Actually I was having a spectacular week, then lo and behold, my Choicetrade streamer appeared to be working, but it was for all but one stock....guess which stock wasn't? Yep - the one with the largest position that decided to dip quickly. I'm staring at the screen and until someone was kind enough to PM me to sell, I was oblivious. Hoping it will continue to go back up, but I still lost a chunk of money I'd made....

Of course, the fact that MMs had left it alone for a few days was surprising in itself - only today did they get the urge to attack it and screw everything up.

Wanna se what happens when a pinkie with uranium claims goes to OTCBB?

Check out URME. Closed near 8 bucks one year after uplist ... never produced any uranium.. say they may start mining in 2009.

GLXI has uranium production started next week.. uplisting soon.. what do you think GLXI PPS will do?

No worries... our claims will be getting the ever-so-important geology rating that will bring real mining investors in... this was what we needed to get the financing... proof is in the ground.. see below.. green days ahead. IMO

National Instrument 43-101

National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and administered by the provincial securities commissions that govern how issuers disclose scientific and technical information about their mineral projects to the public. It covers oral statements as well as written documents and websites. It requires that all disclosure be based on advice by a "qualified person" and in some circumstances that the person be independent of the issuer and the property.

A qualified person (QP) as defined in NI 43-101 as an individual who:

a) is an engineer or geoscientist with at least five years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development or operation or mineral project assessment, or any combination of these;
b) has experience relevant to the subject matter of the mineral project and the technical report; and
c) is a member in good standing of a professional association.
NI 43-101, together with its Companion Policy 43-101CP and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report can be downloaded from the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists website.

NOTE: Members are reminded that NI 43-101 is currently under revision. Many organizations, including APGO, have submitted comments and suggestions for consideration.

The definitions of resources and reserves approved by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petrolum and adopted by NI 43-101 are available from the Standards and Guidelines section of the CIM website.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) on NI 43-101, originally released October 19, 2001 and updated January 24, 2003 to include a clarification on the status of Ontario Geoscientists, can be downloaded below:

Nice, .40, I thought by Thurs but I'll take it today. Rumor is that this is worth .80 right now. Still holding, I think we'll see a little red tomorrow and then more upside the rest of the week.

News of course could propel this, dare I say...

TO DA MOON! [Smile]

GLXI: Market Advisors Research Report
Wednesday March 14, 8:30 am ET
---------------------------------------- Stock Symbol- GLXI.PK Shares- 32,000,000 Market Cap $6,400,000 Recent Price- $0.20 Intermediate Term Price- $0.81 Web Site - www.umining.com Phone- 514-288-8494 ----------------------------------------

TORONTO, March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - NEWS FLASH: As gas prices soar higher and higher, there is a coincidental bull market in uranium prices. The fundamentals for uranium going forward are tremendous, both on the demand and supply sides of the equation, and it has become apparent that demand will not be going away any time soon. The world is starting to see that we are quickly running out of cheap energy sources and that there appear to be no commercially viable solutions to make up for the shortfall - except for uranium.
Investors are in a unique position to benefit from the bullish long-term prospects for uranium. Small-cap stock buyers can participate by investing in shares of junior exploration mining companies like GLXI. Be patient and allow time for growth.

Globex, Inc.
(GLXI.PK)

Investment Highlights
- GLXI was incorporated in the State of New York in 1999. In February,
the Company filed documentation for a new listing on the OTCBB and a
name change to U Mining Resources Inc.
- GLXI recently signed a financing agreement with Trimax Capital Group
LTD, a Calgary, AB Corporation. This gives GLXI the working capital
it needs without using any assets.

Globex, Inc. is an emerging uranium corporation and their story is one of the more compelling ones in the small-cap E&P sector. Therefore we rate Globex very favorably with an intermediate-term price object of $0.77. This is based on the company's recent discovery of uranium and the implications of such a find. Two factors remain clear regarding Globex. First, we think that the prospects for their Grenville property in Southwest, Quebec remain excellent, and uranium is likely to play a significant role in the future for nuclear energy projects in the United States. Secondly, Globex appears to have found a significant amount of uranium, in our opinion, and should play a key role in the U.S.'s energy future. For internal planning purposes, management believes stepped up production growth is achievable through their exploitation activities.

Uranium companies have a great opportunity right now because the demand is about 180 million pounds a year worldwide, and the supply is about 140 million pounds. This shortfall means any significant strike will surely have a major impact for shareholders. We believe Globex is one of a few with excellent odds to capitalize on the current conditions within their properties.

