Globex, Inc. in Negotiations to Acquire 200 Uranium Mining Claims in Northern Quebec

Internet Wire via COMTEX

Jan 23, 2007 12:40:11 PM

NEW YORK, NY, Jan 23, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Globex, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GLXI) today announced that Management is currently in negotiations with prominent geologists in the Uranium Mining Industry to acquire a total of 200 claims in the Northern area of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The proposed agreement also involves the establishment of a Canadian Prospecting Subsidiary Corporation, which would allow Globex to benefit from the numerous Federal and Provincial Government incentives for drilling and prospecting programs in Canada.

Globex's Board of Directors is currently evaluating this opportunity to team up with highly qualified experts, and to secure a promising acquisition in the booming Uranium field. Due to the unsatisfactory take-over offers received, the Board of Directors has commenced the due diligence process of the Uranium Mining Claims acquisition, and anticipates closing the transaction within 10 days. The Board firmly believes that this change of business strategy is in the best interests of its shareholders.

the PR stated they have competed the due dilligence process, it DID NOT say they have acquired these claims, this company has NEVER filed a financial report as far as i can see, no mention of "geologist reports" in the related PR`s, no mention of financing either? where are you getting this info? ( wishful thinking/pumping ) good cash position? do you have a crystal ball? how do you know this?.turned down a huge buyout offer! no details of the purported buyout deals were ever released so what makes you think it was huge? maybe the guys thinking of buying them bailed when they realized the company was worthless!, mining claims are worthless until you actualy start mining! it cost BIG money to mine uranium and takes LOTS of time to get started!, and the AMEX!! give me a break! how many YEARS will it take to audit and submit financials!, 99 percent of pinks that make this claim NEVER achieve it!! this was a good hype and momo play, now it`s dead! posting speculation and downright BS wont help mutch! may get a nice bounce if they announce they have actually acquired the claims. GLWTO!!!

LOL obviously someone pizzed in mad's cherrios. Make a few phone calls my friend it helps you find some good upcoming plays. A synopsis of my recent conversations plain and simple. Only around 7MM shares floating around so she's volatile up and down. Before you get all jumpy just sit back and watch the PR trail upcoming, afterwards bash all you want lol. Some people's kids.

IMO Mad is right on the money. Another Canadian scam in my book until there is something verifiable. Just another flipper with the finger on the trigger.

Posted by beandog24 on :

To each their own plenty of stocks out there to play. I just relay the info i get via phone conversations to companies and other info i can find and verify on other various sites and publications. Lots of upside here with a low float. Will be a good momo play at the least this week with two or three releases slated.

Here is a glossary of terms on Uranium- we will need this soon.

http://www.eia.doe.gov/cneaf/nuclear/page/glossary.html

What is most important for growth of this PPS is the increasing price of Uranium.

With the demand for the appropriate grade enriched uranium growing as the industrial needs of electricity from nuclear energy in developing countries like China; uranium looks to be the most rapidly expanding market of the minable ores. It does not self regenerate, and once used is rendered inert. New sources must be continually fed to the reactors.

Good news for the mining companies. Rapidly growing demand of specialty ore, with only a few areas of the world being uranium rich... Northern Canada and parts of Russia, but Russian business is more difficult in those countries. Canada has the most stable climate, both financially and politically to regularly produce the ore to other businesses.

Our prospects with GLXI are looking good. Plus, the chart is poised for a breakout.

Canada's Uranium Production & Nuclear Power
Nuclear Issues Briefing Paper # 3
January 2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Canada produces about one third of the world's uranium mine output, most of it from two new mines.
After 2007 Canadian production is expected to increase further as more new mines come into production.
About 15% of Canada's electricity comes from nuclear power, using indigenous technology. 18 reactors provide over 12,500 MWe of power.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Uranium resources

Canada is the world's largest producer of uranium. In 2004 production at 13,676 tonnes of uranium oxide concentrate (11,597 tonnes U) was about 30% of total world production. Its value was about C$ 800 million.

Canada¹s known uranium resources (Reasonably Assured Resources plus Inferred Resources to US$ 130/kgU) are 524,000 tonnes of U3O8 (444,000 tU, 9% of world total), compared with Australia's reserves of 2.5 times that.

