Grand Entertainment has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with a private company to purchase all of Grand Entertainment's outstanding shares. The LOI states the buyout price at $.02 by the purchaser pending due diligence review and the execution of a definitive agreement. During this time, both companies will be determining whether the offer is in their best respective interests.

Think about this news. When another company has interest in GMSC, that means that they know GMSC is going to be BIG. And this is proving it. I'm sure they might get other LOI's.

Nice. I think profit takers are done for the day. We will probably have a day similar to yesterday. Volume will grow, but not too fast. But we will close over .01.

Hey I'm new to this buyout situation...could someone explain what's going to happen if or when this company buys them out what happens? Do they buy all my shares for .02 cents per share and I get the money?or is it something else?

1cent...keep in mind that this is just an LOI. If it happens, then you're shares are worth .02. But in my opinion, GMSC knows the potential this has...so they will hold out till at least .05+.

With the good news, it looks like MMs brought some of their friends making this harder to move up. But the potential will fight them. And remember, there aren't too many shares out for sale.
I'm sure this is starting to get on people's radar though. Next week will be big.
I still think we will have a nice run and close at .01+
