Yes, it is true. We are still in the process of preparing a letter of instruction. But you can certainly let people know it is a fact.
We have your email and will be in touch.

hang onto your shares fighters. let them reverse split this divvy and eventually it might just be worth something. dont use it for toilet paper just yet. mma's is in its early growth stages as a sport this is going to be around for generations to come. it is just now finding mainstream popularity. soccer on the other hand i dont think will ever catch on bigtime in the usa we are much more into football , baseball , and bball. altough a decent amount of people still watch hockey ive never been a fan.
good luck fighters. our day might just come .

Anyone holding the beautiful divy from last year? AMSN...Thought it was restricted for a yr, but the yr is up and I still can't trade this POS. It's only worth $21, but that'll pay for a few lunches!!
I don't hold a position in BKMP, but just curious on if anyone holding the crappy divy from last year....

This makes no sense at all.. Why would BARCLAY ROAD INC. issue approx 1.3 billion shares of their common for worthless BMKP preferred? They have a lil over 400M shares O/S as is and looking at the state of incorporation filing, it appears the A/S is unlimited. Type in BARCLAY ROAD INC http://soswy.state.wy.us/Corp_Search_Main.asp
Heres the math using appox numbers.. 13B share were O/S of BKMP and 10K preferred were issued for each share O/S. Thats 130,000,000,000,000 preferred issued. Now for some odd reason BCYR is going to give 1 share of their stock (restricted?) for 100K of your preferred restricted. That comes out to BCYR issuing 1.3B shares.
Question is why would they issue any share at all for worthless shares?

It is not a rumor, Ray. But I cannot issue any more information until it is ready. I will add your name to the list, over 100 people so far who hold BKMPP, and you will receive more information when it is available.

How will you make this public infor and can we swap part of our shares will you please inform me.
Thank You and Kindest Regards Ray Bond

2007 is here with a bang! First off, sorry about the delay regarding last week’s newsletter. I was traveling (for the network of course), and as I personally write these pieces, I was unable to get it out to all you newsletter subscribers. I try to be consistent and get it out the first Friday of every month and sometimes things happen but I can assure you that I do not forget to write them as I know you all like a little “inside information” as to what is going on at The Fight Network and who better to hear it from then me direct right?
Ok, well let’s ring the bell and get right to it!
As we are now up everywhere in Canada and looking to expand our horizons to other countries as well, I thought in this newsletter I would focus more on what new content is rolling out on our channel, website and PPV offerings beginning with the month of January.
On the station side, some of the big additions and programming format changes you can look forward to seeing include more theme weeks around big PPV events or new shows we are taking on. We had been trying this near the end of ‘06 and it seems to be going over very well with our audience.
This month we have “Alpha Male” week featuring some memorable matches from current and former MMA , Boxing and Pro Wrestling stars along with an action movie icon to boot. Samoa Joe, BJ Penn, Kid Yamamoto, Roberto Duran and Sonny Chiba provide the adrenaline rush for the week of January 15-21.
The following week is “Contender Week” as we debut the hit reality show from Mark Burnett “The Contender” on The Fight Network along with another round of Top Rank Versus Boxing Live from Las Vegas as Solis vs. Grigsby get it on for the IBF World Jr. Flyweight title.
January 28th will mark the debut of our new format show “The Sunday Night Super Card”. This is where the Fight Network will present a great, and I mean great fight card, be it boxing, wrestling or mixed martial arts. To start things off, we are taking it to the streets… as WFA “King of the Streets” event makes its North American television debut. Catch all the action featuring the return of the legendary “El Guapo” Bas Rutten and a Main Event battle that pits Matt “The Law” Lindland against Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, at 8pm est.
Others shows and promotions set to debut this month are the “IFC”, INTERNATIONAL FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS. This promotion began operations in 1996 and it has the distinction of being the first MMA promotion to enact rules that were recognized by a state athletic commission (Mississippi/1996). Rules were established that allowed for the safety of the fighters, without detracting from the action. Weight divisions for both men and women were developed, and soon the IFC was working with athletic commissions around the United States and Canada to bring prominence to this exciting new sport. Be sure to check out all this action and more, only on The Fight Network.
On the PPV side, The Fight Network’s Fight Night is presenting another exciting event in Canada that will air on Saturday January 13th on Viewers Choice. All the way from England, it’s Cage Rage 19: Fearless featuring the UK debut of Eric “Butterbean” Esch. If you want to know more about this promotion, catch past Cage Rage events all this week on the network to see the heavy duty fighting you will be in for when you order Cage Rage 19 on PPV. For air times check out our site at www.thefightnetwork.com
On the website, we will be debuting the column of our latest celebrity fighter to our TOUGH TALK section “Where the Pros speak their minds” on Friday January 12th. The Fight Network’s own Ambassador, MMA Analyst, UFC legend and all around great guy, Randy “The Natural” Couture who will be posting a monthly column called “The Couture Chronicles”. I am quite sure given all the buzz on the internet and in the papers, coupled with the big TV announcement that was just made that Mr. Couture will have some very interesting things to say!
On a sad note, Canadian boxing great Yvon Durelle passed away Saturday January 6th at the age of 77 in Moncton, New Brunswick. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family which is why I wanted to add this great piece on Mr. Durelle that was written by the Fight Network’s own Jason Abelson.
THE FISHERMAN AND THE ONE THAT JUST GOT AWAY
By Jason Abelson
------------------------------ The fates are cruel in boxing.
Gifted fighters who, in different eras, would’ve enjoyed long reigns at the sport’s pinnacle, are often left playing the battered bridesmaid to boxing legends, more so victims of timing than of the skills of the greats sent from the heavens to fight here on earth.
And Yvon Durelle, historians be damned, was a gifted fighter.
Had Yvon Durelle fought anybody else on the night of December 10, 1958, his story would’ve been different.
Blessed with a right hand that could stop just about any living thing in its tracks – but also cursed with an aversion to training that was equally paralyzing - the New Brunswick fighter brought both blessing and baggage into the Montreal Forum ring that night against the seemingly immortal Archie Moore.
It was to be Durelle’s night of nights.
Unfortunately for the considerable underdog, greatness trumps all. It was Moore’s night of nights as well.
That night, hockey’s most hallowed hall became a boxing battleground for the ages, as the two fought for Moore’s light heavyweight crown like life itself was on the line.
Don’t believe me? Go to Youtube.com and type in “Archie Moore.” Look for the Moore-Durelle Round 1 post.
Watch it…
Now tell me you’ve ever seen anything like it in your life.
Durelle’s power and tenacity, Moore’s courage and class.
Did Durelle really do that much damage to Archie Moore, one of the ten greatest fighters of all time?
Yeah, he did.
Did Moore, whose holds the unassailable mark of 131 career KO’s, really survive that third knockdown? You know, the one where Moore, already half conscious, walked headlong into Durelle’s speeding right fist.
Yeah, incredibly he did.
And alas Canadian sports fans, Moore really did knock Durelle out in the 11th to retain his title in a fight considered one of the greatest ever contested.
Of course there was more to Yvon Durelle than just that one fight. There were, in fact, 117 of them, including 90 wins, 24 losses, and 2 draws. Of those 90 wins, 51 came by KO.
But really, all those wins don’t amount to that one loss. That isn’t meant to disparage the wins, it’s meant to honor what took place that December night in Montreal, 49 years ago.
Durelle’s claim to fame was being knocked out. But by being knocked out in one of the greatest fights ever, a simple man from Baie Ste. Anne, New Brunswick became the man who nearly toppled the great Moore, and, in turn, was himself toppled greatly.
Yvon Durelle, Canadian Middleweight champion, Canadian and Commonwealth light heavyweight champion, fisherman, Maritimer, died Saturday at the age off 77 in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Until the next round,
Kind Regards,
Mike Garrow President The Fight Network Inc.

