Bottom Buster!! I would not have turned down a 7M Plus the buyout would have done justice to the shareholders that have been losing BAD!!

I think this is a solid place to start buying. Big Lou is really popular in the underground hip hop scene. In time, this will be back in penny land.

I believe that this is bottom. I rebought today and looking for a nice run up again. It may not happen tommorrow or next week but it will and if it's anything like the last 2 runs, it's an easier ***********.
Do your own DD. Don't buy because of what is written on the boards.

Called TA today, the phone # is 702-656-4919.
OS is still 319M and change, the same as it has been for months now. They did not have the AS number or float however.
At .001 that puts the market cap at $319,000.
Been waiting on this one to come back down to cheap.Picked up 2M at .0011.
Stocks trading at this price usually have billions in the share count.
The last few days trading shows the bid being hit pretty hard but it seems to be holding up under the pressure.Since it doesn't appear to be the company selling, you have to wonder who is selling and who is accumulating. If anyone was interested in the comapany it would be a good time to pick up shares on the cheap, but with these pink ones, its just a guess.
IMO
Happy hunting.

MONTREAL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 1, 2007 -- Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (Other OTC:GMSC.PK - News) is pleased to announce Lost City artist, Big Lou, has four sold out showcase events this month. Underground rap sensation Big Lou is the headlining artist for four major sold out showcases in the month of February. Big Lou will be performing throughout the tri-state area this month, including sold out shows at Club T-NY (February 6th), Remote Lounge (February 13th), Don Hills (February 15th), and Sons of Brazil Club (February 25th). These venues hold approximately 1500 people each. These showcases play host to a variety of influential individuals in the rap and music industry, such as major record label executives, DVD producers, local artists and industry magazine writers and critics. Also performing in the upcoming showcases are such well known artists as Jim Jones, G-Unit, and Papoose.
Big Lou's success continues to grow as more and more industry leaders are exposed to his musical talent. Last Wednesday's DVD showcase was not only filled to capacity, but there were people lining the streets to get into the venue. Following the DVD release party, Big Lou had 6 interviews with various music and entertainment publications. This week alone, he is booked for 13 interviews, ending the week with a one hour live radio broadcast on New York's 91.9 FM.
"Big Lou's success is spreading like wildfire," stated Frank Urban, Big Lou's manager. "Even major artists in the rap industry are starting to take notice of Big Lou's talent. The freestyle collaboration with Busta Rhymes, the DVD release, the sold out shows, and all of the media interviews has resulted in a massive wave of exposure. Big Lou is well on his way to becoming a major success. His rapid rise in the industry is almost scary."

A/S 599 Million, O/S 319 million
I called IR and I got a response back. It was positive. So IMO the charts look fantastic and the Company has little to no debt, The Company retired Shares the A/S 599 Million, O/S 319 million as of today when I called. GMSC finacially is fiancially sound due to the CEO getting financeing a while back that was also in a PR. There is no Dilution and if you do not beleive me call the T/A.
GMSC is working on increaseing revenues and has a game plan in tact. Just read the last PR. 2007 is starting off well IMO. These are facts not opinions. Anyone can check their web site for info or call. By the way GMSC turned down an ofer for 2 cents a share a while back because it was not an offer managemnt thought was fair. If a offer comes their way that management thinks is good then GMSC will be bought out IMO. ***************************************************** Called TA today, the phone # is 702-656-4919.
