A lot of shares for sure, but we really don't know what the actual float is. That would be more important.
We are in Galveston. Headed to Papadeaux's tonight for dinner.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. On board the Rapsody of the Seas. Santa landed this morning and the kids had a ball. O.K. Back to the pool .

I hate to see them hold back anything anymore the way it has been going with rshn Pr's lately, if we get a good pr it would bring back even more confidence in the company and would pay off shortly down the line, we really need some more good Pr's in the next few weeks.

Has anyone been able to find the sec. filing for the divvy? I cannot seem to find it. There has been quite of few shares trading in the past few weeks hope it is investors, rshn has really gone silent on us on garden, would be nice to see an update on the finalized deal, but not holding my breath anymore, if not signed by now not looking good for the deal, there was no Christmas present for us from rshn, investors must have been bad this year.

The share structure isn't really a huge concern since this stock has already shown that it can make a big run. Look at USXP its has a similar share structure and it made a huge run earlier this year. When the company finally works its way into Japan this stock could do great things.

this thing made a penny on potential japan deals back in march... bob authorized 2 billion more shares, but then retired 2 billion this fall. We're now looking at getting into japan and if it happens, investors will jump on ship. Anything hitting japan will drive demand. AR & ARR are a hit, so now it just needs marketed correctly and our divy could become worth more than the parent. Plenty of potential... just need to wait it out.

RSHN = BIG Potential & Absolutely TERRIBLE Delivery. Divy or not, I'm out until this ship turns around. Guess those that keep saying February appear to be right. Could have sworn this was going to get a bump, but it's only continued to tank?! Grrrrrrrrrrrr 25+ years in the making. Well Bob, guess you really are on the 500 Year Plan after all. What a shame!

I think now is a good entry point. This stock will make another run barring no disasters.

The Divy should drive the PPS North by Friday. If not, I think we hold on for the Group Play that seems to come along every February.
Come on Folks, Free Shares are Free Shares!! Come'N Get it!!
Robbie,
Can you explain how today is the record date for the divy but it has yet to be reported to NASD. There is no mention of a dividend by RSHN on the daily list. It is my understanding that it must be posted on the daily list, therefore I believe we will see a delay in the record date for the Dividend. Please give me your thoughts on this.

That is from the PR. In order for a Dividend to be issued, NASD must be notified 10 days prior to the date fo record. They will then establish the Ex-date which is the date that is important to share holders because you must own the stock on that date in order to receive the dividend. I don't know if Bob overlooked this(I doubt it) or if when he notified NASD they requested more information about the dividend and therefore caused a delay. Hopefully Bob will indeed issue a PR to bring us up to speed.

I would guess this is why some investors felt no hurry to jump in for a divvy, knowing that this date had not been set officially, this seems to happen quite often in penny's, but it does not help built confidence in a companies pr's, again i hope we missed something.

I am not sure what is happening here. Perhaps Bob needs a few lessons in Business 101. If I was running RSHN we would all be millionaires 6 times over, GOD only knows.
Time and a PR will tell. Maybe it was just a group play and we have to hang in there. At least there has been no real dilution to speak of, so we are ok in that aspect. The A/S is the same as this time last year and we ran to a penny.... It can, and I believe will go there again.
I will try and call Bob tomorrow and find out whats going on. It seems we are being spoon fed whatever they wish to tell us. I have been busy with my own company as Q4 and begining of Q1 are really busy for me. I look forward to giving you all some news tomorrow.

I think that we can all FINALLY agree that Bob has some serious management / control issues and appears to be on the 500 year plan. He expects all RSHN investors to be patient, but the problem is that the human life expectancy isn't nearly that long. Over 25 years in the making and we're still sub-penny. Wouldn't it be nice if Bob would just sell out and let someone else actually do something with this?
