RushNet Inc. Puts The Apple Rush Line Into Cans

PrintE-mailDisable live quotesRSSDigg itDel.icio.us

Last Update: 1:36 PM ET Apr 19, 2007

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Apr 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) announced today that it plans to take its Organic Apple Rush 100% Juice Soda line into cans. The move was encouraged by favorable pre-sell orders generated by its brokers and distributors for the bottle line. The company plans to introduce the Apple Rush cans in 5 flavors, Original Apple, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Strawberry and will roll out a new flavor, Grape. The company is targeting late second quarter 2007 for the introduction. To see renderings of the can line-up go to www.applerush.com/newcans.htm.
The 12oz cans of Apple Rush will open many new distribution channels for the brand and substantially expand sales volume. As demand grows for sparkling 100% juice beverages, especially Organic, it comes increasingly from these different channels. Cans open the door to middle and high school lunch systems, colleges, vending distributors and sports/entertainment stadiums, venues where glass bottles are not the package of choice or even allowed. To achieve the marketing objectives of much broader distribution and higher consumer sales though, the company plans to seek additional funding for its projected capital needs.
Robert Corr, President of RushNet, stated, "Today's youth are still too limited in the choices they have available on and around school campuses. Our Organic Sparkling 100% Juice line-up gives them a great healthy alternative. The line is drawn at 100% juice, in the thrust against the obesity problem, where you can be sure there's no high fructose syrup being added. With a great tasting line-up of Organic 100% Juice beverages, in a versatile container accepted everywhere, the choice becomes easy. We promise to keep the flavors tasting great and to deliver wholesome refreshment to all of our potential customers, young and older."

This statement from the middle of the PR could explain some of the dilution.

Quote Robbie English:

When you sign a contract... the deal is done. That is bottom line. When you buy a house and sign the day you sign is the day you close.

This is not a house. Why don't you all just wait for the specific of the deal to be in a PR and stop guessing. The morale in here has been hit bad enough and everyone needs a boost. Just because we believe the deal is done...meaning concluded as the PR states, does not mean people in here are in fantasy land.

As a good friend reminded me, saying that the management would be underhanded enough to basically embezzle shows no appreciation or trust in the leader of the company. If we do not stand by Bob and let him do his work(whether we agree or disagree with his tactic)then we should definately not be in the stock.

For Acquiring a Business you get a certain amount of time to complete Due Process... This allows you to review their books, all acounting, the premises, inventory, physical possesions of the company ie trucks in this case etc. Usually a company will sign the deal within the Due Process time.

This deal went beyond the period. This was due, and I know for a fact as I was told by Bob, that they wanted to finance the deal the best way they knew how and not involve ousiders. As I had reported months back it was over 500,000,000 shares put aside to be sold for this deal. Perhaps, they sold more due to the drop in PPS.

Bottom line is the deal is done. GARDEN Beverages themselves have said the deal is done. Untill a PR comes out that says otherwise or with other details that is how you are to look at it. If you do not see it that way, then you are a sceptic and should not be in this stock to begin with.
_________________________________________________

Robbie English, you seem to be the one getting upset over nothing. If this stock goes it goes, a few sceptics are not going to hurt it. Sceptics on the pennies? That's actually funny. As far as contracts are concerned, there are all types and can be set up just about any way the parties decide. As far as Bob and his statements, well "you" know as well as i that they change depending on who talks to him. I thought Bob was not supposed to be releasing any information to investors prior to PRs. I also remember back a ways when you were ticked off(happened several times) because bob told you one thing and did another. I think at one point you were selling out all your shares. Would you be considered a sceptic? We're talking about penny stocks here. Not much is as it appears, contrary to what many want. Nothing has changed.

Quote Robbie English: Feb 14

guess I am in question for posting all the information you all ask me to secure. I have already told you I have stopped talking to Bob, as he did not like the fact I put the information on the boards.

If he has something to hide that's is his problem. I already told everyone here, I am out at my price. Been too long to stay any longer.

I do not pump, I do not bash. I just want a little green like everyone else in here. You all have to invest with your own head, doing your own DD. Anyway, it is a given this stock will run after the next two shows, always has, and if history repeats itself no one will be complaining in a few weeks.

Quote Robbie:
was rediculed for posting this deal as done when I was told it was done by Bob and Garden. Now it seems the PR is here and looks as though the man came through. I hope we sustain this growth from this point on.

Anyone else notice the USDA organic seal on the cans? Does that mean RSHN recieved approval from the USDA for Apple Rush products?