Some $539 million was spent on U exploration in Canada 1986-97 (over twice as much as Australia's $226 million) and this led to a sharp increase in recoverable resources to 507,000 tonnes U3O8 (measured, indicated & inferred resources). Despite depletion from mining, this remains much the same. Of the total at 1/1/04, 297,000 tonnes (252,000 tU) was "measured", possibly equivalent to "proven reserves" in some of the company data quoted on p3 below.

Exploration expenditure in 2004 was C$ 44 million, mostly at established projects. However, the C$26 million of this on grassroots exploration in Saskatchewan - double the 2003 level - represented a major proportion of world uranium exploration.

Canada and Australia are the main countries able to expand production strongly as required to meet increases in world uranium demand.

Globex, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Additional Uranium Mining Claims in Northern Quebec
Tuesday February 13, 8:30 am ET
Company in Negotiations to License Ethanol Technology in the US

NEW YORK, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets), today announced that it has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of 109 claims near the town of Tasjujaq in Northern Quebec, Canada. The Operations team is continually searching for and evaluating additional mining claims that may be acquired, in order to build a substantial asset base in the in the Northern Quebec uranium sector.

This region has significant proven Uranium reserves, and major players including Uranor Inc. and Canadian Royalties Inc are already exploring sites in the area surrounding Globex's claims.

Lead Project Manager Mr. Detinger stated: "We are very fortunate to be in the process of securing these valuable uranium mining claims."

Mr. Detinger went on to state: "Once we start rolling out the drilling equipment, we will move systematically from the areas further north to the southern region. Secondly, our initial exploration drilling will be concentrated in the key areas where our data revealed the presence of a large number of conductive responses occurring as conductive zones."

Globex also announced that its executive committee has organized the Company's operations into two distinct business segments: (i) Mining Exploration and Development and (ii) Ethanol technology development. This operational structure will allow Globex to effectively manage both of its businesses by allocating the personnel and resources as per the requirements of each segment.

Globex's Ethanol technology segment involves the development of an innovative pre-treatment method for the production of bioethanol. This process is an integral part of the biomass conversion method to produce ethanol from cellulose waste products; namely residues from crops, wood chips and pulp & paper. By transforming wood waste into bioethanol, it is a win-win scenario - greenhouse gases are reduced, air quality is improved and the forest and pulp & paper industries valorize their residues.

Globex is currently negotiating the terms related to the licensing of its leading-edge ethanol technology, with high level US public authorities. The vision of Globex's ethanol division is to identify new sources of energy and develop alternative 'green' energy solutions that not only protect but enhance the environment.

Ok guys what do we have here ?? …

1)222 claims bought in the ungava province sector 24L01 (verified)

2)Another 109 claims will be acquired (verified).

3)Ethanol (biofuel) play still in place and running. (verified)

4)Possible short position… Why? Stock was trading over 2$ some moths ago and without substantial reason dropt to .012 (squeeze imminent, will soon see)

5)The name change, cusip change symbol change will occur with the next 3 weeks. Again all shares will be accounted for, shorts will have to cover

6)A nobo list was ordered last Friday. Management is going to help us with this squeeze

7)We will be getting GEO reports from both sites very soon

8)The finds are multiple metals including Uranium, Silver, Zinc and Gold. Significant amounts, geo report will back this up.

9)The drilling will start this spring once the snow is diminished.

10)Non-dilutive financing already in place which is huge, in addition they have a good cash position and are working on updating financials along with this acquisition with an AMEX goal.

11)Just turned down a huge buyout because of this new lucrative opportunity, uranium is booming right now

12)Very LOW FLOATER and many if not all float shares hold by locust group

This is a 1$+ stock IMO

Feel free to add more to the list if you know more…

All this things where confirmed by people talking to Company’s IR.

This is not a buy or sell advice, do your own DD.

Hey, i didnt notice the good thread going on here for GLXI. Im in as of last week and hoping to add some before this gets out of reach! This one has a lot of room to grow and the float appears to be bought up!

