Cheers paul. they say they aren't diluting but... also this is good news for cyberkey 45% increase over 2 quarters. the real AF is what I am waiting for – that in its self doesn’t seal the deal but certainly a step in the right direction. I like results not excuses - but this is the pink game. there will always be profit takers and shakeouts, that's what makes the flippers happy. maybe this is just the beginning. gotta keep an eye on the charts m8.

Hi Boo!!!! I'm Lurking...What do we have here? A winner maybe? What's the word on this one?

Posted by BooDog on :

Word is to flip the crap out of it. IMO. watching for re-accumulation to start back up. I was a little surprised this didn't run as far as I thought it would. Nice gap though and decent volume. immediate dip stinks of some serious dumping/dilution contrary to what the company says (i DO believe everything - it's how I use that info right?). Thinking to wait a couple more days since the indicators are dipping. Should be a nice gainer for flipping as mid feb approaches for the AF - that should keep this bouncing nicely.

Hey Jenna, one of these day's me and tman are going to have a winner. It can't all be bad luck.

Posted by Jenna on :

That's right cotton, for every action there is a reaction.....luck must eventually change....

[Wink]

Posted by BooDog on :

I think this has its support back at .015 so I wouldn't worry too much. But that is just MHO and all that jazz. I was thinking after my last post that many may have had auto sales set up and didn't see the filing over the weekend. Wondering if they are waiting to get back in as well. It held the .018 pretty good. Some of the indicators still look promising IMO. We'll see. Would like to see CKYS follow through but there is still time to flip away. I was looking for a .04 again before the AF and a nice run after. We'll see. Would like to see edgar's name next to a filing. Yahtzee?

Posted by Jenna on :

cool- have a sell in at .025....What do you think about that Boo- too high?

Posted by paulbest on :

OK for those who lost on this POS yet once agin, look for a entry point of .012 OR LOWER. Sell at .018/.019 a few days later.
You may have to wait a few weeks for this dog to tumble. But trust me , she's headed there

Posted by BooDog on :

Paul says we should trust him. If you can get an entry at .012 and flip out at .019 that woud be a good play imo. This one has good pip ranges for flipping. This one is picking up the heat IMO. Good luck.

Posted by money 76 on :

well this company is doing too good . 9 prs this month

u never know there might be another couple on the way.

stock to touch 0.03 and more very soon might be just beginning of next month or so.

i see this stock not falling below 0.015 but can see itgoing up higher to 0.03s.

Posted by BooDog on :

Not so sure I see what you see Paul. Did you break it down? money flow / pvo? momo is a bit shaky which could put this back down to support. We are only a couple pips from eachother for the low. Should be some nice pops in the next couple weeks too. I see a lot of the indicators pointing down but imo it depends on how much you take into account big downward push today after such a gap on the open. This opening gap created an op for the flippers. This was early and the support to maintain held fairly well. After the rush volume and momo settled out. Accumulation and money flow do look unsettling but there is support that should hold it. I know this isn't the greatest stock in the world - don't get me wrong, but I like to see the whole picture. It is a pink. anything goes. I've said from the beginning what I think about the risk/reward for this. But that doesn't mean ride it to the bottom either - cover on the run and build on the dips. GLTY.

Posted by paulbest on :

Boo I want to express my gratitude for not bashing my 2 cent opinion. Thats all I'm giving, nothing more. Whether it contributes to any decision made by a member is not my point. Its just that I have a 'feel" for this stock , WITHOUT even the need to ck the chart. But just to see formyself, I went to look. And here's what the CHART SAYS. A Chart NEVER lies. Its FACT. Everyone can throw their own interpretation as they see fit.
So my above opinion is reaffirmed by the chart, AS I READ IT.

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ckys

Look to jump in at .012 and exit at .017/.018. Whats that a 40% reture in 2 days. BUT you gotta be patient and gotta be at the computer when she dips and when she peaks.
Is thsi stock really worth it?
There's others I prefer better.
Good luck to all.

Posted by BooDog on :

No problem Paul. I said before I listen to every angle I can get. This is one of the top viewed stocks right now in the pinks. getting hotter as we get closer to the AF. I ALWAYS try to play conservative which usually causes me to miss out on a few bucks on the run but dats a okay wit me.
It is worth some DD imo. CKYS is making their own path. Product/Revenue/shareholder interest/and future goals that have been spelled out. So far so good IMO.
Good luck Paul - and with both of us posting on this it is now doomed. LMAO!

Posted by Rex on :

Absolutely kicking myself today. Broke my own rules and got greedy this morning when I saw the gap at .024 before the bell so I raised my sell order from .0245 to close to 3. Long term ta doesn't look good imo with a negative MACD. This stock is still good for flipping but don't look for huge gains. Could see a decent run up in anticipation of AFs next month.

Boodog, look at Rex's guesstimate, already projecting my low of the .012 mark, which I felt would be "around the corner", but not as soon as tomorrow. But in penny land , nothing is predictable.
i know many here made money flipping this thing, but wih its downward trend, with little support, even the flippers are wary.

But what an incredible Fluff machine CKYS has, really top notch model, has all the bells and whistles

I know this is no secret but just a reminder. In my earlier post I put a link to the recent shareholder update where Jim Plant briefly mentions their relationship with Sequiam. So this is no surprise. Just wanted to post this to make sure everyone knew the deal.

SQUM.OB.

SQUM Sequiam Receives $2,250,000 BioVault 2.0 Purchase Order for Immediate Delivery From Austin, TX Distributor Davenport Sales International
Business Wire - May 18, 2006 7:00 AM (EDT)

ORLANDO, Fla., May 18, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sequiam Corporation (OTCBB:SQUM), through its wholly owned subsidiary Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. (http://www.sequiambiometrics.com), a leading provider of biometric technology and services, announced today that it has received a substantial purchase order for the BioVault 2.0. The order is for delivery of 10,000 (ten thousand) units of the BioVault 2.0, constituting sales of approximately two million, two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.

The BioVault is currently in production and Davenport Sales International is scheduled to take FOB China delivery of the June 2006 production batch.

BioVault 2.0 is a storage safe that can only be opened by unique fingerprint. The rugged and aerodynamic design and ease of use guarantee many years of use and enjoyment. BioVault 2.0 runs on regular standard batteries and comes with an AC power adapter. Over 50 people can be stored into its flash memory and it can be mounted to the wall or in the bottom of a car trunk with the optional mounting bracket. An easy to read LCD screen ensures quick enrollment and administration functions.

For a look at the new BioVault 2.0 see a QuickTime movie by clicking on this link: http://www.sequiam.com/downloads/BIOV2.mov.

Keith Miller, President of Davenport said: "I have been following the development of the BioVault 2.0 closely for the last two years and I am incredibly impressed with the final product. Sequiam has done a great job on this technology and our company is looking forward to a long distribution relationship with Sequiam. I hope this first order will show the confidence we have in the BioVault and through our own advertising and promotion efforts anticipate aggressive sales in the months to come."

