what's your guy's math on the pps for this play regarding O/S vs. estimated market cap?
mine shows it's lower than the actual and current pps. am i missing something other than momo? haven't been following this play very much but do like it's trending. someone wanna give me the 1 paragraph lowdown?

Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. Announces Additional Share Retirements Thursday November 2, 7:00 am ET
MONTREAL--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 2, 2006 -- Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (Other OTC:GMSC.PK - News) announces that it has entered into additional agreements with current and former consultants to further reduce the total outstanding share count.
ADVERTISEMENT In a corporate press release dated October 26th, Grand Entertainment announced that it would be retiring over 40 million shares back into treasury. These shares have been sent to the transfer agent for cancellation. This action will reduce the outstanding share count to approximately 385 million. In addition to these shares, the company is pleased to be announcing that it has successfully negotiated the retirement of an additional 64,130,499 shares. All agreements and documents are being finalized and are in the process of being sent to the transfer agent. This move will reduce the total outstanding share count by more than 15%. The company anticipates announcing similar retirement agreements in the near future.
President Fred Berlin stated, "As we announced last week, I have been meeting with several key players to discuss our strategy for the future of Grand Entertainment. We are continuing our promise to bring down the outstanding share count, and we are committed to increasing shareholder value. This stock is defenately going to be a huge hit very soon unfortunately not, when we want it to. It will go up on its own and we have no control on that matter. My advice is hang on and buy more on the dips that's what i've been doing.

golf- I think there's a lot of people still in it they are probably following other stocks while this one is a bit quite.

We may have had a bad day but this stock is still up 75% since i started following it a week or two ago. If it dips again I may have to move some investments around and get a few more.

ADVERTISEMENT Last month, Grand Entertainment signed a letter of intent to purchase 50% of Lost City Records in a non-share, cash transaction. This Co. is doing all the right things, therefore I'm not really to concerned that we're dropping.
I said this before, it's only a matter of time before we head into the pennies and never look back.
Don't worry be happy. Who knows we're liable to get a very nice early Christmas present for those who are patent. Usually the pennies do very well around the holydays.