I agree that this may have some room yet to run but I dont buy into the hype of other boards saying things like 2 posters own the float, etc. We all need to remember to protect our capital, dont fall for the hype and watch it very closely. If this was a big board stock that got beat down or even an .ob stock that reported regularly I wouldnt be as cautious but since it is a pink we need to play it smart.
Catia, the above soap box wasnt for you btw. It is for newbies that may have fallen into this stock by luck or dd and think its the neatest thing since sliced bread.

I am still holdin...TMAN...

Yea i follow ya Tman and its good to keep newbies "in the know" regarding board talk and such. Outside of what is being hyped up on the other boards i like the way it moves on low volume and stays there. I'll be more comfortable with it if it stabilizes and maintains new baselines.

Lots of talk about big news so it has my attention.....and its a darn nice diversion from CSHD [Razz]

The owners have offered to show their portfolios... trust me it's bought. Might be good or bad for us... know that we will always be the last ones out of this stock should we choose to be.

Just so you all know that all the big dogs with high share counts in this stock, know that we were the first to enter, and likely the last to exit from this stock. You see that the MM's drop the price quickly on any selling pressure, making selling large blocks foolish as the price would be dropped more than half with less than 20% of the float.

The company will be doing it's job, and it is our responsibility to practice proper trading etiquette. That is to let the stock appreciate to it's highest true value, and allow for balanced buying pressure and selling pressure and everyone can get out if they wish at the height of a long curve to parallel.

Please scale out slow and go along with the buying pressure should you choose to exit. Please do it in small blocks, and pay the extra commission to your broker, and let the market flow into your order AT THE ASK. Don't kill the stock by bidwhacking.

You are selling right if the stock continues to go up... no worries either as they have to buyback a ton of shares!

Did anybody read into the "outside offers" that were occuring for the claims held by Globex And they are owned by Globex.

Once you get a confirmed geologist's report of high grade uranium, possibly in veins and with no need to sift... we could get a $50 share offer from outside too.. LOL, it's a dream.

I'd take that right after symbol change and the shorts have been made to cover.

What if the company has already pulled a NOBO list? Would be great if they did one Friday. Just another message..."better start covering".

Did you see HDSN covering of Friday? I sure did. The float is 3.5 million shares. That's it. That's what must be reported to the TA as the cusip number changes. They have a ways to go... they need to buy shares back but don't want to give too much buying pressure... or she'll pop the biggest white candle of the year IMO.

The only way is North on this one right now. Just an opinion. Exit when you want... do it right though.

Gotta agree here...for those that haven't played small floats...if you have a large position? these things fall as you sell out...it sucks...but don't think that people are going to sell "in small chunks" in order that the PPS won't drop...what good is that to the seller? The only ones it "saves" are the people still in and the brokers... Most peeps will say..."oh well, sorry dude!" What's the point in selling in small chunks if you loose your profits to commision fees?

Play it smart people!
GLTA!

Some are saying it will open on the grays, some say the pinks and the nasdaq has it as a otcbb listed stock. I followed the link that had it listed with paim and some other stock and it actually was listed as an otcbb stock. Now that is a cluster. TMAN...

Globex, Inc. Announces Completion of Acquisition
Tuesday February 20, 8:00 am ET

NEW YORK, Feb. 20 /CNW/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of an additional 109 claims in the vicinity of Tasjujaq in Northern Quebec, Canada. This region has significant proven Uranium reserves, and major players including Uranor Inc. and Canadian Royalties Inc are already exploring sites in the area surrounding Globex's claims.

These territories are encompassing a definite concentration of activities with historical documented specifications that were the main core content of a long negotiation.

This specific acquisition forms part of our Company's plan to increase the key targeted sectors as part of our asset portfolio.

This will allow our team to subsequently publish the condensed conclusions of a voluminous report shortly.

(Statistic Canada source) Canada produces about one third of the world's uranium mine output, most of it from new mines located in Northern Quebec and Saskatchewan. After 2007, Canadian production is expected to increase further as more new mines come into production.

Management has decided to file the change of the name of the Corporation to "UMINING RESOURCES INC." in State of New York instead of Nevada as previously announced. The name change will become effective as soon as it has been approved by Regulatory and Governing authorities.

Good luck getting orders filled with Etrade. I just spent 30 minutes with them on the phone, 3 times on hold and it ended with "Im sorry sir but i cant make this trade, I will have someone that CAN make the trade call you back as soon as possible". I doubt i will receive that call after the choice words I unloaded on this guy. Im driving over to the local Etrade office at lunchtime and they will either give me answers or drag me out kicking and screaming.