Kevin Henderson, President of Sequiam said: "We are excited to receive early orders for the BioVault 2.0 and especially orders of such magnitude. It proves that the excitement surrounding the BioVault technology is not unwarranted. The BioVault 2.0, utilizing Sequiam's proprietary biometric systems is a state-of-the-art safety storage unit made specifically for the consumer, and shows beyond a doubt that Sequiam is leading the global way in making biometrics available to all consumers at a reasonable price." Kevin continues: "At current capacity our manufacturing facility can produce 10,000 units per month and we expect to fill up that capacity very quickly. It is very gratifying to see years of research and development, resulting in the BioVault 2.0, being received so well in the marketplace. We are confident that our entire biometric product line will continue to be welcomed with the same enthusiasm."

I think there may be a bit more of a sell off because many didn't see the new PR saying their time slot was bumped to next week. Beyond their control. Good to know when this would be scheduled but like the AF's if you can't control it the CEO's shouldn't be specific on the exact details. The retraction was well written with honesty imo and although many probably won’t see it until after they see it wasn’t televised they will see the why. 4.58 million people still won’t know about Cyberkey until next week. LOL

In a shareholder update in December Plant mentioned the AF should be completed within "about" 30 - 60 days (update was from Dec 18th). In the new shareholder update when he talks about the AF he didn't even leave you with a hint of when they would be out. So it could be right around the corner – my guess is JMO but it would be nice to see an edgar filing out of the blue with the AF. Another pink talking about doing the AF thing with an up-list. Believe it when you see it. I’m guessing right at the end of Feb - 1st week of March. Sure would be nice to catch some shorts off guard. Until then this will be like any pink being used and abused with some great flipper action.

If’s, hopes, maybe’s are all speculation and dangerous words in any stock – but in the pinks they can take every last penny you put in. Do your own DD and don’t put in what you can’t afford to loose. This is all jmho.

Here is the update

When I wrote that Boo I hadn't yet seen that pr. Unfortunately I was away from my computer most of the day and was confused about the low pps when I finally signed on.

I didn't think that pr warranted the selling that was done,...and you are right, the retraction was very well written. Sometimes in television those things happen.

I know how to watch out and avoid the losers. I just need to get in on the winners, early on.

Glad to see your learning Paul. As am I. It is interesting to see how as a stock grows more and more people tend to show up.
One of my methods is playing the crap out of a stock. Take GSPI for example... you can almost watch yourself make money. A slow decline and then a gain like from .07 to .095 - no one even talking about it. In other words - you DD the crap out of something and you use it. play it over and over again - flip in and out.
CKYS is kinda like that too. But IF you do your DD - and I have to admit - if you go through the past say 700 - 2000 posts of IHUB you can gain a lot of DD. IMO CKYS has a good model. a lot more than what has posted here. but you have to cypher it out. everyone has an opinion. Do a little DD - stay away from the kool-aid - and tell me what you really think.

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 RELEASE NO. 55237 / February 5, 2007
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of trading of the securities of CyberKey Solutions, Inc. ("CyberKey”), of St. George, Utah at 9:30
a.m. EST on February 5, 2007 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 16, 2007.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of CyberKey because of questions that have been raised concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, (1) the company’s purported contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies,
(2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule, including Rule 15c2-11(a)(5). If a broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to CyberKey's securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker, dealer, or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, they should contact John Reed Stark in the Office of Internet Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission at (202) 551-4892 or by email at starkj*sec.gov

Well, if does get aired, I hope it is after this is resolved, otherwise, it won't help much since noone will be able to buy.

And if it gets resolved sometime after the Good Morning America thing, it will have been old news.

Hard to believe that they don't have what they stated with the Good Morning America spot, Nascar and Superbowl magazine ADS. It's a shame but think it's probably a technicality and not fruad. Only time will tell. They will need to get a MM to file a 15c211 to trade on anything other than gray sheets.

SEC suspensions are never a good thing, hopefully CKYS has the goods to show they are on the up and up and move forward.

All you can do now is wait.

GOOD LUCK

client disclosure violation crossed my mind but that opportunity to do something about it would have come about long ago IMO - and not through the SEC. They have a verifiable cage code with the government - that in itself doesn’t mean they have money changing hands but that there was some DD by the gov't before the cage was issued. They may not be able to show us these contracts. A thought crossed my mind that this is an easy issue to resolve and for that reason the SEC isn't afraid to ruffle some feathers for some attention. It's the scam stocks that are harder to track down. but - that's just my opinion. if it weren't a pink maybe it would have been treated differently.
Could also be that the contract has been completed and they are still braging about it so someone reported them for making it seem like it was still in progress. - that theory is a streatch. But the rev from the contract should be verifiable.
I had another theory last Fall about this homeland security contract not even being with the government but actually was with HISC.PK (they have a history with Jim Plant) and they were making it seem like it was the govt. That theory was proven wrong when they actually obtained the govt cage code. (see IHUB info page.)

"Last post today. Just had a great talk with Jim Plant. He said there is 30 million dollars of short stock. Not shares, dollars. He is glad this happened. Said they have iron clad proof they have given the sec of contracts. Said way undervalued, and that they will be trading before the 16th. Said they have not diluted the stock one bit. He knows the guy causing trouble, lives in Mexico. I said, didn't you see this coming. He said yes, because of all the shorting. He is very glad this happened. He said anyone who goes there can see for themselves that they are busy and they just rented some more space. Done posting, but feel much better. Talk to you tomorrow. Imo. Woof."

Gonna stay tuned, this one should be interesting. Not as loud as CSHD since this got flattened before the "BIG RUN" but still should be a good show. Looks like Paul might get his .012 or lower though. LMAO. IMO with what Cyberkey has done so far and their direction I think things will work out. i spoke to the investor relations today and they only gave me details what was in the news. they are cooperating with sec.

i asked them about how long will it take for the stock to trade ? they told me they cannot say anything at the moment

other thing i checked with them was will it start trading at a very low price and they refused to answer that.

i asked them if within 10 days they can prove it
he was not sure about it.

lets see hope plant can get it together and give us good news by this week.

Just need to wait and see what Plant can produce. From everything that I have seen so far we're in for one hell of a dip unless he can have the SEC put something out publicly saying they were mistaken to bring back the M&M's. and I wouldn't expect that. jmho.

Unfortunately, I have never seen the SEC put out anything that admits they were mistaken. The problem is that more likely than not, it won't be settled that quickly. The investigation will be ongoing after the stock begins trading again and the SEC will not comment on ongoing investigations. I'm not sure but also think they will open on the gray sheets until they can get a Market Maker to file a 15c211. THis could take a little time. Remember that it isn't just fill out the form sign it and be done. The quoting entity Broker/MM must do DD and have a belief that what is stated is true.

