The fact that they are 1 year old means very little to me in terms of revenues and subscribers. I just want to see numbers. If in a year's time they only have 2,000 subscribers and revenues of less $100,000 that's fine. Even if they only made $10,000 in the last 12 months that's fine too.
I'm not expecting mega numbers after just a year. I just want to see numbers so I can gauge the investment value and potential of this stock. Anybody who is a good steward of their money and cares about their money should want to know this information as well.

Nirvana.......THIS IS A BABY! AN INFANT! and a pink.......BUT...appears to be..... Growing like an elephant....You are looking for a much more mature company..it seems. When and if you get what you are looking for with TFN/BKMP it won't be for .0005...I look for the HUGE possible upside at the earliest hour .....when I recognize the potential (in this case its an executing co. in a market thats on fire) I'll start buying. If things progress I'll continue..gambling in this venue moreso than investing but like the prospects for VERY BIG scores.

Jimmy, again, we have different trading styles. There is quite a bit I like about BKMP. But, at this point in time, there are too many unknowns, too many unanswered questions that could be answered, but aren't.
BKMP could be more forthright about their revenue and subscriber status, yet they refuse to release this information. Even if BKMP put out a PR that stated they only had 5 paying subscribers in the whole of Canada, that would be fine with me, because at least they are being honest and transparent.
My feeling is that they want to be vague and aloof and purposely keep information out of investors hands. That is totally uncool with me.

Subscribers are one of the key factors for me. Subs show a brand's strength, market penetration, future potential, investment opportunity, and market expansion probability.
I work in exact numbers. "Multi millions" of subs sounds like speculation. Could you kindly provide documentation that backs up the numbers and revenues you've posted?
It would be imperative for all potential investors to see documented proof.

exact numbers...documented proof.............Not Imperative.......maybe to the concrete sequential personality but to the random abstract...of little import (eventually, in good time) the BIGGER PICTURE is the imperative here.. You give this little company too much credit and seem to think of it as a behemoth.Right now these guys are small and many are new. MY guess is they are shifting, moving, juggling,....... employees business partners,financials,proposals, contracts,etc. in varied arenas.. THAT IS BECAUSE OF THEIR SUCCESS!!!!! All new ventures should be so lucky! OH, If you have millions of viewers there must be an awful lot of subs. Thats good enough for me at this point..Just continue to improve the format and get the best names possible..THEY ARE!!

Neilsen Media Research
The company is performing very well in its digital category; our position against the other specialty digital channels in Canada is strong and should only get stronger as we expand our subscriber base. Our goal is to become the number one digital channel in Canada, and we think we can do it.
Fight Network Radio
We have been actively moving our 24/7 Fight Radio concept forward where we are nearly ready to roll this out to the market. We have been in contact with XM and Sirius about the possibilities of putting this on satellite radio. We are looking to have it available on broadband once we have launched.
The LAW has moved to 1010 CFRB in Toronto which is the Number 1 talk radio station in Canada. The move has been very good for both us and them.
Fight Mobile
FIGHT MOBILE is now available in the United States on Verizon Wireless' Mobile Web 2.0 network, Sprint and Cingular. Other second-tier carriers are preparing to launch the U.S. service in the near future, while in Canada we have successful launched on Telus and we are looking to being added by the other tier-one carriers before the year end. When fully deployed, FIGHT MOBILE has the potential of reaching over 220,000,000 (Two Hundred and Twenty Million) cell phones in North America.
Our partners in FIGHT MOBILE are also working on getting the service into other parts of the world and we should see some results in the upcoming months ahead on that initiative.
In addition to the news component of FIGHT MOBILE, we are also working on video content and will be outlining that product in the next quarter. We are expecting to launch the video on mobile phones in the first quarter of 2007.
Fight Network Online
The FIGHT STORE has been launched by The Fight Network; demand is strong and thus far sales have exceeded targets. We are expecting the holiday season to be strong with some important announcements with respect to the Store and some exciting licensing opportunities to be forthcoming this fall.
Stock Buy-Back
The share buy-back is still in full force and effect and should market conditions exist where funds should be allocated to furthering the buyback then that is exactly what will happen.

BKMP Chart...2nd Trough near Equal.............
The double bottom is a major reversal pattern that forms after an extended downtrend. As its name implies, the pattern is made up of two consecutive troughs that are roughly equal, with a moderate peak in between.

