BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Dec 15, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) is pleased to announce that it has signed its first Distributor in the Caribbean. An initial order for a full 40' container of all of RushNet's products has been received from The Natural Food Center (NFC) of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Their order has just been produced and will be shipped the week of December 18. RushNet sees NFC, a well- established company that has earned an excellent reputation within Puerto Rico's burgeoning natural foods industry, as a great fit with RushNet. The NFC relationship grew out of a meeting at the recent Expo East and will be the first of many new island Distributors as RushNet ventures into the Caribbean with its marketed products The company is continuing to negotiate additional Distribution Agreements with companies in Jamaica and Trinidad." The trend toward healthful, quality food products is definitely growing within this region and Ginseng usage there is at an all time high. Bob Corr said to me "the dividend will be 15% of investors holdings"
This means 1.5 shares of Apple Rush Company for every 10 shares held of RSHN.

According to Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc, the Company plans to declare a special dividend of one unit of Apple Rush Company, Inc. per a fixed number of RushNet, Inc. shares. The unit will consist of one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc., an OTC bulletin board company, and two attached warrants.
The first warrant will give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. at 66 2/3% of the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of said company. This warrant will expire in 45 days from commencement of trading in the underlying security.
The second warrant will also give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. The second warrant will be exercisable until 29 June 2007 at a price equal to twice the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of Apple Rush Company, Inc.

Not sure about this, but to be a shareholder of record on the 29th, wouldn't one have to buy no later than the 27th, as there is a three day clearing period?

What, if any, action is required to accept the dividends? Will the dividends and warrants just show up in my account or will I have to take action to receive them? I've never been involved in anything like this. Will someone explain the process or direct me to a website that might explain the process? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If my guess is right. Late February of next year would be a great time to load up as it happened this year(2006). Hopefully that it would mirror the event the last run but bigger. I guess RSHN is a springer.

Still haven't seen this on the daily list. Once it's posted there and it shows that the Divy is free trading shares, I think we will see some more upward movement. Hopefully today was some in the know and the posting will happen tommorrow. From the sounds of the last PR, I'm not expecting anything else from the company until after New Year's.

Wow, I got in on this one last year at .0007 and rode her up to .009, great run. Do you all see this filly running another race in early '07? I may have to purchase a position at these levels.

Hi guys, I found you. I am back from the coast and had a great time fishing. Just checking to see what is up. I see we had a real fire sale and then recovered. Headed to Galveston tomorrow and off on a cruise ship Sunday. Best wishes to us all in the new year. Christmas day at sea, ahhhh.....

Looks great Barrharbor! We will be on the Rapsody of the Seas. "Mobay" Jamaica, Grand Caymans, and Cozumel. Wish I had some ewater to take as well. Could take my last GR I guess. I will stock up in Houston on the way back next week.