Here's a PDF file on 15C211.

I hate to see this happen and truly hope that CKYS can move forward for the sake of the shareholders. I also agree with Wit that there are many Pinksheets out there that display the attributes of SCAM status much much more than CKYS. I do think they will move forward it's just a matter of when.

I wouldn't expect to see any action until the 17th at the earliest. And I did find one pink that didn't crash right away FRTM after a freeze but - the day after the poster said that it did. unfortunately. Hope it recovers as I hope this one does too.
I expect it to play out like Wallymac and some other experienced people I have seen that are still willing to help people trading these micros. There is some good info about this on the SEC web site. The point Wallymac makes is right in black and white from the SEC. Finding that MM will be easy IF Plant can prove his case. But either way - after the suspension he will need to find one.

Cheers Wally.

check out a few of these and see how they performed.

and yes... I did just look at my calendar and this won't be eligible for the magic MM until the 19th. oops... 19th is a holiday! nice timing SEC. (*^^#$^$%(&^%#^!!

Cyberkey has to settle with the SEC. If this was a scam they did a pretty dam good job. Compare cyberkey with one of the recent suspensions. reasons are different but some things seem to have a pattern once they are called out.

take a moment to scope this site… contact info is still up.Thats about it. Normally I would take the time to run the “Who is” and see if anything matches and how things track back to the company. Notice the press releases are gone, web site in general is a joke IMO. If they were going private again I would think they would say that on the site.

I’m sure there were more red flags than this that kept people out of this.

“To all shareholders and Email promotion victims:
It has come to our attention through many, many complaints to our office that someone is or has been promoting our stock bclc.pk (Bicoastal Communications, Inc.) through email spamming without our knowledge or consent. This letter addresses our position. We would like to state the following. “

This is just one comparison. With some patience we’ll see what happens with CKYS. Just thought this was interesting. So far they are still up and running. And sticking to their plans. One concern would be product supply whether they are meeting supply and demand. 4 products have a 2-4 week delay - that's fine IMO as long as they continue to provide and follow through. They have made improvements to the website to include putting the pps quote on the home page. If they are hiding something the are doing a good job of it. we'll see.

Imo. Woof."

What I would expect to see,

We will more than likely see this
Primary Venue: Pink Sheets
Quote Status: Unsolicited – or other OTC

IMO the form 15c2-11 will be filed here. IF it is and done so relatively quickly I think we’ll be okay.
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=ckys

Here is an example of 1.
https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/632997/632997_FR7.pdf

I still expect this to be on the greys for a bit and imo this will dip major (guessing .001 - .004 by the charts) if we don’t get decent transparency with Cyberkey by them filing an AF or the 15c2-11 right away I think this could dip even lower.

The work of many here in their communications with JP shows some great optimism imo, unless it is dealt with and put in black and white quickly, most will run anyway and wait this out. Good luck to all.
This is my opinion.

The best news we could see is that he has filed the form 15c2-11 and it's available on the pinksheets website (by COB on Friday). And then in that form is as much info as he can legally show about the sec issues that started this whole thing. imo until that happens... is anyones guess. gonno get pretty grey while we wait come Tuesday.

BIG IF. My DD says yes but i've been wrong before. imo not much hope for the pps next week unless they get the word out. looking for a .005 almost right away, day 3 will probably be the heaviest sell off possibly pushing to .002 with no news and complete loss of confidence. looking at 1 year charts for support at the .005. IF Cyberkey can fully explain and file the forms before then, then we stand a chance imo. I don't trust rumors but my ears are perked. everything on all the boards is pure speculation. look at the list of suspended stocks and look at some of their patterns following the suspension. This is my first - it is completely in the hands of Jim Plant. review the last couple days of this thread. Everything I have posted is my opinion. I remain optimistic until the bell on Tuesday morning. They have a lot going for them IMO. IF they are 100% and can prove it before open... well - that's just more speculation.

How quick Cyberkey clears up the issue with the SEC will say a lot on how fast they can get some M&M’s to file the 15c-211 and then maybe using the “If you build it they will come” theory we’ll get some piggy back action goin (don’t touch that). They could do it. The order was pretty clear on what they needed to answer. Now it’s a waiting game. And getting more intense every hour until Tuesday am.

boo, whats your % estimate, that CKYS stock will be opened for trading right on pink sheets ?

Posted by BooDog on :

I have 0% faith this will open on pinks. imo it will be a grey for a while. Even if Cyberkey proves everything by COB tomorrow it still needs the MM's to file. And then if Cyberkey takes the initiative and files also and PR's the thing to death it will still take some time to get back on the pinks. NOW - IF they do all the above AND put out their AF filed with EDGAR - imo - that would be a horse of a different color. They can still grow on the greys imo, but next week is gonna be brutal. planing for the worse maybe we'll get lucky. Keep in mind - i'm a newbie in this. this is only my opinion.

Posted by InTheMoney on :

I think everyone here has some money in this stock. I'm sure everyone keeps checking up on CKYS to see if maybe it is back and on the pinks. I keep thinking i'm going to wake up in the morning and it'll be back up and trading at a high price. haha

Posted by BooDog on :

Here is another idea - try to remember the heavy hitters that were on the level II's. Call them or check their web sites and then call them and see if they are considering filing or will be filing. might get your foot in the door when you try and call your broker after the suspension is over. I'm not suggesting you buy or sell but knowing how to me would be important. your broker may not see a bid/ask and tell you you can't trade and then you would be able to tell them who to call. Naturally you would be charged more for an assisted trade and possibly even more since it's a grey (don't know - i've never done it).

thanks for reply. however i dont get it, the SEC can simply put them back on pink sheets, if everything is proven? why they must file with MM´s then ?
thanks again for your replies.

Posted by BooDog on :

Not the MM's sorry. MM's need to do their DD and comply before they can quote. The sec has already lowered the ax, to protect us. i am still figuring this out myself. If anyone sees me totally off track feel free to step in. The chances of the SEC retracting and allowing this to continue as if nothing happened are slim to none. I haven't found any that have been retracted.

to check for filings...CKYS should be posted on pinksheets
call the SEC's Public Reference Branch at (202) 942-8090 or contact them via e-mail at publicinfo*sec.gov.

http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html

I haven’t called to see if there were any filings other than what we have already seen on pinksheets. imo it would be in Cyberkey's best interest to file their 15c-211. This would give some transparency and show everyone they are trying to be up front. it would certainly speed up everything. I am still going through the link I posted earlier reading the rules. Plant has his work cut out for him. Sure would like to see him come through for all of us.

You guys had your fun trading CSHD on the greys. I was wondering why this thread was so quiet. Almost turned me into an IHUBBER. $27 to get out on scottrade and another $27 to get back in if you want it. I'm waiting for day 3, see if my prediction is right.