By the way, i also tried to sell a small chunk of shares to test the waters.....same thing, CAN NOT SELL EVEN OVER THE PHONE! This thing is shorted big time IMO and someone is going to pay if this thing keeps climbing.

When i go to the office today im going to ask if i can have my shares in MY name as opposed to street name. I learned some valuable lessons with CSHD and ive learned to play hardball with the brokers...especially ones like Etrade who happen to have their own Market Maker.

IMO this is the short squeeze that CSHD was hoping for. The game is on, the float is bought up...lets see the squeeze!

Hey Fellas - A monster in the making totally under the radar right now with some huge news coming out late this week - early next. Spoke with the company for an hour yesterday, this one is gonna be big!

Ticker: GLXI O/S= 28.8 Million Float= 25 Million PPS: .012

- Yesterday they signed the deal and have acquired 200 claims (approx. 35 square miles of premium uranium rich land in N. Quebec)
- Geologists reports coming next week. Preliminary results thusfar are huge.
- They currently have 4 accoutants and 3 geologists working to finalize everything and are planning a PR campaign launching the new business model in the next two weeks.
- For tax purposes they are developing a Canadian sister company and go through a name and symbol change to better identify themselves with their new business.
- Non-dilutive financing already in place which is huge, in addition they have a good cash position and are working on updating financials along with this acquisition with an AMEX goal.
- Just turned down a huge buyout because of this new lucrative opportunity, uranium is booming right now.
- This will be huge over the next month as the new PR campaign launches, just thought i'd give you a heads up early!!

Most of those shares are held by insiders. Shares available for trading is approx. 3.5 million. I know 4 guys that combined own more than 3.5 million. Makes you wonder why we're seeing NITE screwing with things. Wait until this gets some BIG news, and you'll see why we are holding!!

Then when we settle we should begin the rise upwards. A bunch of freaks calling themselves "The Locusts" were pumping the hell out of this one.

Looks like the MM's brought out the bug spray!

I'm still holding my shares, but if we dip below .20 watch out!

So that was what the other poster meant by a plague? Where are these guys from? They must have all decided to bail? Seems to be allot of attention on this one though...Hard to say what it will do...

Well I was wrong about the red close, I was sure that dirty NITE would try and paint the tape. I still think tomorrow we'll go red and that will be a great buying opp.

My shares are from .08 so I'm in good shape, I really didn't learn anything from CSHD other than just keeping buying Pinks until one of them makes me rich or I go broke. [Wink]

I do think those 'Locusts' hyped this way too much, had they just shut their filthy little insect mouths we might have suprised the MM's and run over .40.

Tomorrow is another day !

Guys, its a pink. who buys a pink above .20? Not many people. If it holds above 20 for a day or two more, maybe folks will start dribbling in and give some support at this price. I also think that alot of folks that bought in Friday probably got out today. If thats the case then we may have opportunity to move up from here. all my opinion of course. TMAN...

Uncle Smelly you have to admit the idea of buying the float is a good one.

I agree with you 100% on the pumping issue.

Pumping ends with dumping in most cases.

I do think there is a great potential for a massive short squeeze here.

I am a locust too by the way..... bzzzzzzzzz.. it only costs $500 to join....J/K.

but you have not seen me pump this once.

Buying the float is a great idea - except for Pinks! First off, the MM's can and will NS it to death. Secondly, GLXI could turn around tomorrow and say we're increasing the A/S to 500 million to 'fund' operations - with no warning.

I agree that buying the float and holding it as a group can work, but not as easily on a Pink.

They bought the float and that got the pps to .32 today, but it wasn't good enough and it wasn't even near the wacky ass predictions those dirty insects were making.

Anyway I still think this is a good stock, and am holding my shares. If we hit .15 I will sell to lock in profits though.

I agree with you 100% on the pumping issue.

Pumping ends with dumping in most cases.

I do think there is a great potential for a massive short squeeze here.

