too lax, that's all.

I understand wit, I sometimes venture over to ihub just to see what folks are saying, and most of the time it is just complaining and bashing. Allstocks is my home, ihub is just a pay by the hour hotel. Thanks guys.

I AGREE COTTON. I was trying to learn about the greys, maybe you can see my learning curve. I think I have a handle on it now. The CSHD threads helped a little as well as the SEC sites and other sites. If this had run like CSHD did this would have been a hopin board as such. But luckily it didn't. SEC timed it just right to kill yet another stock before its run. I have my doubts if we'll see the entire truth. As far as ihub there are only a handful of people that are on the level - and they usually get deleted so fast you need two monitors going to catch them. It is crazy over there. I do like this board much better. There are some people seriously in need of guidance over there. If you guys see me out of whack I would hope someone would step in. My broker fond me someone to trade with but I stopped him because of the flip cost. I wouldn't have anything left LMAO. So for me better to average down.

Guys from my expierience with CSHD (which I believe this company is real - it actually has sales- so I 'm not totally trying to compare the two- but anyway)
This is just my opinion: This will continue to drop until it finds a "resting point" but it definately will continue to drop...something, I have to admit is weird though....how could the company not have proved it's contract yet?
I will see what happens tomarrow, if it DOES continue to drop I will sell than wait for it to settle, which may take a while, then buy back in because I DO think this is a legit company...
Has anyone tried calling the SEC & asking how the investigation is coming?
