What does this do? Well, the company is only obligated to pay the dividend on the preferred shares to 13 billion shares. The company owns 13 billion shares so they don't owe ANYTHING. Who owes US a cash dividend on the preferreds. The broker (UBSS) that was naked short on BKMP. So what is the broker willing to pay to BUY our preferreds from us.....anything less than the cash dividend of .005.

Has anyone contacted DTC's customer service? With these two posts by karbin12 and artfink; things are getting more and more interesting.. has anyone talked to DTC as to what is going on? DTC issued this on the 18th of September, maybe they are having trouble finding shares for everyone ! funny how they stated it's TIME CRITICAL..LOL..GLTA!
