It's been accumulated last month.. Look at the chart..RSI is corrected.. Scho is low.. No sellers out there.. Stock is in reversal mode now.. Anytime.. Beginning of the month and beginning of the week is good time.. Ask is very thin..Float is very low.. I think is ready.

I think 200day avg. is a good target on this. Any good volume will lift this stock.

It's MM's price adjustment.. Nobody's selling guys at least not today. Or somebody put wrong sell order (Instead of 0.0020 they put 0.0002). lol
