No investigation prior to, just shoot first ask questions later. Almost as bad as scottrade's restrictins. LOL.

Hard to believe that they don't have what they stated with the Good Morning America spot, Nascar and Superbowl magazine ADS. It's a shame but think it's probably a technicality and not fruad. Only time will tell. They will need to get a MM to file a 15c211 to trade on anything other than gray sheets.
SEC suspensions are never a good thing, hopefully CKYS has the goods to show they are on the up and up and move forward.

client disclosure violation crossed my mind but that opportunity to do something about it would have come about long ago IMO - and not through the SEC. They have a verifiable cage code with the government - that in itself doesn’t mean they have money changing hands but that there was some DD by the gov't before the cage was issued. They may not be able to show us these contracts. A thought crossed my mind that this is an easy issue to resolve and for that reason the SEC isn't afraid to ruffle some feathers for some attention. It's the scam stocks that are harder to track down. but - that's just my opinion. if it weren't a pink maybe it would have been treated differently. Could also be that the contract has been completed and they are still braging about it so someone reported them for making it seem like it was still in progress. - that theory is a streatch. But the rev from the contract should be verifiable. I had another theory last Fall about this homeland security contract not even being with the government but actually was with HISC.PK (they have a history with Jim Plant) and they were making it seem like it was the govt. That theory was proven wrong when they actually obtained the govt cage code. (see IHUB info page.)

yep. and when it trades again I'm 99.9% sure i'll be able to get more around .005 (hope i'm wrong though). Or at lease at wherever SLJB is trading. If he gives us an AF with some uplist info and settles the contract issue in the next 11 days we might have a chance. Good luck peeps.

from Investorshub: "Last post today. Just had a great talk with Jim Plant. He said there is 30 million dollars of short stock. Not shares, dollars. He is glad this happened. Said they have iron clad proof they have given the sec of contracts. Said way undervalued, and that they will be trading before the 16th. Said they have not diluted the stock one bit. He knows the guy causing trouble, lives in Mexico. I said, didn't you see this coming. He said yes, because of all the shorting. He is very glad this happened. He said anyone who goes there can see for themselves that they are busy and they just rented some more space. Done posting, but feel much better. Talk to you tomorrow. Imo. Woof."

only difference is, right now there can be no dump. No point in a pump right now, if you hold shares your stuck, if you want more, you can't get 'em.

I sold out of this just in time last week, not because I don't like it though. I decided to go with FCCN instead for now. Just till it runs to a buck then maybe some more of this.

And me, too. This thing had no chance! LOL
Actually, I feel a little better about this one than I do/did about CSHD and SLJB. At least it appears that there is a real product associated with it.

Just a reminder - if they do not satisfy the SEC by the 10 days & then this goes to the Grey's, they will not be able to uplist.....it will be a long time before they can uplist....