Sponge Bob, this page is for mature adults. Adults that actually know what they are talking about. Why don't you just take your behind back to the basement and have mommy let you know when the stock starts to move. Your prediction of April is LAME! Just because your son (if your even old enough to have children) is born in April doesn't mean that BKMP will come to the USA. GET A CLUE!

This not a scam there are just a few things that could be managed better in the public relations dept.
But all that aside the fact is that mike and sandy went cost to cost in cananda in a year and there are some good things in the pipe line. We also have a great popular sport for a vehicle a store that demand for the products are starting to out strip the supply advertisers are looking at TFN as a prime spot. I posted one of there premier publications as proof of that with TFN ratings.
The stock will run at the right time 14billion o/s or not other stocks have ran like a banchee with a bigger o/s than bkmp.
It also looks like a good deal will be worked out on our preferd one way or another. Plus most people have forgot there is a wagering station that bkmp owns to but it does not get much attention
I am in and I have put my money where my mouth is

Sponge Bob, what are you talking about? You must have the wrong person because I have not been banned from this forum. I have been banned from another one, but that is my own personal business. I think that you need to do a little more research before you open your mouth. Also check the dictionary for your meanings before your next post.

thanx doc , and here is hoping for some news to nibble on here soon. i can only hope that this lack of news is good news. i have begun to see more and more fight type programming all over cable. ufc is gaining momentum and im sure ifl is as well . i actually was able to watch some pretty good kickboxing on tv last night on channel 80. cant remember what it was called but it was kool to see. wishing you all the best of luck today and everyday. winter has finnally showed up on the east coast oil prices are extremely low compared to recent highs . all we need now is for tfn to be airing on all of our cable and sattelite providers and then just sit back and let this rally up to the magic penny land.

As it seems with all bkmp boards, we own stock in bkmp directly, not a stock called Tfnn. Tfn is private ... thus bkmp owns 20% of another company which owns Tfn. What matters is in winicks own PR he stated that bkmp will give bkmp shareholders whatever he feels like. Winick states shareholders of bkmp do not share profits, costs, etc of Tfn at this time. I think people need to keep it in the backs of their minds that bkmp is technically 2 entities removed from Tfn. Tfn looks to be a strong potentially successful enterprise for 2007, but with no guarantees bkmp will stay for the ride. Keeping that in mind may tone down some of the more creative predictions and speculations swirling around yet another hopeful penny stock. I own bkmp, feel good about Tfn, don't care for our public holding company. That's life in the penny arena. S5