Noooo Boo,....don't go to the darkside. [Razz]

I dug this thread up from the bottom of page three today when I started to see trades going through again. You are right though, it is rather boring here at times and no one seems to care about being up to date on the 'happenings'.

Maybe in time we'll have interest again.

Posted by cottonjim on :

Don't get me wrong here but it's not that I don't care what is happening, after all it is my money BUT. There is no point in endlessly debating what is going on and speculating what is going to happen. And I really don't see the point to posting every uptick/downtick, like happens on other message boards. I care what is going on but inevitably, it is what it is and it's going to be what it's going to be.(hides soap box back under desk) [Smile]

Not specifically talking to you cottonjim.

And not really referencing to up and down ticks, but more or less
referring to happenings within the company.

Your right, it gets boring reading the same old thing on the message boards,
but at times I find myself having to go to other sites to find out what's happening
with a stock I own.

In the case of this one, no one here even knew it was trading again,
yet the board Boo speaks of had already accumulated two pages of information.

This is my preferred board of posting as well as reading and being kept up to date,
but sometimes we are too lax, that's all. [Wink]

I AGREE COTTON. I was trying to learn about the greys, maybe you can see my learning curve. I think I have a handle on it now. The CSHD threads helped a little as well as the SEC sites and other sites. If this had run like CSHD did this would have been a hopin board as such. But luckily it didn't. SEC timed it just right to kill yet another stock before its run. I have my doubts if we'll see the entire truth. As far as ihub there are only a handful of people that are on the level - and they usually get deleted so fast you need two monitors going to catch them. It is crazy over there. I do like this board much better. There are some people seriously in need of guidance over there. If you guys see me out of whack I would hope someone would step in. My broker fond me someone to trade with but I stopped him because of the flip cost. I wouldn't have anything left LMAO. So for me better to average down.

Hey guys....

Uh Oh , Jim & Tman in this...I should have known better....Haha j/k guys...love ya...

Guys from my expierience with CSHD (which I believe this company is real - it actually has sales- so I 'm not totally trying to compare the two- but anyway)

This is just my opinion: This will continue to drop until it finds a "resting point" but it definately will continue to drop...something, I have to admit is weird though....how could the company not have proved it's contract yet?

I will see what happens tomarrow, if it DOES continue to drop I will sell than wait for it to settle, which may take a while, then buy back in because I DO think this is a legit company...

Has anyone tried calling the SEC & asking how the investigation is coming?

IMO, this PR is huge. With them being under the scrunity of the SEC there is no way they would or could issue this without it being true. I think it shows that they are confident that the SEC problem will be resovled and are carrying on business as usual. Good sign IMO.

I agree wally, I think the people that are buying now at a discount are going to be big gainers when(if) we resume trading on a larger board (allbeit a pink board). I also think that once it resumes it has two options, up or down, no sideways trading for a while. JMO

Keep an eye on their products as far as back orders. If they can keep up great. I haven't checked recently but right before the freeze there were a couple products with a 2 week delay. They are putting money into advertising for sure.

I haven't seen many file the 15c2-11. If i understand it correctly 1st they must satisfy the SEC, then what can be made public could be put in PR's and/or be used to put in the filing. Once the SEC is satisfied then Cyber can try and get some MM's to file the 211 and then this can go back to the level II's and back on pinks.
imo this recent PR demonstrates that he knows he has the watchdogs on his tail. Clearly a different writing style with caution. Future PRs will probably follow suite with the juicy info adding transparency. One wrong move and there's another reason for suspension.

No Rufas in this building!! lmao

Thanks again for the info Boo. I thought that once the trading resumed they could file and have an mm pick them up and start trading on a higher board. This could take a while I guess. TMAN...

and how... in speculation, i can't imagine the ride we'd get if and when A/F confirm CKYS's legitmacy! i do believe that's what's holding us here, other than the fact of being stubborn to buy low sell high! i think it's a fair assumption that if all the DD holds true in the form that it wasn't misconstued to us, we'll all be relatively happy especially after averaging down. sheesh!

Call your broker. Put in your bid over the phone and the broker can try and get it to fill - assisted trade commissions apply if you use scottrade ($27) to buy or sell - can not trade CKYS on line at all (with Scottrade). You can watch the chart and pick what price you want to shoot for. welcome to the grey's. I would not recommend a market order - limit orders only - if you get away with a market order chances are you will loose a lot more.

Hello all. This is my first post on allstocks.

I've been watching/investing in CKYS for several weeks now. The more I look at the co. the more 2good
2be true it seems. If earnings/assets are correct it
should realistically be worth about $.40 IMO. The float is ostensibly only 200mill. of 700mill. which is incredibly low considering pps. Drastric supply/demand imbalances could be created in a few seconds if good news comes out. This waiting game is unnerving...at any second news could be released that means people with atleast several hundredk in shares are rich or broke!

btw, what do DD and A/F stand for?

Posted by cottonjim on :

DD= Due Dilagince, in other words, do your home work.
A/F= Audited Financials, the Holy Grail here in crazy pink world.

Welcome aboard

well it will either be koolaid and ethlyene glycol or koolaid and much vodka....on better thoughts make that koolaid double vodka either way

you guys trade sober?

How do you do that in pinkish grey land? I see ephalants and oozles all day in pinkyland. Can't really call them bears and bulls - or maybe they are the bears and the bulls just they are so crazily manipulated I had to rename them.

i wish we had better information to post about instead of having to stare and this greyness this has entered....

I know OTCBB and PINK, but what on earth is GREY?
What has to occur for stock to trade normally again with bid and ask?

Posted by myskiis2fast4u on :

grey = non MM bid/ask supported, most closely related to being in the wild west in 1848 during the gold rush without a gun and you were just caught knockin boots with billy the kid's hot sister....

click on that link...this form needs to be filled and approved by SEC in order to get back on the PINK train....

also add to that, the 15c-211 form CANNOT be completed until CKYS is released from the SEC "inquiry/suspension" or whatever you want to call it.....

Why dont you keep comments such as that to yourself?..
Coming on to a board at a time like this making a mockery of the
purported plight of the investors is out of line and speaks more about
YOUR personal ethics than anything else.

How 'bout I click onto your name, see which positions YOU have an interest in,
and cherry pick, haunting your board on bad days?...

let me speculamentate for a sec.... todays volume was very heavy imo, this is the exact volume that shows the bottom is getting close. in the next couple days we should see a continuing downtrend - as volume decreases - then we should start bouncing all over the place. This is with no news. imo it will take time to settle the SEC issue - I would have thought it would be done by now myself but i'm hearing different times for these situations- crazy if you ask me but we'll see. unfortunately we are at JP's mercy - if we hold our positions- and from what i've seen thus far he lacks much needed experience. experience at our expense. so it's your choice - your money. don't put in what you can't afford to lose. dats da pinks ... er ... greys.

ya...i wish that were true....everyone else i've talked to using td is stating the same thing for CKYS...apparently TD is showing the b/a from feb 2, before the suspension....disregard, we're definately still grey. trust me if we were pink you'd see this board flyin and there would be more rejoicing than you would know what to do with

for my theory to be correct I need a few more days.
Yesterdays volume indicates major bail outs imo. the trends I've studied (for stocks turning grey) indicate that this will hit bottom in a day or 2 providing no news. Then as volume dries up this bounces (fluctuates) until news then depending on the news will say which way it goes from there.

