What you have to think about is: How many times has good news not moved the pps? Sandy wants to rattle the MMs so that the next big PR has a better chance of launching the pps into a run. The preferred shares will probably only have a par value of .000000007 or sumthing per share. But you will be given a way to convert them into either cash or common shares.

The chart with the downtrend? You are friggen kidding me right? .0014 to .0003 is not a downtrend? At .0014 I said it was done for a while.. short to mid term downtrend and jackoffs like maxy here called me every name they could get their mommy's to spell for them... That downtrend happened and now they refuse to aknowledge it.

The only way this thing it going to drop, is if people are ignorant enough to believe that the dividend will dilute the stock. Perception is reality, so I will keep my 100 mil buy open at .0002 to take advantage of that ignorance.

I showed a trend line last week.. perhaps you should try reading the post again. I said that BKMP was just under the descending trend line and is if got above that line it would have a fair chance of experiencing a bullish reversal.. Reading isn't that hard maxy.. it's comprehending that's tricky.

This is my first time posting on this site. I'm a long for BKMP and have been here since the 2's, most of my holdings were bought between the 2's and 5's. I have never bought over 5. Too speculative with a direction but no direction if you know what I mean.
The reason for my post is this. Someone had asked earlier concerning the connection with PAIM. If anyone else has expelled this, my apology.What I am going to say may mean nothing but there is a very small connection and believes me to think this is where Sandy got this idea from. It is no harm to BKMP holders, but a strengthening for the stock because of the different ways PAIM and BKMP are going about it.
Since I have owned BKMP for quite a long time and I have also owned/own PAIM for a long time (FYI - made a bunch on PAIM already and still have a very large preferred holdings, large common and a very large CD to cash in later)I feel that this move is nothing but good for BKMP.
The connection between PAIM and BKMP, is very small but it may mean something. In early 2006 Mr. Winick was the 'Corporate Secretary' to PAIM. Is this where he got this idea from? I have freakin idea. Sounds someone suspect to me but still no harm to BKMP. Is he STILL the corporate secretary? I have no clue.
I just love to see how the corporate world works. It makes people think - don't it?
I have owned many and I mean many pennies and PAIM was the FIRST to come up with the preferred angle, now BKMP........UMMMMMM.......I realy think SANDY got this idea from PAIM.
I HOPE to GOD he can pull this off a little better than PAIM. As I said eariler, I made a bunch off of PAIM but that involved a lot of timing on my part and I was lucky and timed it right.
Still holding and hoping it goes BIG time. I'm tired of working and need to relax and retire. :-).
Just thought I would include my 2 cents.
This is ONLY MY OPINION based on facts - If you disagree, I can accept that. My agenda is to make money. However, no one has tried to explain the connection to PAIM - I DID!!!!

Maxy I have been accurate with all my predictions on this stock thus far.. if that troubles you.. Sorry bud, don't know what to tell you. I am sorry I can't join you in screaming that every day will be an up day.. The stock is a scam. How many shares does it have again? lol This company will dilute and then reverse split. It has happened before. This is the very company that proclaimed they were initiating a buyback just before they issued two billion shares. How much did they buy back? Six hundred million shares. Compared to the two billion they had just issued. It is a scam. Total assets are a twenty percent stake in TFN and eight thousand in office equipment..lol I have more office equipment than they do...lol You see maxy I am quite bearish on the stock overall, but I am unafraid to say there might very well be a few updays here and there. It's called honesty and a firm grasp on reality. It's ok.. I know you don't understand. It wouldn't suit you well at all to agree with me about this stock. QBID fell apart, just as I said it would and all the promoters left and moved to BKMP... Same people.. same tactics.

Bashers have made the connection before, pointing to it as some conspiracy or something. Bottom line: Stocks connected to Sandy, make people money if they play them right. Take profits, get initial investment out ASAP and ride free shares.
