I call it a POS

you are right......as of now it IS a POS. i mean look at WNMI...a total crap stock look at where it is...right there with BKMP.

there are some serious total dump trash stocks trading higher than this. however we have more potential than any of them in my opinion.

POTENTIAL being the keyword....a lot of people around the BKMP world base the future soley on potential and not what is or what is current.

only time will tell with this one

oh yeah, "potential". I mean CBAY is working on a south louisiana property deal which "should/could/might/may' draw in 'possibly' $100M revenue PER YEAR!!! Think about it, baby thats POTENTIAL!!!!
Or how about ETIL, the ONLY casket co in the USA that can give you what ever image you want on your casket/urn. EXCLUSIVE deal with The Vatican(Rome) collection of sacred images. Has news on deals and stuff once/2X's per week.
So you say "how CAN!! you lose"???
Well only ETIM holders can answer that question. i "only" lost 35% of my money on ETIM and "only" 30% on CBAY.
Wish you better luck here.

The whole idea of this stock is carriers. The potential is Japan,UK,and USA. We know certian things now Loretta Hunt was hired as our PR Rep. she speaks Japanease, we are in a few places in America now and coast to coast in Canada all with in a year I think good accomplishment one of the few pinks that can be a front end load imho. Because when the USA Carrier comes It will increase the SUB's by 20 to 30 times what they are now. And thats when we will have our run.

Just MHO

direct tv may be an option also they are lookig for new sports netwoks. And we are with verison and and Malone is looking at them. jmho

Hmmmm. Might be some credence to the DirectTV rumour. Read the front page of the SKYReport today:
http://www.skyreport.com/

Malone's Plan for DIRECTV?
Soon John Malone will take the reigns of the country's largest satellite TV company and analysts and investors are still pondering just what the good doctor has up his sleeve. If you ask the Wall Street Journal, Malone may do with DIRECTV exactly what he did with TCI: combine exclusive programming with distribution to create value; tack on debt to keep taxes down; and eventually find a buyer capable of providing a tax-efficient exit.

According to the paper, the first part of this potential plan would be for Malone to bolster his sports programming properties - and along with the three regional sports networks negotiated in the deal with Rupert Murdoch, DIRECTV just re-upped with the NCAA's mens basketball national tournament and is also rumored to be close to locking down MLB's out-of-market package. If that's not enough, WSJ editors said, Cablevision subsidiary Rainbow Media - owner of the New York Knicks, Rangers and Madison Square Garden - could do the trick for about $4 billion.

The second step in Malone's plan could be financial engineering - because DIRECTV already started the ball rolling. The deal with Murdoch saved Malone $2 billion because it was structured as a tax-free asset swap, the paper said, and there could be more to come. DIRECTV has a healthy balance sheet - and analysts at Bank of America have said that it could fund acquisitions or pay a special dividend of up to $9 billion.

The third part of this plan hinges on the idea that Malone, having built a reputation as a trader, already is eying an exit from the company. According to the Journal there are two "natural" buyers: Comcast - the cable op that failed to acquire Disney; and Verizon - the telco expanding its video services. If history can teach us anything, the paper said, then don't be surprised if Malone structures any future deal as another tax-free swap and ends up with a good chunk of Verizon or Comcast shares.

MMA News By Loretta Hunt
What's happening in the world of mixed martial arts now…

By Loretta Hunt (loretta*thefightnetwork.com)

Last night's UFC Fight Night garnered some extra attention from the press, including a Los Angeles Times article from our colleague Dave Meltzer here. I was contacted by ESPN Radio's The "Herd" with Colin Cowherd regarding the dramatic high kick finish wielded by Rashad Evans on Sean Salmon in the main event. I will be appearing on the show at a later time to wax MMA and will keep you posted. For now, here are a few tidbits.

COUTURE BRINGS IN BIG GUNS

Training for a six-foot-eight-inch giant is not an easy task. Just ask Randy Couture, who faces UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia for his crown on March 3 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio for UFC 68. Looking to simulate his upcoming clash with Sylvia, Couture has enlisted the assistance of six-foot-seven K-1 kickboxer and MMA fighter Dan Evenson, while six-foot-eight Greg Jackson-trained Dan Christison is also expected to join "the Natural's" Las Vegas-based training camp.

LEE ADDED TO UFC UK

The Fight Network's Jim Burman reports UK lightweight David Lee has been signed to fight for the UFC's return to England at the Manchester Evening News Arena. Burman spoke with Lee about his sophomore visit to the Octagon here.

