Seems to me a call for certs will do nothing. I'm guessing most all of this is naked shorting. From what I've read here, the only thing a MM would have to do is buy back a small amount of shares and resell them. This would reset their 3-day covering timeline. Is this correct thinking?
Now, if everyone called for their certs, maybe, just maybe something would happen. That, of course, will never happen IMO.
I'm beginning to wonder if there is actually a way the MM's can be beat here. I wanted to ask Rufus that on one of the Paltalk interviews.

Personally, I imagine most would try to dump most and hold a small position to see what happens. So what if a person only called in the number of shares they intend to hold post reset...would that squeeze the MM's enough to prevent major manipulation?

milliam - I am looking at the current price. No I don't think we can beat them. Especially, in the greed department. If we can draw out the process we can maybe... maybe... apply pressure to their timelines.

I'm holding 2,200 Ima I'll give them 200 at $5 to protect investment, but then my 2000 is valued much higher... Much Higher btw I talke to an etrade guy and in the process I asked him if I was missing anything but what he gathered from teh 8K is that CSHD at lest has that asset filed yesterday.... as if we didn't know that already. This sucker is legit. and the illegitament MM's are suckers. JMHO. If I had a bat and a room full of MM's I'd start swinging.

Well, maybe Rufus can give us a stategic battle plan to get the MM's.
I wonder if the past two bond PR's have been a disappointment for them. I would assume they believed the first would have bumped the pps up. Maybe this time, they figured they'd 8k the info and that would make the pps rise. I have a feeling we're not the only ones that are frustrated.

I really can't see this moving until the 10k and merger filings are done...
I am hoping that they will PR the 10K the day before they put it out...even in the morning...so we can have a nice run... release the 10K...another little run... relese a pr about the 10K...little run Release a pr about the s4 filing...run Release S4 filing...run (?S4 i think) Release PR of stock being reset...run and finally the reset..
That would give us 6-7 days of Running/flipping and finally the reset!
Money to be made...before during and after the process!

I can guarantee you this is not what Rufas was aiming for. It should be up around book value right about now. These are not fluff releases or filings. but their effect has been less than inspiring.

10...the way this thing is going, I'm not sure that any of those things would cause this to run...well, they actually would cause it to, but I don't think the MM's would let it.
Man, I might have to get me one of those pyramids...I'm feeling a bit paranoid. :0

He needs to do something to help this situation. We are holding like he wanted now he has to show us why we are doing so. 8K helped me, but it obviously did nothing to shorty.