Look at it this way, if what I believe is coming in the next couple of days, does in fact come, you'll see why people are so excited/pumping. If it does come, .22 will look extremely cheap!! Unfortunetly, anything can happen so we'll just have to wait. IMHO

What happened at the end today was 2 Locusts starting buying big lots at .18 and kicked it up to close at .20

Had the market been open another 30 minutes it would have dropped right back to .18, that wasn't buying pressure it was one or two people trying to paint the close. Which they were able to do.

But I don't see what's going to hold it up tommorrow, it's obvious the MM's want this back down. The company has to come out with some big news to sustain this run beyond .20, these Locusts aren't going to be able to keep this up forever.

Absolutely correct. It's pure speculation at this point, this sounds very familiar, anyone remember QOIL? Ran from .10 to .80, now at .02 or so.

I think GLXI will have another big run, but this news was technically 'better' than Tuesday's and this run stalled before it ever reached .30

Some are claiming on Ibub that the PR is not fully out yet on the newswires, too late for today though. 95% of the traders watching this know about today's PR.

If nothing comes out tomorrow I see a red Friday, again I do think this will run hard at some point, but I'm calling a close today of .25 with a drop off tommorrow and a red close.

Uranium Keeps Booming
By Keith Kohl

Baltimore, MD - After uranium's record price jump this week, it looks like $100 per pound will come sooner than anticipated. And if you haven't established yourself in this bullish trend, you may want to reconsider your position.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road . . .

The spot price for uranium oxide gained $10 this week, reaching up to $85 per pound. This record increase was spurred by consistent supply shortfalls. The world's roughly 440 nuclear reactors need well over 150 million pounds of uranium every year.

So how much uranium do we currently produce?

Only about 100 million pounds. And the stockpile of uranium collected from disassembled nuclear weapons is declining fast.

To say the least, uranium is currently in a huge bull market - the price soared more than 800% over the last in four years!

The burgeoning nuclear industry has contributed to the tight supplies. And the emerging global energy crisis has thrown nuclear energy into the spotlight. While a few alternative energy sources are making headway, future global demand will require energy on a vast scale - something nuclear power can provide.

Consider these facts from the World Nuclear Association Symposium in 2001:

· 1 kg of firewood equals about 1 kWh of electricity

· 1 kg of coal or oil equals roughly 3 or 4 kWh of electricity.

· But 1 kg of natural uranium equals nearly 50,000 kWh of electricity!

Yet the spread of nuclear technology hasn't been the only factor in boosting uranium's price.

Government Document Confirms the Worst
According to the Government's own words...

"...we are entering an age of uncertainty and insecurity unlike any other..." that will "have a devastating effect on the economy and our way of life in the United States."

However, some think it's the greatest investment opportunity of the century... which is why four billionaires have invested hundreds of millions of dollars to find the solution.
---------------------------------------------------------------Flooding Profits

Natural disasters are never a laughing matter, especially when the devastating impact is widely felt.

But they're much easier to cope with when they give you unprecedented financial gains.

Losing the world's largest undeveloped high-grade uranium project dealt a huge blow to uranium production. Before it flooded, Cameco's Cigar Lake operation was expected to produce about 18 million pounds of uranium annually. The mine would have supplied more than 10% of the world's current uranium demand.

Yet the flood in October makes for a shaky future. There is a possibility that the mine will be lost altogether. Next month, Cameco will release an updated report assessing the situation at Cigar Lake.

Even the best-case scenario would mean postponing production until 2008.

Play with the Big Boys

So it's too late to profit from this bull, right?

Trust me, that couldn't be further from the truth.

The Middle East may know about oil, but when it comes to uranium, the only choices for investment are either Canada or Australia. Together, those two make up roughly 45% of the world's uranium production.

And with such a shortfall in supply, the chances for tiny exploration companies to post tenfold profits are excellent.

One of the best parts of Australia's uranium boom is that China is drooling over the huge Aussie reserves. The land down under is set to supply the Chinese with 2,500 metric tons of uranium every year to fuel their nuclear program. But this isn't even a third of the Chinese demand!

Trust me, as the spot price for uranium approaches the $100 per pound mark, Australia's mining companies will explode. Uranium's growth has spurred the government to reconsider its policy of "no new uranium mines."

But whenever you look at the future of uranium, you'll always end up in Canada, which holds roughly 15% of global uranium reserves and is the world's leading producer.