You've got the trends figured out so you just may be right.

boo dog, which grays have you seen that happen in? The one's I've seen that have gone grey due to suspension tend to continue downward for WAY more than a couple of days.

I mentioned this a couple pages back and the PR they sent messed me all up. Very good PR. It hit right before the volume spike I expected. Time has gone by now for that doubt to creep back in. Watching this closely now.

PCola,

SWNM is one of them, i have more but my list is at home, if not I'll have to dig them all out of the SEC site. Generally I picked a bunch. Keep in mind the circumstances of the suspension and the interest level. I am looking at the first week of trading on the greys for the bottom. The one's I have seen "for the most part" find bottom on or right after the volume spike then tend to fluctuate. This knowledge would help you average down (if you thought it would recover in time) or help decide when to bail yourself. After the bottom it recovers a bit and from there it is up to the company to provide transparency and grow or - in 99% of them - syanora - times vary - keep your seat belts fastened and your seat in the upright position.
You have to base your decisions on your own DD on whether to buy or sell. I am merely trying to analyze a trend.

Pcola,
I lost my post it that had the list but here are a few that I mentioned in ihub.

DIGG, SWNM, KSWJ, SSTY aug of '05, GRYF, BCIT

good to have this trend analysis but logically who wants to be in a stock when it gets suspended? My only goal was to find the best time to average down. We are beyond my 1st week because of the PR that hit so not so sure we can apply it now. The volume spike yesterday and today tells me we are in that window though. jmo. If i were to speculate I would say tomorrow will hit .003 again or lower at some point - still holding out for my .001 though.
Strictly playing by the charts - not the company. Cyberkey can change the game at any point.

Thanks for the info. I guess one of the big pieces of info is if/when any of them got off suspension.

Just a guess on my part but I could see the trend that you're speaknig of as a big early drop, then bargain hunters giving it a bit of a pop hoping for quick resolution, and IF it stays grey for a long time, those buyers cutting their losses and sending it lower.

that may be the key to it, if/when they get back to a real exchange. What do you think?

Your welcome Pcola. The end of the suspension is indicated by the first volume that hits right after the straight line on the chart. 1st couple days seemed very low and not much of a dip, 3rd and 4th days went crazy and then volume started to die off and the price range fluctuations seeming to stabilize between 2 points for the most part. Taking the chart further out from the first week by a couple months to 6 months shows the slow downward trend as people realize it's a lost cause as you mentioned. Only time will tell here. I would expect a couple months on the greys at a minimum but I have no data yet to stand behind that thought and it is in the hands of Jim Plant. We'll see.

I will add my personal opinion that Cyberker is poised to do good things in the market place. This is an unfortunate bump in the road that has cost them dearly imo but in time they should recover. Just glad this didn't run like some others have so the damage while still significant wasn't as bad as it could be. My communications with the sec turn up zilch so we are stuck waiting. This seems to be a standard reply unless you are giving them information - not. I have nothing that isn't already public so getting anything else would be insider stuff. Sorry no hook ups. Here is the reply I received...

"Mr. Boodog-- (no i didnt send an e-mail saying I was boodog lmao)

Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, there is very little the Commission's staff can say about CyberKey Solutions at this point. I can link the Commission's trading suspension order here:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2007/34-55237-o.pdf. But we can't say whether the company is or is not providing information to the staff. Also, there is no average length of an investigation. Sometimes they are resolved very quickly, but other investigations can take years. I imagine this response is frustrating, but it's about all we can say. You can call me at the number below if you have general questions about the investigation process I could answer."

Centale, Inc. Licenses Catalyst EV Technology to CyberKey Solutions, Inc. for the Worldwide Marketing of Its ChildIDKey

Mar 8, 2007 10:21:02 (ET)

EAST AURORA, N.Y., Mar 8, 2007 (*********wire via COMTEX) -- Centale, Inc. (CNTL, Trade ) is pleased to announce that the Company has finalized an agreement to license its Catalyst EV(r) technology to CyberKey Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets:CKYS) for the worldwide marketing of the CyberKey ChildIDKey. The ChildIDKey was created to be a data storage tool for parents to keep important information, such as medical records, pictures, and finger print images, close at hand in case of emergencies.

The Catalyst EV(r) is a fully-customizable application that once downloaded resides on a potential consumer's desktop, constantly providing communication or advertisements. Consumers will learn about the Catalyst EV(r) through CyberKey's current marketing channels and can download the application from the CyberKey web site or receive it in an email. The application is then propagated through the internet, reaching new users on a send-to-friend basis.

"The Catalyst EV is a wonderful marketing tool that we believe will greatly increase consumer awareness of our unique data storage solution, the ChildIDKey," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.

"CyberKey saw the value in using the Catalyst EV as an extension of its multi-faceted marketing plan. It is such a strong endorsement of our product when a company such as CyberKey chooses to use the Catalyst EV to raise awareness of one of their flagship products," stated Todd Wier, CEO of Centale Inc.

I could definitely see a quick 100% gain by getting in this around .0025. It bounces around a lot!! Definitely seems to be a short term thing though.

100% seems to be an understatement with the movement on this one.

Buy at 003 or 0035 on mon or tue goes to 01 [Big Grin]
Buy at 002 on fri, goes to 007 [Big Grin]
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=CKYS.PK&t=5d&l=on&z=m&q=l&c=

I'm definitely gonna pick some of this up when my unsettled funds clear around Tuesday.

Everything IMHO [Smile]

CyberKey Solutions Own Internal Investigation Uncovers Improper Accounting and Reporting Practices as Investigation Continues by the Securities and Exchange Commission
Thursday March 15, 8:44 pm ET

ST. GEORGE, UT--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 15, 2007 -- CyberKey Solutions, Inc. (Other OTC:CKYS.PK - News) announced today that initial results of an internal investigation indicate that a certain company official has utilized improper accounting methods and reporting procedures while handling critical company contracts. CyberKey's accounting and reporting of certain matters may be in violation of the practices governed under securities laws.

Numerous material errors have been recently discovered regarding the Company's accounting for revenues received and accounts receivable generated, and corresponding payables made, pursuant to the fulfillment of a third party contract which the Company reported last year to have been secured with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In November 2006, the Company began to discover information which indicated that this contract was not directly with DHS but instead with a third party distributor that was representing it was having the Cyberkey products delivered directly to DHS facilities in different locations. The Company has discovered that none of the products supposedly sold to this third party distributor had been delivered to DHS as had been represented repeatedly during 2006. And, it appears that none of the revenues from this contract ever were realized by the Company since this third party distributor apparently circumvented the Company's relationship with its manufacturer in China and secured direct payment and delivery of the Cyberkey products without paying Cyberkey anything. This contract represented the then-reported core revenue stream of in excess of $20,000,000 for the Company for 2006, and a corresponding operating profit exceeding $12,000,000.

