IMO the reason PR is the lifeblood of pinkies and they nearly all trend down between news is that the interested parties have already loaded up and the only way for the stock to move up is to spark new interest--with news.
Right now, we've all already bought as much as we're comfortable with. So sure he's the only one buying, but if we have only one buyer, I'm glad it's someone like him. Get the float down as much as possible so that when new buyers finally do come in with the next meaningful announcement, there aren't a lot of shares for them to fight over and, absent dilution, the stock moves fast.