Igor R they are on the bottles as well, but can't be released yet. Just a guess from most of us that that is the hold up. The old bottles of AR and ARR DON"T have that seal and can be sold. Fingers crossed that the Government gets off it's arse and gives approval soon. I think there are a (here we go again) contratacts of sales just waiting final approval.

I sign about 20 of these a month. I close about 1. Does the PR sound like it has been closed. In some parts of the PR, yes. In others, like the first sentence, no. And if they had closed the deal, why wouldn't they say it has CLOSED? Corr's quoted statement in the PR does imply to me that the deal has closed, in fact if it doesn't close then Corr just opened himself up to legal action, IMO. So, I would agree that I think the deal is closed. I just don't get the wording, once again, in the PR.

Ackane, I agree with you. I brought this up on another board. I HATE PR's that have wording that isn't exact and leaves open-ended questions. PR's are supposed to answer questions, not create new ones.

However, I'm not going to get into semantics with anyone on this, I'm going to give Bob the benefit of doubt and hope for the best.

All........

I am going to the show Saturday and speak to Corr and Alex as well as take a boatload of photographs. I have been keeping this mostly to myself and asking a few folks for a list of questions they would like to have straight forward answers to. I tender this offer to any and all of you folks out there that I have not spoken to yet, and I will find out as much information as I can for you as well.

I will be at the show from the time it opens at 10 AM until noon to get all the questions answered as well as pictures. Then the wife and I are going to drive up to Great Lakes Naval Station to visit our son for the afternoon. When I get home Saturday evening I will post photos and answers to every question I can get Bob to answer. I wont change your wording, nor will I edit Bobs answers. I am taking a small recorder with me to get Bobs answers on and will transcribe them once I get home. This way the 'Wording" which seems to be eating at everyone will not be an issue with what I reply to you all.

I am also going to stop by Garden Beverages on Springfield Ave. and get photos of our new building and its grounds. Hopefully there is a truck or something outside which I can photograph as well.

I will create a website with my internet provider and place all the photos with them and post a link to that site here Saturday evening or Sunday. It mostly will depend on when we get home from Great Lakes, Saturday evening.

Anyone wishing to have a question answered please PM me with your request and I will do what I can to get you an answer from Bob.

Questions already being asked include....

Is dilution finished?

Is the Garden acquistion complete as PR stated, or is it still in the paperwork stages?

Is the USDA certification close to being finished?

Various other questions about the IPO, Dividend shares, and why not just have RSHN own AR/ARR?

Can you have the store locater on the website fixed to reflect places where RSHN products are actually being sold?

Fix the email link to the website.

Projected timeline for RSHN to begin dist. their products along with the Garden Dist. product lines they already carry?

Please PM me though with your questions because this way I have them all in one spot and can get an accurate accounting of everyone request. I will do my best to get you answers to everything, along with photos! I will be letting Bob know that I am going to make sure everyone from AllStocks.com, IHub and anyone else sees the photos and questions.

I will quote Bob precisely and not add any flavor to any of his answers to make things sound worse or better than they truely are. I am doing this mostly for myself but will include your questions as well since I will be there anyway. I will check on here Saturday morning at 6Am central time for any last minute messages that may have been sent. You will have answers no later than Sunday at 10AM CST.

GO RSHN!!!$$$!!!

Chris

ChrisPy,

If you do not want to go thru the hassle of creating a site for the pics, I can provide you with a site to post them on. I have a site that I can post them on in a "professional-type" looking way, if you want me to post them.

Up to you. No pressures [Smile]

Good morning all,

I did as I told ya all and went up to the Green Fest at McCormick place. I have to admit I didnt know there were that many modern day hippies left in this world, but there are! Hemp clothes, Bamboo furniture, Solar power, and boat loads of Organic food vendors!! There was one thing that stood out to me as my wife and I walked through the exhibits and that was the lack of organic beverages represented at the show. I am not saying there were no other beverages represented at the show, because we saw organic wines and beers, but we saw no other juices, waters, or soft drinks there.

Now I know most everyone here are not from the midwest let alone Chicago so I will explain that the McCormick Convention Center is probably one of the largest convention gathering places around. It definately can hold its own in size as the largest gathering spot in the entire midwest and probably the largest between Las Vegas to the west and Orlando FL to the east.

The center gallery was "STUFFED" with such a diverse group of folks it is hard to explain the cross section of people we saw.

RSHN's booth was located facing the center of the main floor gallery where all the tables and chairs were for attendees to sit and partake of the food and drinks available and to take a load off for a while. It was very crowded and hard to find two seats together so that the wife and I could sit together. I ended up just standing there watching the people flock to the RSHN booth for drink, and to ask questions. My wifes seat was near the corner of the display so I stood and listened as one person after the next asked where they could find these drinks locally, what stores, ect. They were really truely loving the products. Alex and Bob were continuously filling the display tank that held ice with E-Water and different flavors of AR. I would say that conservatively I stood there for 20 min watching and listening while also observing what other things were going on around us, but mainly just watching that display of AR and E-water keep disappearing and getting refilled.