As of last week, CyberKey's comptroller notified the company's attorney that the financial statements for the last five quarters could not be relied upon as she had improperly entered financial data into the accounting system and had forged critical documents and other material information. She was removed from her position last week.

CyberKey has engaged an independent certified public accountant firm to undertake a comprehensive audit of its financial statements for the past 3 years. All financial matters will be audited and fully reportable when complete.

"I am deeply troubled by the findings related to the accounting practices of our company," stated Jim Plant, CEO and President of CyberKey Solution. "I apologize to our shareholders and the investment community for these problems, which happened on my watch but without my knowledge. I am fully committed to resolving all remaining issues as quickly as possible and to putting the proper remedial measures in place to ensure that this never happens again. We will be releasing corrected financial statements as soon as practicable. We will be updating the investors through our website as more information becomes available."

The company has announced that it is working diligently to develop new contracts with various government agencies and has not changed any of its operational activities, highlighted by its participation at FOSE 2007 booth number 1617 on March 20-22, 2007, in Washington D.C... CyberKey plans to showcase its latest products and solutions to thousands of Federal, State and Department of Defense Agencies -- and will provide interested buyers with a means of initiating government purchases directly from the EXPO via the Department of Defense Emall and directly with the company's GSA partner "Alpha Data Corporation," that will be present at CyberKey's display at the Expo.

SEC Charges Cyberkey and CEO James Plant for Promoting Stock Offering with Phony Homeland Security Deal
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2007-47
Washington, D.C., March 20, 2007 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced a civil injunctive action alleging that a Utah-based corporation and its Chief Executive Officer made at least $1.5 million selling shares to investors while disseminating false claims of a lucrative purchase order from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

In its complaint, filed today in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Commission alleged that Cyberkey Solutions, Inc. of St. George, Utah, and its CEO James E. Plant, between November 2005 and the present, have engaged in an ongoing unregistered offering of Cyberkey shares, promoted with a series of false press releases describing a putative purchase order worth in excess of $24 million from DHS to buy Cyberkey’s flash memory drives. In fact, the Commission’s complaint alleges, Cyberkey had no business relationship at all with DHS. Additionally, according to the complaint, Cyberkey and Plant made other false statements to unsuspecting investors, including statements claiming Cyberkey had shipped products to DHS and received payments pursuant to the phony purchase order, and that Cyberkey was in the process of preparing and releasing audited financials.

Linda Chatman Thomsen, the Director of the Commission’s Enforcement Division, said, "The perpetrators of this scheme carried out an extensive fraud and even went so far as to make false claims about the Department of Homeland Security – an Agency whose mission is critical to all Americans. Our response to this kind of conduct will always be swift and firm."

Commission Enforcement Division Associate Director Cheryl Scarboro noted, “CyberKey and its CEO orchestrated an intense fraud campaign that clearly duped investors – in the three months leading up to the first of CyberKey’s alleged multiple false press releases, CyberKey trading volume was just over 550,000 shares per day – but once the scheme began, daily trading volume swelled dramatically to between 10 million and 80 million shares per day.”

The Commission’s complaint further alleges, that, as a result of their scheme, the defendants violated Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, and seeks as relief permanent injunctions against future violations of these provisions by the defendants, and disgorgement of all the defendants’ ill-gotten gains, including prejudgment interest and civil penalties.

In a related criminal action, Plant was arrested on March 13, 2006, in St. George, Utah, by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Philadelphia Economic Crimes Squad on charges of securities fraud and aiding and abetting securities fraud.

The Commission acknowledges the assistance and cooperation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the National Association of Securities Dealers in the investigation of this matter.

So is there anything legit about CKYS? Is their website a complete fraud? Do they even sell flashdrive products? What about their appearance on Good Morning America and at trade shows?

I'm wondering if the whole company is a sham or do they have a chance of coming back because they do have products that are unique and valuable.

thanks BooDog!! I take no pleasure in posting facts wich go against the pumper BS but investors should know the trueth about things like O/S - A/S, split history, past SEC violations, ect... I am not afraid to post negative info even when i am in the play myself! posting varifiable facts is not bashing, posting misleading, exagerated or out of date info on the other hand IS pumping!!!

(Adds details in the last three paragraphs.)

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday charged Cyberkey Solutions Inc. (CKYS) and its chief executive with selling stock to investors by falsely claiming that the electronic-device maker had won a $25 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security.

The SEC filed fraud charges in federal court in Pennsylvania against James Plant, the CEO, and the St. George, Utah, company. Regulators said that the scheme started in November 2005 and continued through Monday, allowing Cyberkey to raise at least $1.5 million. Attorneys for the defendants couldn't immediately be reached.

"The perpetrators of this scheme carried out an extensive fraud and even went so far as to make false claims about the Department of Homeland Security - an agency whose mission is critical to all Americans," said SEC enforcement director Linda Thomsen in a statement. "Our response to this kind of conduct will always be swift and firm."

Plant founded Cyberkey in 2001. Cyberkey became a public company in 2003, when Plant merged it into Thin Express Inc., a publicly traded "shell" corporation, a type of company with no or nominal operations or assets.

The SEC has for years been focused on public companies created through reverse mergers with shell corporations. Regulators are concerned that the price of such securities may be "pumped" up through manipulative means and then dumped on unsuspecting investors.

Plant was arrested on March 13 in Utah by the FBI in a related criminal case, the SEC said. He had issued a series of press releases making false claims about the phony Homeland Security contract and the amount of money Cyberkey was making from government orders, among other things, the SEC said.

that could give us some relief. be good to see it happen that way. wuoldn't expect it of course but would be nice to see him forced to pay some back. This whole company could vanish in an instant. 100% liquidation. employees scatter to all points. One of my friends wanted to buy in just a couple weeks ago - glad I stopped him.

The same friend I was talking about and I checked for contracts - none to be found. This was last Sept. only the cage code seemed to be a legitimate possibility even though no items were sourced to it. Alternatives were third party which was never disclosed and never replied to when asked to cyberkey. and the military dot com sales. Plant did a pretty good job even if there were signs right in front of me. Played the runs and the hype - lucky I only got shut out $100. another pink. another scam. surprised the web site is still up and running like it is. everything they sell comes from somewhere else - and now they are hunting for plant too.
I would expect the first sign of liquidation would be Big Apple dropping them. Their normal monthly fee is about $70K - could be dished out a number of ways for payment but that seems to be the average fee.