The Importance of Uranium

Not surprisingly, the price of uranium has risen from $8 a pound to over $70 a pound today. Analysts agree that it is just a matter of time before it tests the $100 range and higher. There is also mounting pressure these days to cut down on carbon emissions, making uranium a prime source of energy. There are now about 30 pending license requests for the construction of new nuclear power plants in the U.S. Here are a few more reasons why uranium is today's profitable energy alternative:

1. Oil and gas are rising in price too fast these days and are subjected
to supply interruptions
2. Coal is seeing a decline in mine production as hydroelectric
generation and nuclear power have made strong gains
3. Wind power is beset with regulations and has to be heavily subsidized
4. Fuel cells are still in the infancy stages, and bringing down the
first cost is the primary goal of the fuel-cell industry
5. Uranium-derived electricity accounts for roughly 20% of the world's
power grids

We believe GLXI is poised for superior growth primarily because of two key ingredients - assets and people. We have established an intermediate-term price target based on today's current share price of $0.20 to $0.81. If this target price can be achieved, and so much relies on the company effectively carrying out its business plan, investors could enjoy a return of around 285%. In our view, Globex's potentially dominant positioning in its focused operating areas, viable inventory levels, and balance between mining of uranium and ethanol production provide the company a competitive advantage in the junior mining sector.

Globex, Inc. Announces Appointment of New Board Members and Provides Update on Plans to Uplist from the Pink Sheets
NEW YORK, March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jonathan Morrone and Mr. Craig A. Calaman to the Company's reconstituted Board of Directors. They will serve as non-executive directors on the Board.

Jonathan Morrone

Mr. Morrone has spent his career working with notable securities firms such as Dean Witter, Hambrecht and Quist, and Gruntal. He has been instrumental in providing guidance, raising capital and developing strategies for Boston-based BioDefense Corporation, a developer of biotechnology protection devices for homeland defense. Mr. Morrone graduated from Northeastern University where he studied International Finance and Asian Studies and Chinese.

Craig A. Calaman

Since March of 1992, Craig has been affiliated with the Professional Conduct Committee of the New Hampshire Supreme Court as the forensic auditor. In this capacity, he is charged with evaluating the internal controls and monitoring the fiduciary relationships of legal entities and their clients to determine if they conform with the proper accounting rules in general, and the proper NH Supreme Court Rules in particular. He holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from New Hampshire College, located in Hooksett, NH. He is a certified public accountant, licensed by the State of New Hampshire.

Management is honored to have such high profile businessmen joining its team. These two directors will be appointing three new board members to complete the team in the next couple of days.

The Company is relocating its corporate headquarters to Orlando, Florida, and will open a project management office in Northern Quebec to commence its extraction operations.

Globex also announced that the internal financial statements will be completed by next Monday and made available to auditors and finance organizations. Finally, in order to protect shareholder value from potential naked shorting of the stock, the Company is currently evaluating other means to accelerate its achievement of reporting status.

Globex, Inc. Announces Decision to File Disclosing Statement Form 10 to Attain Bulletin Board Status
Company Takes Immediate Action to Protect Shareholders' Interests
NEW YORK, March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets) today announced that it has ultimately decided to file form 10 in order to become reporting and attain OTC Bulletin Board status. After evaluating the various potential measures to attain this goal and subsequent to legal and accounting counsel, management believes that the best method to uplist the Company's shares in a realistic and timely manner is to file an internal disclosing statement via form 10.

This concerted decision involves the completion of audited financial statements; the disclosure of current control stock positions; and the nomination of executive officers, namely a CEO and a CFO.

Considering the recent orchestrated email spamming campaign and multiple posts on investor message boards against Globex, initiated by external competing organizations who recommended GLXI shareholders to sell their stock and buy another Company's stock, management affirms that it will take any steps necessary to protect shareholder value and has decided to inform all its shareholders of the following:

There are a total of 49,203,583 shares issued and outstanding. A sum of 15,000,000 shares has recently been issued to cover acquisition expenses, consulting fees and the compensation of key staff; all of which will be included in the disclosing statement. The Company neither has a current need nor does it intend to issue more stocks.

The Company has received a $150,000 loan as a payable note advanced by a controlling shareholder for the payment of consulting fees, site surveys, geologic analysis and other operating expenses. The note bears interest of prime + 3% and is payable when the Company obtains financing from financial institutions based on its proven reserves.

As disclosed previously, the Company has reoriented its bioethanol operations under a licensing agreement structure and has concentrated its development efforts in North America, subsequent to unsuccessful attempts to obtain permits in an ethical manner in Brazil.

Based on recent positive discoveries and acquisitions, the Company has initiated negotiations with financial institutions to fund its working capital requirements by leveraging its assets. The Company anticipates that it will secure this financing as soon as the external third party validation of its reserves is finalized.

Finally, management would like to take this opportunity to thank all shareholders for their support and assure everyone that it will take all the necessary steps to protect the Company and achieve our common goals, including maximizing shareholder value and attaining profitability.