When I finally approached and spoke to Bob, he appeared to be a bit taken off guard. I'm 6'3 and weigh in at 290, have a beard and ride motorcycles so at first I appear to some as menacing but Im really not. Hell I think Im a nice guy, but when I told Bob I was a share holder he looked like I were going to kick his butt or something......it kinda made me laugh but then Alex stepped up and I explained who I was and he relaxed. Alex and I have spoken on the phone many times but never met in person until yesterday, so at first he didnt even know who I was until I said I was Chris from Peoria, then things were fell into place.

I told them I was on a fact finding mission and the everything I saw and heard would be getting posted right to the boards today. I did take photos and will be posting them within the next 24 hours or so, but it is a beautiful Sunday morning and I am going golfing in an hour so it may or may not be today, but I will get them on very soon. I got pictures of a truck outside of Garden with the companies name and address on it so you can use Google Earth and see their proximity to the various major interstates in the Chicagoland area as well as their VERY colse proximity to many rail systems if that need ever were to arise. I also took a bunch of photos of the show and display but I am sorry to admit that I am a better photographer of things that stand still and remain in focus than that of people mulling around and screwing up the focus of my pics. What this means is only about 6 of the pictures I took inside actually came half way clear. I am sorry but I thought they would turn out better than they did but eveyone wants information and not so much of hearing about my day right?

Well first off I asked about dilution. It did take place as everyone knows and the reason for doing so is that these guys are doing things that REQUIRE cash. Bob and Alex both agreed that dilution is the one thing they didnt want for anyone but there was no way around it. With the pps remaining low and their need for cash for the Garden purchase, production of products that are currently available via the web, and the ability to keep moving forward, it had to be done. They are hopeful that it is over and that the pps will soon begin to go north once they get their certification from the goverment for the USDA label.

That brought me to question #2, when are you getting USDA certified? Alex smiled and said it was happening in the very near future. I am not going to say any more than that because I do not wish to be the target for being bashed if it doesnt happen in the time frame I report but it is supposed to be before summer.... Thats all I will say about that. They said that once that certification hits the door they can release and deliver the new bottles of products to the companies who have already ordered all they can produce their first full 3 days of production.

As I spoke with Alex I noticed some dudes talking to Bob. One had a movie camera on his shoulder, and the other was interviewing him. I couldnt hear what was being said over the noise of the crowd but I did see what looked very promising.....RSHN getting attention where other vendors were not. Remember this show was a CONSUMER show and NOT for purchasing depts. of chain stores or commercial businesses. This was the average joe (and hippies) WANTING these products and information about them. I have to admit that it was a good feeling because I have had my moments of doubt as everyone else who is a share holder has and have believed but didnt know....now I know and I am MUCH more relieved and less skepticle that yesterday at this time.

Next I asked about an Apple Rush IPO when the certification is approved and sales begin. I was told that the shareholders of RSHN are the main concern of Bob, even though some do not want to believe him when they talk to him on the phone. I was told that some have called and berated Bob and slammed him for the way things have happened to date and are not willing to listen nor think that some things are just out of Bob's control.

Eevryone needs to understand that sometimes people say they wil get back to you on a certain date, and then they dont, or will have this or that done and dont meet their commitments. Then everyone blames Bob because his name is listed as President. Well he has no control over others actions, or when they finally do they say and when so he takes all the heat from the entire penny stock community.

I was told the bottom line is that "WE" are going to be taken care of as one of Bobs greatest concerns when AR finally begins mass production and sales. "The RSHN shareholders who made it happen are going to be very, very happy" is a direct quote from Alex. "Will there be a diveidend?" I asked, to which Alex replied "ALL of the RSHN shareholders are our first and foremost concerns because they made this happen. You will all be very happy you stuck it out". Those are direct quotes word for word as I was told. My wife heard every word as well.

The cans are happening, Garden is OWNED by RSHN now. Take that how you want to and tear apart my every word, but I was told that "WE" the RSHN shareholders now "OWN" Garden. I didnt get into how or when or where.........this was a consumers show and there were consumers crowding the booth. As Alex and I spoke Bob was being interviewed, and people kept emptying the display so Alex kept refilling it while speaking to me.

