Here's what we still have coming here. Going to be a fun few weeks here on this little floater.

Ticker: GLXI O/S= 28.8 Million Float= 25 Million (Majority Insider) PPS: .095

- Yesterday they signed the deal and have acquired 200 claims (approx. 35 square miles of premium uranium rich land in N. Quebec)
- Geologists reports coming next week. Preliminary results thusfar are huge.
- They currently have 4 accoutants and 3 geologists working to finalize everything and are planning a PR campaign launching the new business model in the next two weeks.
- For tax purposes they are developing a Canadian sister company and go through a name and symbol change to better identify themselves with their new business.
- Non-dilutive financing already in place which is huge, in addition they have a good cash position and are working on updating financials along with this acquisition with an AMEX goal.
- Just turned down a huge buyout because of this new lucrative opportunity, uranium is booming right now.
- This will be huge over the next month as the new PR campaign launches, just thought i'd give you a heads up early!!

the PR stated they have competed the due dilligence process, it DID NOT say they have acquired these claims, this company has NEVER filed a financial report as far as i can see, no mention of "geologist reports" in the related PR`s, no mention of financing either? where are you getting this info? ( wishful thinking/pumping ) good cash position? do you have a crystal ball? how do you know this?.turned down a huge buyout offer! no details of the purported buyout deals were ever released so what makes you think it was huge? maybe the guys thinking of buying them bailed when they realized the company was worthless!, mining claims are worthless until you actualy start mining! it cost BIG money to mine uranium and takes LOTS of time to get started!, and the AMEX!! give me a break! how many YEARS will it take to audit and submit financials!, 99 percent of pinks that make this claim NEVER achieve it!! this was a good hype and momo play, now it`s dead! posting speculation and downright BS wont help mutch! may get a nice bounce if they announce they have actually acquired the claims. GLWTO!!!

Interesting article on the basin:

http://www.mrnf.gouv.qc.ca/english/p...al/2005-1d.pdf

Here is a glossary of terms on Uranium- we will need this soon.

http://www.eia.doe.gov/cneaf/nuclear/page/glossary.html

What is most important for growth of this PPS is the increasing price of Uranium.

With the demand for the appropriate grade enriched uranium growing as the industrial needs of electricity from nuclear energy in developing countries like China; uranium looks to be the most rapidly expanding market of the minable ores. It does not self regenerate, and once used is rendered inert. New sources must be continually fed to the reactors.

Good news for the mining companies. Rapidly growing demand of specialty ore, with only a few areas of the world being uranium rich... Northern Canada and parts of Russia, but Russian business is more difficult in those countries. Canada has the most stable climate, both financially and politically to regularly produce the ore to other businesses.

Our prospects with GLXI are looking good. Plus, the chart is poised for a breakout.
