Boy, Fight Store screwed up all non- paypal payments. But they are sending me a free t-shirt. Person said they are swamped and the network is "expanding like crazy". Probed for more info and found that they now have close to 2 million subs. How bout them apples.

Fed Ex today: I received a fed ex today from E-Trade with a cert for the preferred shares. 10,000 to 1 based on the number of common shares that I held at the time of the dividend.
E-trade also states: Please be advised that E-trade will no longer be accepting Blackout preferred stock certificates for deposit. Please contact Blackout's transfer agent, American Heritage Stock Transfer Inc. directly for additional information concerning this dividend. CUSIP # 09250L 20 0

I just did call the transfer agent. He said the reason the certs are being sent out is because the stock is in-active (as of now) and most brokers will no hold on to the cert that are in-active so they send them out. He mentioned it is better for us to have them so that we are in control when it becomes active and we don't have to wait for the brokerage to act on it. The broker will then accept them back when the stock finally becomes active (which he believes is going to happen- good news.) He also said it is up to the company to make the stock become active (ipo of course) and he DOES believe this to be the case. Ye HAA.

howdy fighters. seems to me the same ol same ol happening lots of speculation and theories. i am in no way complaining though i am happy to see a bit of action in this stock again. hears hoping for a long and steady uptrend. good luck to all you flippers too though. i know i should flip some of my shares but i just cant hehe. i am long this one for years to come. i beleive in the concept and think that this is one of the few legitimate longs in the pink arena. oh yeah im not pumping this or anything else but anyone looked at ifli. i am thinking of going in on it if it dips a bit. it is the international fight league. stock opened around three bucks went as high as 16 and now i think back to twelve or so. could be a good long term stock as this ifl is like the toned down version of ufc. no elbows to the head and no cage just an oversized ring . i dont know much about it but seems worth taking a look at if one is interested in this mmarts stuff. best of luck to you all.

i havent seen any newsletter yet. i was hoping for a bone or something to nibble on but as usual pinkies are as unpredictable as possible. just hope this one pans out the way many of us expect it too. the one positive i see is the ton of publicity that mma's is getting all over the place. this sport is here to stay its just a matter of whether we will benefit from that or not. i tend to think we will but in order for us to be taken seriously in my humblest opinion we will either need major share retirement or a reverse split in the future. definitely the prefereds should be reverse split so we can at least try to trade them.

If any body is interested there is a company in canada that looks like it has a good future.
they are willing to trade there stock for bkmpp stock.
here is there web site email them or call them they said they would mail out a letter to all interested with conditions and terms. they closed today at .02 and have applied for otc bb status