So the opportunity to cash in is still there for the taking, since some of these tiny companies are virtually unknown. And the truth is that the vast wealth of natural resources in Canada provides smaller companies with the chance of tremendous growth.

Globex, Inc. Announces Discovery of Uranium Deposits in Chioak Formation near Tasjujaq, Northern Quebec
Mar 2, 2007 9:45:00 AM
NEW YORK, March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets), today announced that its project team # 2, currently working in the Lake Cliff area near the town of Tasjujaq in Northern Quebec, has discovered several radioactive outcrops in an arkosic conglomerate on a surface of 1060 meters by 500 meters near Lake Cliff. The presence of Uranium concentration in sedimentary stratification are indicating 0.22% U308 through 7 trenches measuring 7 meters in length and surveys from 12 more trenches indicating 0.50% U308.

Management stated: "We were confident that we would uncover something in this area based on the information contained in the available historical geologic reports, but we did not expect it to be this significant. We still have a vast territory to explore in this Northern Quebec region and we intend to complete the field surveys within the next 20 days at which point we will assess the financial value of the area's proven reserves. In addition, our first project team is reporting that the drilling program in the southwest area is proceeding well."

The Company also announced that is pursuing the initial development of an alternative bioethanol technology based on recent positive results from its 90-day beta testing program. Management has retained the services of a specialized law firm to structure the basis of a licensing distribution contract concerning the commercialization of its proprietary bioethanol production systems in the US, Canada and South America.

Company Valuation Comparison: Uranium Energy Corp: URME – OTCBB

Been looking at URME, for comparison purposes with GLXI. Have not gone into a lot of detail but many key points seem comparable.

If you check out the chart it has had a crazy year, Current share price $8.50 [Smile]

• Started trading on OTCBB in February 2006.
• Fully reporting (but so will GLXI be soon).
• Similar share structure, but larger float than GLXI.
Authorized: 750,000,000 shares
Outstanding: 28,327,338 shares
Float: Less than 10 million (from a poster on URME Board)
• URME production will not start until 2009. GLXI much sooner.
• URME has 12.9 million pounds of historic uranium resource. May have more once their surveys are completed.

Keep URME in mind for when we find out more about GLXI’s probable reserves of uranium, when the full geological report is published. We cannot really assess the true potential value of GLXI until this info becomes available (+ potential of biofuels/ ethanol side of our business needs to be factored in of course:)

Extract from their website:

“UEC has acquired over 19,000 acres of property in six US states, containing 12.9 million pounds of historic uranium resources, with potential targets of 30.5 million pounds in additional resources being identified by the Company’s exploration databases. The Company’s foundation asset, located in Goliad County, Texas, has 5.2 million pounds of historically drill-indicated ISR-amenable uranium resources. This historical resource demonstrates potential to increase to over 15 million pounds. Development drilling and ISL mine permitting are ongoing with a view to commencement of ISR uranium production in 2009.”

GLTA

So they don't even have uranium yet.. just an uplisting to the OTCBB.

They are at $8.50.. no uranium yet, bigger float, less in reserves.. do the math.. I'm not even watching this crap. LOL

From URME PR.. no proof even!

"The Company's foundation asset, located in Goliad County, Texas, has 5.2 million pounds of historic and ISL-amenable (In Situ Leaching) uranium resource with potential targets of 10 million pounds in additional resources. Planning for the first phase of confirmation drilling and ISL permitting is underway."

confirmation drilling? you don't even know it's real? please... we'll be over $5 soon enough for me.. I'm getting more powder.. this is insane. Uplist this B please!!!!

Actually I was having a spectacular week, then lo and behold, my Choicetrade streamer appeared to be working, but it was for all but one stock....guess which stock wasn't? Yep - the one with the largest position that decided to dip quickly. I'm staring at the screen and until someone was kind enough to PM me to sell, I was oblivious. Hoping it will continue to go back up, but I still lost a chunk of money I'd made....

Of course, the fact that MMs had left it alone for a few days was surprising in itself - only today did they get the urge to attack it and screw everything up.

Uranium production next week, cusip change filed and executed in 10 to 20 days, SB-2 filed soon with uplisting to OTCBB... we go North. IMO

Wanna se what happens when a pinkie with uranium claims goes to OTCBB?