Last week, CyberKey said in a release posted on its Web site that in November 2006, it began to discover that a contract with the Department of Homeland Security "was not directly with DHS but instead with a third party distributor" and that "none of the products supposedly sold to this third party distributor had been delivered to DHS."

Investors who bought shares in CyberKey have been unable to sell their shares since the SEC suspended trading in the stock of the company in early February. The SEC said it suspended trading because of questions about the accuracy of CyberKey's press releases.

"I was encouraged to invest by all his press releases and the response that they were getting," said Jim Dworak, a St. George, Utah resident. "Everything indicated that they were going to be on the move and be a good, active company."

Dworak said that he has met Plant a couple times and was impressed by "the way he talked." Now, Dworak says that he has been unable to sell his shares. "I tried to get out," he said. "I was kind of stuck."

Subject: INVESTOR QUESTIONS

Thank you for your time. The following are a few questions that have been brought to me and some of my own. I am looking forward to watching Cyberkey challenge the marketplace and am proud to be a part of it. Best of luck and warm regards. I certainly understand if some questions can not be answered but any guidance on those would be appreciated.

1) Are the audited financials still on track? And can you disclose who the auditing firm is? If possible can you post a letter of agreement between Cyberkey and the auditing agency? Also what time frame are you aiming for? This quarter?

2) Would you disclose which segments of the government are purchasing Cyberkey products? Are these retail sales through military .com avenues? Are your government contracts directly with the government or is there a third party involved?

3) Are there still ties between Cyberkey and Homeland Integrated Security Systems?

4) with the plans of uplisting what are the plans to reduce shares? More buy back or a reverse split?

5) What time frame is Cyberkey looking to move to the OTCBB?

6) What is the potential for dividends?

7) Do you know of any naked short or regular short selling? Will you acquire the NOBO list? Is there an estimate of how much is currently shorted?

8) What is the current share structure authorized / issued outstanding/ preferred? Would you disclose insider share distribution?

9) Are there any prospective mergers or acquisitions?

Thank you very much in advance. I wish you and your team at Cyberkey Solutions the best of luck and a Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,

xxxxxx

Private shareholder

This is just another situation where we as stock buyers believed in a pink sheet scam. PR PR PR while diluting and lying is the biggest flag that new folks to this business can hopefully learn from. I am glad they got caught and hopefully will be punished. I feel sad for the folks that lost a lot of money. I havent sold yet but will one of these days. At least we wont have any more dilution. TMAN...

Good questions. I'm still on my own question...

How many PK's gone wild will it take to figure out that it MAY be unwise to hold even overnight?

in most cases - delete the MAY.

You might check the recent sec notices that have been coming out. One talks about shells being taken over by scammers. and the other notice when they suspended a bunch of PK's recently. we'll see if there will be any consistency.
As far as the FOSE i only heard from ihub that Plant won't be going but someone else would be.

I agree about holding pinks overnight might cost a holder a bundle. I am doing a lot of soul searching about buying pinks. I dont have the time to watch them like I used to. Last year pinks were the place to make lots of cash. You could hold for days and not really worry about losing your shirt if you traded them. They can still be a day traders golden goose but for folks that only check in once or twice a day, they are a money hole. Also, if they are traded more on a daily or hourly basis, volatility will probably lessen, AND the crazy price swings will become less common. TMAN...

March 21, 2007 -- The feds have cracked a brazen scheme by an accused stock swindler who cheated investors out of millions by claiming he had a won a contract from Department of Homeland Security.

Investigators said James E. Plant, 38, who ran his alleged scam from a small Utah village, also nearly conned ABC morning show "Good Morning America" into featuring him and his fake security company, whose products, such as a child-proof lock for guns, sometimes didn't work.

"The most troubling part is that this CEO was playing on the fears of terrorism just to create his own personal profit model," said John Reed Stark, chief of the Internet fraud squad at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The SEC said Plant's latest scheme involved his firm CyberKey Solutions, which he claimed was a publicly traded company, but was never registered.

Your Question or Feedback

To whom this may concern:

I know that you are inundated with emails and questions everyday and I apologize for any stupid questions, but I can't seem to find any answers. Recently the SEC has unvailed CKYS to be a total hoax in short terms and glad that you found it before other investors were defrauded of their money! I'd first off like to thank you for the dilegence in which the SEC proceeds with capturing these crooks. It's pitifull that people in America scam each other of hard earned dollars, I myself included, especially in CKYS. I was unfortunate enough to not be able to see through the 'good news' that this CEO claimed to have. I owned 2.013million shares at one time and have sold everything yesterday for $.0001pps leaving me with rougly $200. I understand that it's my own fault for investing but my main purpose of filling out this form is wondering if and how any of the investors would be granted any sort of restitution from the funds siezed from the trial/investigation??? Like I said sorry for dumb questions but I'm only 24 and I had 90% of my savings in this security!!! (i know i'm foolish...but it just seemed so real....) Anyhow any light you could shed on this would be much appreciated! I feel much better now knowing that the FBI has arrested Jim Plant. Unrealistic that a person with 6 children would defraud in the manor in which he did and not think about the adverse affects of his foul scheme!!!
Thanks in advance,

I was going to PM you skiis but a lesson learned for me is best shared for the benefit of others. I know I didn't loose much but still the sting of deception is felt.

Sorry you lost so much M8. I was only posting on CKYS for a while thinking it was going to go. If I would have stayed off IHUB maybe I would have seen the light sooner, they seem to have a brainwashing effect there. "tmcc" from ihub on the ckys thread said he was waiting restitution from a similar situation so he may be able to offer you some guidance. Look through his previous posts. hate to say it but paulbest was right - even though he said it after the suspension so it doesn't really count. Good luck to you and to all of us! I will be sending my attempts to contact cyberkey to the sec - for what it's worth. Just to show that I tried to find out the truth and they either didn't reply or sent me an e-mail back asking me to call. I posted my e-mail last night. My messages were never returned another red flag i didn't listen to. I didn't follow up like I should have since just a couple days later he came out with the video update and I got suckered right in. So looking back I see where I fkd up.

ya...that TMCC guy was caught up in MRXT....i work with one of the guys that promoted mrxt. I don't know though if they'd give him restitution on free shares.... The ceo steve got 40months in jail....and a measley fine....

ya i hear ya on the sting of deception...no worries on the loss only $. young enough to recoup but i can't imagine that there are def. some that mortgaged thinking this would help them out in the long run. I guess I can't help being optimistic here. ya i've learned my ihub lesson...gonna stop posting there unless it's about class action stuff...

Hello boodog

Jim Plant is beeing released short after he
be arrested.
He took 1.500.000 dollars from investors.
Hopefully that money will go back in to
the company and create stockholders value.

