Ultimate icon at WarZone Guest appearance by former champ By GLEN DAWKINS, STAFF REPORTER
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight champion and three-time undefeated King of Pancrase Bas Rutten will make a special guest appearance when Ultimate Cage Wars presents War Zone, tomorrow night at the Winnipeg Convention Centre.
"He was the UFC former champion and to bring those big superstars to Winnipeg (is a big thing)," said promoter Tony Condello. "But we got him."
Rutten will sign autographs and meet spectators during his appearance. Also making an appearance at tomorrow's card will be current TKO heavyweight champion Krzysztof Soszynski of Winnipeg, who claimed his title by defeating Icho Larenas last month in Montreal.
The nine-bout mixed martial arts card will feature Lethbridge's Justin Tevernini and Winnipeg's Alex Popov. Fighting begins at 7:30 p.m.
The card will be taped for broadcast on the Fight Network across North America due to a three-year deal UFC signed recently.
Ticket sales have already surpassed 2,000 and Condello is hoping to sell 3,000.
"As each year goes by, we try to bring in better fighters from across Canada and the United States," said Condello, who started UFC two years ago. "We'll have a better chance (to book fighters) because of the deal with the Fight Network. That helps quite a bit."
Tickets are $27 plus agency fees and are available at TicketMaster. VIP tables are still available by calling Condello at 229-9173.

So where's the official press release from Blackout Media? Huh? An official press release of United States coverage would certainly make this thing pop today. Why aren't they putting the news out? Seems rather suspect.

Well, boys and girls. 3 has printed and we now have a 3 bid 4 ask 6 cents worth of stock trades at .0003 a total of 200 shares and things have changed...REALLY.......... You all know about PT Barnum I presume...MMs make him look like a choir boy.. Hold tight ...All is well! nothing that I can see has changed except for the better!

That was interesting. It was at 3/4 and somebody painted it to 5. Then the b/a went to 4/5 again. I hope we get a 2/3 next week.

Bigrod.. I really don't know what to think. I have been very optimistic of BKMP from the time i invested in them around june up through now. I do think something big is in the works. Usually when companies have something to hide they will release many fluff PR's to keep shareholders interested. But BKMP didn't even do that. The funny thing is that Sandy had 'anticipated' this trading about a month from the beginning of september as stated on the PR. So I think something came up in the process where they had to hold the trading of the preferreds for some reason.
I try not to get my hopes up for anything, but I'm hoping that possible 'test' trade of a million shares of BKMPP is a sign of things to come next week. Another thing is, my broker actually updated my account with 'new' preferred shares and I no longer have a description of '10,000:1'. I now have all of the shares LOL billions! I think things are going to get interesting.

Scottrade still shows BKMPP as L994. Next week will be interesting. Something is definitely up. Good luck guys. I only have 1.5 million shares.....but who knows, maybe its enough for me to retire. lol

Very interesting this turn of events from the first day you could pull a yahoo quote it said to trade dec 31 now it say nothing but a million shares traded today at .0000.
I like you guys wonder what is up I have etrade and it still says in my account 1=10,000
