For those still wondering about your accounts, I found this documents last night and posted it over at IHUB. I believe, based on this documents, that the 1:1 ratio is correct in your accounts, seeing as it states 1 shares of preferred actually equals 10:000.
I use Scottrade and after clicking the 'Accounts Tab' and then 'Positions' it shows this ->
L994 BLOUT MEDIA PFD 1=10000 SHRS
This is in perfect compliance with the 'Notice' you posted.... It was like this about two weeks ago...Scottrade was quit efficient in expediting the postings.....
I liked this part the best though from your 'Notice'.....

this is a friggin email i got back from C-trade , SOB's , dtc, sayin not freely tradeable

Blackbeard and Happy Valley.. someone on HSM board had received his divy's already.. but i have not received mine yet. i really cant understand how they can tell us they have not received shares yet when another shareholder with the same broker (choice trade) received his divy shares. here's what he said

We initially adjusted all accounts on 9/19/06 but due to the size of the shares involved in the adjustments we could not reflect the correct number of shares. We are currently in the process of making the necessary adjustments. Because of the 10000 rate involved it will have to processed manually. I do not have a specific date for the completion although it should be in the next few days. I will continue to monitor your account to make sure the shares are credited.