Let's calculate
1.500.000 dollars/850.000.000 outstanding
is 0,0018 dollars per share.

question for you shareholders :

are Thomas Heaton ( COO )director,
Joel Krautheim director involved of this
scam or not.
Are they now in active duty by Cyberkey Solutions or not ??????
Maybe they are promoting there products
at the FOSE 2007.
They have a good product CYBERKEY = SEQIUAM CORP

Greetings from Belgium

850 million outstanding? i thought it was 700 million. Supposedly the co. has 28 million in assets according to recent statement but that could also be fallacious. If true then the stock would still be worth hanging on to, imo.

Does anyone know if restitution from these situation requires initiative on the investor's part, or can we just sit back and watch the money get depostited in our online accts.?

Posted by myskiis2fast4u on :

lol...i think we're all wondering that. there's been some forms of restitution on other situations but its not sounding like its a short process. i've never been caught up as bad as this stinky pinky here so it should be interesting. you can rest assure that if i figure anything out i will try and help out as much as possible....i'm 31k lighter because of this....my own fault but man they had a hell a lot of us takin big bites...from what i've been told just make sure if you don't have certs, make sure you have your buy/sell orders printed out....

in all, i don't think anyone knows if we'll see our money so chalk it up now and anything you get back would be 'found $$$'

gl2 us all!!!!!!!!!!! and f$%^k jp

31k?

whew...

gotta say, this one really pi$$es me off...

got me so wound up thinking about it, I was cussing on-air the other night (er, on-stream, I should say)...

think I've asked this before, but will ask again: did *anybody* attempt to verify the Homeland Security contracts? if so, what DD-results showed up?

Posted by BooDog on :

you saw my reply earlier. and that still didn't stop me from thinking this would do something. At least a couple more decent runs. I wasn't 100% sure about the contracts from all the research we did which turned up nil. At the time the third party could have been anyone. Not that it matters any more. Maybe having a list of govt sites to search from might help for the next time.
Check this out also from one of my previous posts. Just adds more questions.

could this be the "real" third party? none other than themselves????.......

the above link was blocked now....wonder why? There certainly were a few I should uvvvs, i wasn't yelling at you at all Tex - I'm sure I wasn't the only one trying to verify these contracts. Each time coming up blank still didn't stop me from playing this. Some did loose as much as 200K here. Hard to believe someone would put that much into a pink. Some have put over 40K in another pink only to watch it drop the next couple days to only being worth about 5k or less. I think it's been bashed into my head enough not to bet heavy on the pinks but enforced my game plan to get in and get out and don't look back.

here is the whole PR before they remove it from the web.

CyberKey Corporation Forms SecureKey Division to Direct Government Sales and Marketing
ST. GEORGE, Utah, Aug. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CyberKey(r) Corporation (Other OTC:CYKC.PK - News) announces the formation of its SecureKey(tm) Division dedicated to marketing CyberKey's technologies to the Government sector. The SecureKey(tm) Division will focus its efforts on promoting CyberKey's proprietary security applications and technologies within all levels of government, both domestic and international.

Governments, as large providers of services, employment and information, operate some of the largest networks and IT applications in their regions. Government IT systems have long been subject to unauthorized access attempts and user misrepresentation. Military, health, financial and other sensitive records require increasingly sophisticated measures to deter network intruders. User misrepresentation, when used to collect government checks or receive government paid services such as healthcare, result in millions of dollars in lost sums each year.

CyberKey's unique design flexibility provides for multiple user authorization options. Incorporating CyberKey technology within a system's access procedures allows a system developer to choose from a range of security access and user identification hurdles. Security options can range from a simple password to a fingerprint verification combined with a password and the need for physical possession of the CyberKey. By forcing a user to physically have the CyberKey in his/her possession to access a service, identity theft can be significantly reduced. The possession of personal information alone will not be sufficient to gain system access.

``Government system designers and program administrators are constantly challenged to maintain system integrity and security. Government systems are especially vulnerable, as they tend to be high profile systems offering tremendous fraud and confidential information-rich targets. CyberKey was designed with these systems in mind. SecureKey(tm) will be CyberKey's vehicle for marketing to the Government sector in the U.S. and across the globe.''

Jim Plant, CEO, CyberKey Corp.
The SecureKey(tm) Division has initiated discussions with a large Federal Government agency. The company recently began committing advertising and promotional dollars towards this potentially significant business relationship.

Jun 29, 2007 (SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION RELEASE/ContentWorks via
COMTEX) -- The Commission today announced that a Pennsylvania federal grand jury criminally indicted James E. Plant, the CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.
(CyberKey), on charges of securities fraud and lying to the SEC during its probe of a scheme Plant orchestrated to pump up the price of Cyberkey's shares. Plant is alleged to have given false testimony to the Commission about Cyberkey's purported business dealings with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security ("DHS"), the receipt of payments under a DHS contract, and a purported business relationship with an intermediary company.

The two-count indictment charges Plant with orchestrating a fraud scheme in which he personally made in excess of one million dollars selling Cyberkey shares at inflated prices while lying to the public about Cyberkey's business prospects and management.

According to the indictment, Plant was responsible for disseminating, in an effort artificially to inflate the price of Cyberkey's shares, numerous false and misleading press releases between December 8, 2005 and March 15, 2007. These press releases contained materially false and misleading statements concerning
1) a fictitious $24.5 million purchase order that CyberKey supposedly received from DHS, when as Plant knew, that DHS purchase order did not exist; 2) revenues and profits that CyberKey had supposedly realized from the fictitious DHS purchase order, when as Plant knew, CyberKey did not receive, and did not expect to receive, any revenues or profits from the fictitious DHS purchase order; 3) Plant's false representations that Cyberkey's financial statements were in the process of being audited and would be released in the near future, when as Plant knew, CyberKey did not expect to release audited financial statements in that time period; and/or 4) Plant's false representations that the failure of the company to realize revenues from the DHS contract was the result of both improper accounting practices used by a company officer, and a third-party's actions to circumvent CyberKey as the middleman of the DHS purchase order, when as Plant knew, the lack of revenues from the DHS purchase order resulted because there was no such purchase order with DHS.

The Commission's civil fraud complaint against Cyberkey and Plant covering the scheme, filed on March 20, 2007, further alleged that CyberKey had no business relationship at all, either directly or indirectly, with DHS, and generated no revenues whatsoever from any such relationship.

Today's criminal indictment charges Plant with securities fraud, in violation of
15 U.S.C. 78j(b), 78ff; and making a false statement to the Commission, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1001.

Plant was arrested on March 13, 2007, in St. George, Utah, by agents of the FBI's Philadelphia Economic Crimes Squad and the United States Postal Inspection Service on charges of securities fraud and aiding and abetting securities fraud.
One week later, the Commission filed its civil case against Cyberkey and Plant for engaging in an ongoing unregistered offering of Cyberkey shares while promoting the bogus DHS purchase order. [SEC v. Cyberkey Solutions, Inc. and James E. Plant, Civ. Action No. 07 1084 (CMR) (E.D. Pa, filed March 20, 2007); Crim no. 07-375] (LR-20171)
