I need to correct myself, Schwab sent out letters to clients, not faxes. Someone faxed a copy to another person who posted it on HSM....Sorry!

Must be fun trading back and forth... makin a little money but still not having enough shares to save them from the damage of a reset. Makes me glad to be sitting where we are.

From what everyone says MM's can do it. United States accounts can't people get offshore accounts to be able to short. I don't know if Canada allows it.

There are apparently a few places outside of the US that you can short pennies... The MM's can and Have shorted them...and it sounds like if you"have enough $" you can "pay" and actual MM to short them And IMO...some of these trades are indeed Mirror trades... look at the sho list...it states that this is "short"... there's some of my thoughts...

Sorry ran out for lunch... In response to your question Sand. I don't think he has the ability legally to go straight to NASDAQ but I think he has a good plan on making his stay on the OTCBB a very short one. They have strict guidelines that must be met to achieve a NASDAQ listing and two major ones are average share price and average volume. They have not made that goal yet.
I think they will qualify within the timeframe they specified 30 to 60 days following the 10K. The listing itself is very expensive for companies with large numbers of shares, it is a positive note that Rufas is even talking about it. It means he has little concern for the price of the listing because they "have" the funds. Sort of supports his large "proclaimed" war chest.
I really want to keep digging until I find the political tie to Rufas. I know it or they are out there somewhere but I can't seem to locate it just yet. Most politicians tax returns are publicized to some point. I remember combing through kerry's Tax return prior to the last presidential campaign. But with the number of ties to Georgia, Texas, and New York and a lean to the Republican Party and Military contracts I feel I got a few places to start.
Honestly I am not doing this for the board or the stock at this point. I am very satisfied with the investment I have made and plan on holding. I would just like to know exactly how big this Holdings company is, because it appears to grow bigger everytime I start to dig.

Which perspective? The one where I sift through large amounts it Internet sources, or the one where I shake uncontrollably and quote Beavis.
How about the half naked indian and the Van Morrison music, or the paranoid pyramid worshiper.
I need to know which one just so I can send that personallity a thank you card giving it the deserved props.
j/k We all do our part on this board. I know BB has helped us all alot with her research. Tex has shown a deep understanding of the market and it's regs. Chart and Rat have to be given their props for some excellent chart decipherment (Is that a word?) 10of13 is awesome at keeping us "All" real and in check... And I could go on and on... It is a good deal of work keeping a level head when the waves are this big.
I have been watching pennies for a very long time, and have a small obsession of the market in general. I really get a kick out of trying to locate the diamonds in the rough, but will also say that many on this board preach caution and financial protection. This is the makings of a great group of investors, people aware of what risks are there and who are not afraid to voice concerns.
I got on to someone earlier about being mad about too much "speculation". mainly because I believe it takes a certain amount of "speculation" to get to the bottom of difficult questions. If someone hadn't first speculated a $15 share price, no one would have looked up whether it was possible/legal or not. Someone did and the answer was encouraging, so we are all here.
I think we are getting real close to seeing the percentage gain on this stock while others are already there. Let's just continue to question this stock, keep a level head about the "wild" claims and accusations, and play this to the level we are each most comfortable. It still looks like a winner in my opinion.