Check out URME. Closed near 8 bucks one year after uplist ... never produced any uranium.. say they may start mining in 2009.

GLXI has uranium production started next week.. uplisting soon.. what do you think GLXI PPS will do?

National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and administered by the provincial securities commissions that govern how issuers disclose scientific and technical information about their mineral projects to the public. It covers oral statements as well as written documents and websites. It requires that all disclosure be based on advice by a "qualified person" and in some circumstances that the person be independent of the issuer and the property.

A qualified person (QP) as defined in NI 43-101 as an individual who:

a) is an engineer or geoscientist with at least five years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development or operation or mineral project assessment, or any combination of these;
b) has experience relevant to the subject matter of the mineral project and the technical report; and
c) is a member in good standing of a professional association.
NI 43-101, together with its Companion Policy 43-101CP and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report can be downloaded from the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists website.

NOTE: Members are reminded that NI 43-101 is currently under revision. Many organizations, including APGO, have submitted comments and suggestions for consideration.

GLXI: Market Advisors Research Report
Wednesday March 14, 8:30 am ET
---------------------------------------- Stock Symbol- GLXI.PK Shares- 32,000,000 Market Cap $6,400,000 Recent Price- $0.20 Intermediate Term Price- $0.81 Web Site - www.umining.com Phone- 514-288-8494 ----------------------------------------

TORONTO, March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - NEWS FLASH: As gas prices soar higher and higher, there is a coincidental bull market in uranium prices. The fundamentals for uranium going forward are tremendous, both on the demand and supply sides of the equation, and it has become apparent that demand will not be going away any time soon. The world is starting to see that we are quickly running out of cheap energy sources and that there appear to be no commercially viable solutions to make up for the shortfall - except for uranium.
Investors are in a unique position to benefit from the bullish long-term prospects for uranium. Small-cap stock buyers can participate by investing in shares of junior exploration mining companies like GLXI. Be patient and allow time for growth.

Globex, Inc.
(GLXI.PK)

Investment Highlights
- GLXI was incorporated in the State of New York in 1999. In February,
the Company filed documentation for a new listing on the OTCBB and a
name change to U Mining Resources Inc.
- GLXI recently signed a financing agreement with Trimax Capital Group
LTD, a Calgary, AB Corporation. This gives GLXI the working capital
it needs without using any assets.

Globex, Inc. is an emerging uranium corporation and their story is one of the more compelling ones in the small-cap E&P sector. Therefore we rate Globex very favorably with an intermediate-term price object of $0.77. This is based on the company's recent discovery of uranium and the implications of such a find. Two factors remain clear regarding Globex. First, we think that the prospects for their Grenville property in Southwest, Quebec remain excellent, and uranium is likely to play a significant role in the future for nuclear energy projects in the United States. Secondly, Globex appears to have found a significant amount of uranium, in our opinion, and should play a key role in the U.S.'s energy future. For internal planning purposes, management believes stepped up production growth is achievable through their exploitation activities.

Uranium companies have a great opportunity right now because the demand is about 180 million pounds a year worldwide, and the supply is about 140 million pounds. This shortfall means any significant strike will surely have a major impact for shareholders. We believe Globex is one of a few with excellent odds to capitalize on the current conditions within their properties.

The Importance of Uranium

Not surprisingly, the price of uranium has risen from $8 a pound to over $70 a pound today. Analysts agree that it is just a matter of time before it tests the $100 range and higher. There is also mounting pressure these days to cut down on carbon emissions, making uranium a prime source of energy. There are now about 30 pending license requests for the construction of new nuclear power plants in the U.S. Here are a few more reasons why uranium is today's profitable energy alternative:

1. Oil and gas are rising in price too fast these days and are subjected
to supply interruptions
2. Coal is seeing a decline in mine production as hydroelectric
generation and nuclear power have made strong gains
3. Wind power is beset with regulations and has to be heavily subsidized
4. Fuel cells are still in the infancy stages, and bringing down the
first cost is the primary goal of the fuel-cell industry
5. Uranium-derived electricity accounts for roughly 20% of the world's
power grids

We believe GLXI is poised for superior growth primarily because of two key ingredients - assets and people. We have established an intermediate-term price target based on today's current share price of $0.20 to $0.81. If this target price can be achieved, and so much relies on the company effectively carrying out its business plan, investors could enjoy a return of around 285%. In our view, Globex's potentially dominant positioning in its focused operating areas, viable inventory levels, and balance between mining of uranium and ethanol production provide the company a competitive advantage in the junior mining sector.