If anyone wants to bash or doubt now. In my opinion they can keep it to themselves. I did what no one else has done for any of us yet. I took my own time and money and saw with my eyes the responce from the public, asked questions and got answers. This is the best I could do at the time so I hope it helps you calm your nerves and makes it easier for you to wait for the pieces of the puzzle to fit into the picture. It is happening like they told me and I truely believe them now. Maybe I am a sucker to some of you and if ya feel that then that I feel is your problem. I am more of a RSHN fan today than yesterday and I will hold long and strong.

If you have any further questions please feel free to message me anytime.

GO RSHN!!!!!

Chris

All,

I almost forgot to tell those who havent tried all the new flavors of AR. There were at least three different people who I saw in the short time I was there in the morning that were coming back time after time to try the different flavors of AR.

One gent stood there and sucked down an AR Raspberry, then bought another to take to his meal.

I was there from 11:15 until 1PM. I would bet they went through 6 or 7 cases of E-water and various flavors of AR. I tended bar for a year when I was younger so its easy to estimate the usage and the excitement this company drew Saturday morning.

Thought that would also be of use to someone.

GO RSHN!!!!!

Chris

It seems that the PPS is trying hold on to the gains from the Garden PR for now. If the good news keeps coming, I believe that we could be back to the tenths real soon. Organic certification, Japan deals, what's next???

BTW, ChrisPy, that was one of your infamously long posts that I was happy to read. Good work!

All,

I completely forgot to put something into the first post that may be of interest to many here. I was talking to Alex and I asked him about the rumors last year that RSHN was trying to get into Kroger food stores. He told me the it in fact was NOT a rumor and that they were stil in talks with Kroger to get their products on their shelves.

I have been answering questions from IHub folks this morning and one fella asked me a question of ...Did I see any GR products there and I told him NOT anywhere in sight. This I believe is a good thing because I personally did not care for them. I definately preferred the AR products much better than the GR line of drinks.

Evidently the consumers (hippies) like them allot as well!

GO RSHN!!!$$$!!!

I am a bit puzzled that they did not sell any GR's there. However this may have been more about AR in the end which is O.K. I do like GR's thought but the Rush Cola is great! I keep ordering them online as the local stores don't carry them.

I did rebuy a dozen GR's this weekend for 1.29 each. Not a bad price. However the expiration date was June 07 and the lables were falling off the bottles. (sheese, that again)

I finally tasted the Cranberry Apple Rush last night, and can't say I really liked it. However I have never liked Cransberries anyway. I kind of felt like it tasted like wine. (I don't drink so no wonder I found it not to my liking.) I am back under orders from the Wife to reorder ARR and this time I am loading up on Pomegranet if I can talk Andrea into it. Out of Rush Cola as well.

I should also let everyone know that Arizona Teas will be staying with Garden Dist under the new ownership.

Alex said something about they were worried about being Dist. under the new ownership and new products being implemented by RSHN. They came to a agreement and signed on for Garden to continue dist. them throughout the Chicagoland metroplex under its new ownership.

Thought you would want to know.

GO RSHN!!!$$$!!!

Yes, Chris, interesting that Arizona Teas wanted to stay with Garden. That speaks a lot about how good a job they were doing. I hope they can do that for us with AR.

Still dosn't help me down here in Texas though. But one step at a time......

Arizona should just buy out Corr's line, then they wouldn't have to worry about anything, in case the concern's were with competition, which was possibly a thought. They may have thought that Corr would promote his products over theirs, which is just 'human nature.' Regardless, they worked it out so that's good.

Ok, I've come back down to earth a little over this Garden thing. Garden distributes product to the Metro Chicago area and parts of Northwest Indiana. I thought it was a little bigger than that. Good start I guess.

Yup, they were always small fry. I was puzzled why everyone was so eager to see them bought.

NOW..... all that being said.... RSHN now has a much larger warehouse, actual trucks to deliver locally and other products to help offset the cost. Not a bad move at all. Just a very small step. The biggest thing is that FINALLY, something PR'd so long ago has come true. At this point it is about confidence, and rebuilding faith in RSHN. From the boards, it is building. However the next steps, (USDA approval, sales and sales numbers for AR) must follow. The real run comes when Japan comes home. Until that point, time to try to build a better base than 6-7.

yay pics now this is going to a penny i almost feel bad for some of you. whats it gonna take 5 years or 10 years until you realize that if you have a ceo who cant spell soda then its not likely hes gonna make you money
and to all these paid pumpers on this topic for your own sake dont it make so obvious but i doubt the rest you would catch on now if they suckered you in this far
and be honest i dont think to many of the people posting here have made to many profitable trades
so the time has come to move to big boys away from scamsters like corr (i think he has quite a history)cause penny stocks take money from you and puts those dollars in te hand of the hedgefund managers
