I've been checking with the TA and the O/S has stayed steady at 414M which means they did dilute over the month month about 95M shares but during last Oct's run the O/S was about 419M also the A/S is 500M so unless they change the artiicles of incorporation not a whole lot more could be sold.

That's par for the course. I've been following this stock for close to a year now. Been in it twice when it's run to .01. MM's love to play with. A lot of partial fills, especially 5K fills to either take it down or move it up. But once they are done playing they let it move. Usually moves over the course of a week or more not straight up like some.

Probably just some disgruntled investor that was hoping for a big run soon and lost patience, that or it was someones stop loss triggered. At .0009 I wouldn't touch CHNW with your money, much less my own, LMAO. Thats a sure sign it'll double from here.

For something that has extremely great potential, this should be good for anyone who took some losses on the bigger markets. We've got now a double bottom, the technicians should be seeing this as good. Got to remember Qbanito over Big Lou. Anything on the super micro stocks ought to be interesting.

Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. Announces Qbanito's Festival Success 55 minutes ago - Market Wire Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GMSC) is pleased to announce Qbanito's performance at the "Le Festival Montreal en Lumiere" last Friday night was a huge success.
In front of more than 2,000 people, in -40 degree weather, Qbanito lit up the main stage at the 8th edition of "Le Festival Montreal en Lumiere" (The Festival of Lights). Forgetting about the bitter weather for a moment, fans danced and sang along with Qbanito as the Old Port of Montreal transformed into a hot Caribbean party. The Hydro-Quebec "Festival Montreal En Lumiere" is a two weekend long outdoor celebration featuring non-stop entertainment and festivities. The Port of Montreal is lit up with thousands of lights for this winter event, as people from all over come out to enjoy the activities despite the frigid Canadian winter weather.
Headlining this major show was an exclamation point on a great week for the GEM artist. Qbanito began the week with an interview with Nathalie Petrowski, a writer for La Presse. Petrowski wrote a magnificent profile and article about Qbanito that was published last Saturday. Later in the week, Qbanito was interviewed by Music Plus, Canada's version of MTV. The interview took place in the snow, atop of Mount Royal in Canada where Qbanito got the chance to plug his much anticipated follow up French album; as well as his performance at the Festival of Lights.
"I attended the festival this weekend with Pierre Gendron from TOX Records, and I have to say we were both extremely pleased with Qbanito's performance," stated President Fred Berlin. "I don't know how he did it, but in 40 below weather, Qbanito managed to set the stage on fire with his performance. It was impressive to watch over 2,000 people sing along to every song he performed. It was just absolutely amazing to watch the connection between Qbanito and the fans. I am very proud of him."

I just received a call from the PR firm for GMSC and the person said that the outstanding shares will stay what ever they are which is somewhere below 500000. What is going to change is the authorized shares which will be (five billion). That doesn't mean they're going to use all of them for any kind of acquisition or some of them. So the extra shares might be used or may never be used.
Overall we all can take this for what it is which doesn't necessarily have to be bad news.