EILERS REPLACES "TANK"

Miletich Fighting Systems' Justin Eilers (15-5-1) has replaced David "Tank" Abbott in the main event for World Mac Entertainment and Ro Ro Production's "World's Best Fighter," scheduled for Feb. 3 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Heavyweight Eilers, a former Iowa State linebacker and UFC vet, takes on Korea's Ji Hoon Kim (0-2) in a "USA vs. Asia" themed event. Kim is a veteran of South Korea's Spirit MC promotion.

IFL HOLDS STEADY

After reaching an all-time high of 16.50 a share earlier this week, publicly-traded International Fight League stock (OTC BB) closed at 15.00 a share.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Funding for Canadian Television Programming
Strong Support from Federal Government

Ottawa, January 26, 2007 -- The Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB) today welcomed Minister of Canadian Heritage the Honourable Beverley J. Oda’s announcement of the Government of Canada’s contribution of $200 million in new funding over the next two years to the Canadian Television Fund (CTF).

“Minister Oda’s announcement comes at a crucial time, demonstrating the government’s support for the Canadian television production sector,” said Glenn O’Farrell, CAB President and CEO. “By making this announcement well in advance of the federal budget expected later this year, the federal government has clearly articulated the priority it places on ensuring the stability and future prospects of funding for quality Canadian television production.”

Canadian production support funding represents an important lever in the Canadian economy by providing financial support to independent production sector that employ producers, directors, writers, and actors, all involved in the production of quality Canadian programming.

The Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB) is the national voice of Canada’s private broadcasters, representing the vast majority of Canadian programming services, including private radio and television stations, networks, specialty, pay and pay-per-view services.

each month that goes by with no news, and with no price movement...it begins to look more and more like QBID. man i hope they do something soon to add value.

look...we dont have any certainty that a US carrier will even happen. they are in the "works"

as far as i am concerend since there has not been a PR saying "we are now in the USA" then it hasnt happened!

this price will not move for a while. why? well ok so we have 20% in TFN right? think about this..from the time they PR a USA carrier (if it happens) then add the time it takes to spread the word, market it, (where is the money for USA marketing going to come from? hhmmm) and then actually begin to get money back and THEN report earnings? its going to take a long time just to see any price movement based on REAL items and not just fluff or pump.

i hope the best for this...since i do have money in BKMP..remember it is a .PK not .OB so there is a big difference.

also it is beginning to sound too much like QBID: "all we need is that one big contract" or "once we get the carrier deal its off to the races" does this sound familiar?

hi cashcow and other fighters.

i as well have often thought that this looks and smells alot like the qbid fiasco that many of us took part in. i personally lost a mint on that one and it made me very cautious to go all in again on a pinky. the only difference i see here is that mixed martial arts is indeed breaking out all over the world and increasing in popularity everywhere. even my father who is a non violent person loves ufc and mma's. this is the main fundamental difference between bkmp and qbid. qbid was targetting a gay audience which apparently there is not that many people who really want gay tv programming. now i know we are a pink sheet and that alone should make many cuatious, but if we were being diluted into oblivion i think we would have been at .0001 a long time ago. it is true our a/s is way too large i dont like 13+ billion shares and i also dont like that we only own 20% of tfn but 20% of a rocking network can lead to huge trickle down profits in the long term provided our ceo does us right.

carrier news doesnt gaurantee any price movement but will probably get us a good few upticks and put us on a longer term uptrend provided the great d doesnt happen(dilution). so in conclusion nobody knows whats really going on but i will continue to be patient and hope that this is indeed a good investment longer term.

best of luck to all my fellow fighters.

sincerely your long and strong bkmpidiot.

34 million long and on lockdown. [Big Grin]

i agree noah...the point of my post was to express my opinion of how it will take longer than most here expect to see a price increase worthy of bragging about.

i see now and yes i agree this might take years to unfold but it could also begin at anytime if things get rolling smoothly. has anyone been watching ifli. international fight league? i dont own shares found out about them when the stock was ten bucks it just recently came very close to 17 if not hitting it. this took only a few days to achieve and also the stock was as low as 3 bucks i think. so basically if we begin to move we could see movement i think realisticly of about 3-500% increase. my first sell order isnt in until .0012 which is roughly 400% from where we are. anyways good luck to you all. im in this till the end i actually hope it takes longer to unfold as i still have about 4 months until i hit the one year mark on my first purchases. slow steady increase is what i am hoping for. then some stellar pr's a string of them would be ideal.

heres to dreamers who refuse to give up then dream. if this is a scam then $u#k but if this is our usxp type run stock waiting to happen then we will be very happy one day for our patience.

Well Mike Garrow said he expects TFN to be in the USA in 2007. Why make a prediction if it's not likely to happen? Just to make your word have less merit in the future?? Doesn't seem like a smart plan for the head of the channel. I think he really believes this, and it should be a good thing for us when it happens. We'll see in the next 337 days hopefully!