Why Do Double Bottom Reversals Form??????????
Double Bottom
A double bottom formation is in many ways the mirror image of the double top. After an extended decline to new lows a stock puts-in a bottom on massive volume and a moderate rally ensues. After several sessions (sometimes weeks) the stock drifts back to test the first bottom but this time buying accelerates and another rally occurs.
Why Does It Happen?
Whereas double tops are all about distribution, the double bottom is about accumulation. After an extended decline characterized by aggressive short-selling and valuation concerns, value-oriented investors with longer-term time horizons begin to take positions in the stock. They understand that the only way to build a large position in a stock that they like is to do so when selling predominates. It is their willingness to buy the stock when all of the news is bad that creates a clear support level, the first bottom (bottom#1). This first part of the pattern will normally be sufficient to force many professional short sellers (bears) to cover positions. This coupled with buying from longer-term value investors may be enough to rejuvenate investors that recently purchased the stock at higher levels -- they may even rationalize that the "market" is finally beginning to realize that the current weakness is without merit a few bullish speculators may be enticed to take new long positions. Unfortunately, after several sessions of positive price action buying pressures are exhausted and the stock once again begins to falter. The reaction to the decline that formed bottom#1 is complete. Technical traders call this the reaction high. Sensing easy profits, short sellers return and bullish speculators decide to take profits, modest selling becomes a route. As the stock approaches bottom#1 volume remains light and in many cases the stock will actually fall through the previous low on very light volume.
It is at this point in time that pessimism is greatest, there seems to be no legitimate reason to continue holding the stock. Novice short sellers add new short positions and beleaguered bulls who purchased the stock at much higher levels begin to surrender in anticipation of a new leg lower. However the expected big decline never materializes, selling pressures have been exhausted and this is when professional short sellers realize the "jig is up". It is the new buying by bearish investors to cover short positions to capture profits and the continued accumulation by longer-term investors that helps the stock stabilize. As a second bottom (bottom#2) begins to take shape the pace of short covering accelerates and a new group of bullish speculators take long positions, the rally explodes. On the chart two equal bottoms are created, the double bottom is in place. In many cases double bottoms lead to important rallies because a vital support level has been established.

Im almost positive randy was on bubba love sponge show on sterns channel with tito ortiz, I missed the very first part, but bubba brought up "randy" who was with tito, then he tried to prononce his last name and totally mispronounced it. after that it seemed like randy just sat there and said NOTHING.. it was all tito.. weird.. then when they wrapped it up, bubbas told them to plug something and tito plugged like 5 things and then... thats it.. nothing from randy.. does anyone else listen to the show at all. he has ufc fighter on all the time, dana white on weekly and he's broadcasting his show saturday from ufc in vegas. Dana really knows how to market this. I hope im clear that randy was there, for like an hour even, with no mention of tfn? JMHO

I believe the UFC 'Reality Show' concept made up of the UFC 2nd or 3rd rank fighters is a joke. This is why the 'non-hollywood' UFC fighters, make fun of their counterparts the 'reality show boat boys'. 'Tito' seems to be the lead 'promo' man here and I believe this is a very very controversial area with the strictly competitive UFC Fighters.
I hope Dana White stops this 'reality show' non sense with his lower ranked fighters......its too much drama-queen garbage.
So in a nut shell Randy who is an ex-marine and strictly competive...would 'NATURALLY' defer the spot light to Tito...but I bet in reality, Dana structured it that way.
If you had notice many of the clips were showing scenes from Randy Couture/St Pierre training camp which is on almost everyday for an hour on The Fight Network.....
So in reality, Dana 'UFC' White doesn't want to be plugging TFN on his own airing here in the States right now....just wouldn't make fiscal sense............
So Randy Couture and St Pierre both said nothing except a few affirmations to the ones they were coaching....Chuck Liddell was there also but from scenes of the training camp....no way were St Pierre, Randy Couture, & St Pierre affiliated in any way to the 'Reality Show' concept........................
I really hope Dana White stops that 'reality show' stuff....yuck.................

yea, but its MARKETING.. its what works, especially in the states. i never got into the show really, but a lot of people did and it turned a lot of new eyes their way. it was bubbas show, so dana had no control over it, randy talked, but it would of been nice to hear just one comment about tfn.. UFC is blowing up, so to criticize their techniques doesnt make sense. i hope tfn can do it too, just wish i heard more about them. big dumping right now...

HV....I think its because shares are being bought at the $.0004...... SEC regulations stipulate that Sandy must buy-back at the Bid...if he wishes to do so....
Other than that I can't figure anyone else doing so unless its the MMs themselves trying to cover some of their latent shorts.....
Just several days ago we watched over 400 million traded at the $.0004 and the bid did not even budge...so one has to wonder if this is not the Buy-Back Program kicking in.....

He would probably dig the tfn channel, just doesnt know much about it. i did hear last ufc mentioning Ryan memorial fund on bubba show, chuck mentioned he was a great guy, and dana too, but i never saw anything on ebay

UFC & Pride is like NFL & AFL.....all must be shown on a network. In the first instance we're watching UFC on Spike in the USA...so to have Randy Couture comment on The Fight Network...would be highly innappropriate and offensive to Spike........
I believe there are many people who do not want to see the Sport of MMA turn into a Reality Show like 'Flavor of Love'......... Can you imagine Brian Urlacher (Chicago Bears) starting to cry and wring his hands because someone wasn't sensitive enough to his needs?
There is much to say in the positive for Dana White and his contribution in marketing MMA...my comment is strictly in the negative about the 'Reality Show' approach with his 2nd rank-3rd rank fighters..........