Globex, Inc. Announces Appointment of New Board Members and Provides Update on Plans to Uplist from the Pink Sheets
NEW YORK, March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jonathan Morrone and Mr. Craig A. Calaman to the Company's reconstituted Board of Directors. They will serve as non-executive directors on the Board.

Jonathan Morrone

Mr. Morrone has spent his career working with notable securities firms such as Dean Witter, Hambrecht and Quist, and Gruntal. He has been instrumental in providing guidance, raising capital and developing strategies for Boston-based BioDefense Corporation, a developer of biotechnology protection devices for homeland defense. Mr. Morrone graduated from Northeastern University where he studied International Finance and Asian Studies and Chinese.

Craig A. Calaman

Since March of 1992, Craig has been affiliated with the Professional Conduct Committee of the New Hampshire Supreme Court as the forensic auditor. In this capacity, he is charged with evaluating the internal controls and monitoring the fiduciary relationships of legal entities and their clients to determine if they conform with the proper accounting rules in general, and the proper NH Supreme Court Rules in particular. He holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from New Hampshire College, located in Hooksett, NH. He is a certified public accountant, licensed by the State of New Hampshire.

Management is honored to have such high profile businessmen joining its team. These two directors will be appointing three new board members to complete the team in the next couple of days.

The Company is relocating its corporate headquarters to Orlando, Florida, and will open a project management office in Northern Quebec to commence its extraction operations.

Globex also announced that the internal financial statements will be completed by next Monday and made available to auditors and finance organizations. Finally, in order to protect shareholder value from potential naked shorting of the stock, the Company is currently evaluating other means to accelerate its achievement of reporting status.

Globex, Inc. Announces Decision to File Disclosing Statement Form 10 to Attain Bulletin Board Status
Company Takes Immediate Action to Protect Shareholders' Interests
NEW YORK, March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets) today announced that it has ultimately decided to file form 10 in order to become reporting and attain OTC Bulletin Board status. After evaluating the various potential measures to attain this goal and subsequent to legal and accounting counsel, management believes that the best method to uplist the Company's shares in a realistic and timely manner is to file an internal disclosing statement via form 10.

This concerted decision involves the completion of audited financial statements; the disclosure of current control stock positions; and the nomination of executive officers, namely a CEO and a CFO.

Considering the recent orchestrated email spamming campaign and multiple posts on investor message boards against Globex, initiated by external competing organizations who recommended GLXI shareholders to sell their stock and buy another Company's stock, management affirms that it will take any steps necessary to protect shareholder value and has decided to inform all its shareholders of the following:

There are a total of 49,203,583 shares issued and outstanding. A sum of 15,000,000 shares has recently been issued to cover acquisition expenses, consulting fees and the compensation of key staff; all of which will be included in the disclosing statement. The Company neither has a current need nor does it intend to issue more stocks.

The Company has received a $150,000 loan as a payable note advanced by a controlling shareholder for the payment of consulting fees, site surveys, geologic analysis and other operating expenses. The note bears interest of prime + 3% and is payable when the Company obtains financing from financial institutions based on its proven reserves.

As disclosed previously, the Company has reoriented its bioethanol operations under a licensing agreement structure and has concentrated its development efforts in North America, subsequent to unsuccessful attempts to obtain permits in an ethical manner in Brazil.

Based on recent positive discoveries and acquisitions, the Company has initiated negotiations with financial institutions to fund its working capital requirements by leveraging its assets. The Company anticipates that it will secure this financing as soon as the external third party validation of its reserves is finalized.

Finally, management would like to take this opportunity to thank all shareholders for their support and assure everyone that it will take all the necessary steps to protect the Company and achieve our common goals, including maximizing shareholder value and attaining profitability.

This stock hasn't seen these levels in months, and now, all of a sudden, we dump 50% in one day? What do you think...?
