I will hold out through the shows in Feb and see then. Ordered 4 packs of E-Water today on the new site... seemed to work... I will let you all know if it shows up. Good luck to all of us and GO RSHN... Get with it Bob... Were counting on you dude.

I just got off the phone with a three year employee at Garden Beverage. He said that Bob and Alex have been in the office many times over the past few months and that he was very excited about them taking over ownership "as soon as the papers are signed, probably this week or next week".
Make it happen Bob.

Excellent! I thought that might be what was going on when it was down for so long today. It seems that several of the broken links are fixed also.

Little windy in Malibu, sorry about the homes lost tonight in the fire, I have friends & clients that live and work in that neighborhood. I was just there from over the hill in Calabasas.
Go RSHN, maybe I'll buy some more this year. At the moment my sights are on 3 others for the week.

OK Boys and Girls, If Bob wants it his way and to only give us one PR a year then let it be. I am still in the game and I like the product. I will not sell at the BID or below my price. I am still in and holding all my shares.
Bob, I know you read these boards.... Stop dumping shares and run the "F"ing company like a man!!!! Enough excuses, and enough wait, wait wait. Get off your A$$. It does not take a genius to sell soda.(all natural beverages, sorry)

Volume is great....if it produces results. We can have a billion shares traded and if no price changes occur whats the point.

Maybe....now this is just a theory....bob and someone else buying and selling back and forth to try and create upward movement so that he can dump more shares on the market. This is only a theory and not any sort of statement implying i have inside information or anything. Just a theory.

Morning everyone. Pesky students keeping me busy. I am glad I stayed away, seems as if everyone has calmed down a bit. My brother is once agin loading on shares today. Too good to pass up, especially for the traders.
PR's will be comming, but looks like we will be back to where we started. Oh well, my faulf for not getting to free shares. I am averaged down nicely though for the next run.
Lot to come this year, don't see why we won't run again. Holding that run is another thing entirely. We will see.

Things heated up the last few days not exactly the way i wanted them to do, looks like it's settling down. From what i have been reading on the boards, quite a few people feel there is no dividend coming for the apple rush company. I tried to evaluate this part of rush even before they stated about the Divvy. I had stated before that i did not like the idea of losing the product and splitting the company up, but felt it was a good thing from the standpoint of raising capital which i feel rshn needs. If they were able to get capital without dilution then i would be in favor of keeping apple rush 100% part of rshn and no divvy, of course it does not really matter what i want, i know at the time of this announcement some other investors felt the same. We will see what happens with this stock in oh so fun pennyland where there seems to be no restrictions on what can happen and sometimes does. The part i do not get is that why would rshn want to tick of investors in a market where they are selling to consumers and some of these consumers are investors, which not only are buying their product but are helping to market and advertise it, and all for the cost of nothing in most cases. I have not tried their product or tried to get it into a local store, maybe if the PPS spikes enough, maybe i will try a bottle... Good Luck to All.

RushNet, Inc. Renegotiates for Control of Apple Rush
PrintE-mailDisable live quotesRSSDigg itDel.icio.usLast Update: 1:57 PM ET Jan 9, 2007
BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Jan 09, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) announced that it has renegotiated for 51% ownership of the new Apple Rush(TM) Company. After further deliberation, feedback and consideration of the benefit to shareholders, RushNet, Inc., and its shareholders, will now have control over the new Apple Rush(TM) Company with a 51% ownership of the brand, rather than the previously announced dividend and warrant options. Plans are still progressing to make the Apple Rush Company a public company. The Apple Rush(TM) Company, a separate Nevada Corporation, will become an operating subsidiary of RushNet, Inc. As part of its investment and ownership stake, RushNet has funded current initial expenditures and will continue to handle all sales & marketing aspects of the Apple Rush(TM) line. To date, the Apple Rush Company and RushNet have contracted enough Apple Juice and other organic juice concentrates to produce over 50,000 cases of finished product. Robert Corr President of RushNet noted: "We have sought further counsel from financial advisers, and listened to our stock holders. This restructured deal keeps RushNet, Inc. in control of the new line of Apple Rush(TM) 100% Organic juice beverages. We pledge that our goal is to build share value for our RushNet investors. Overall, this is a better deal for shareholders with a product line that shows great potential. The new product design for the Apple Rush line, with additional flavors in 4-Paks, will be presented to stockholders within two weeks." Who did Corr renegotiate with? Himself? Who does he think he is fooling, he still controls it all.
I think I do however, like this arrangement better than the dividend. Before all we really had was e-water. A great product, but limited appeal. I never was sure of the significance of RushNet as just a distribution company. It seems like distribution rights could have been negotiated away from us at any time. Hopefully this controlling ownership of the Apple Rush line won't be "negotiated" away from us at some point in the future.
Hmmm, I guess I am assuming that the Apple Rush Company owns the Apple Rush line of beverages. Is that so, or does Corr own that alone somehow?

Interesting news. Just a quick note, it is not showing up yet on my Ameritrade acct. News is not fully out yet.
I for one would have loved the divy. But yes.... this is a better deal in the long run. Now make Garden a part of RSHN and we are moving towards something much better.
Stock sure has stalled all of a sudden. Wonder if the MM's went to lunch and go run over by a bus? We can only hope. On the other hand, some are now reevaluating what to do. Pinkies, got to love em.

This is ridiculous. Rushnet negotiates. HAHA that is the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. What about Japan? What about South America? What is going on? Where are the sales? What the hell is the use of cases of apple with no intentions of selling it to anyone. Who gets the other 49%?
Looks like Corr and his friends are bringing it down so they can load up and cash out on the run again this year.
It's all so weird. "listening to shareholders"....right. All we want is to know some sales data, profit margins...we don't give a flying %$*%# about 50,000 cases of friggin apple juice and trade shows that apparantly do nothing more than give us pictures of Corr with a .05 hooker.
Sorry for the negativity, I am just sick of the constant IR diarreah.

Didn't Corr just send a pickup truck to Guatamala filled with e-water!!?? That might pay for that last PR.

He did listen to the boards. Many were truely pissed that he would take the best new product, spin it off and leave RSHN hanging. They wanted to have control of the OAR products. Looks like they got it.
Now lets see what he does with Garden. May be the same thing.
