Hey did we resolve any of those concerns about the defaulted loans, PIPES, and Mr. 78% owner? Just seemed like a way to get this deal done IMO. Sure these guys are going to make a sheizeload of money, but I just didn't see the smoking gun. Plus Glass and Dust were getting a bit testy, so I went to bed...

Agreed dog...I was able to sell half of my position yesterday at a whoppin' 1.03...Thursday was my "cut off date" for this thing...in light of all that is happening...I figured that there would be a sell off due to the lack of info and "strangeness" surrounding what little info there is...so I sold half...hoping to get it at a much lower PPS today...we'll see if it works...other wise...I still am in with half...and I will hold that until I see absolute that this is a scam...

i guess i set myself up for this even making the comment. but it's not funny.
anyway, boring day. thought of adding some but waiting to see where the pps goes later today. if i wasnt sitting in a hotel room id probably find something better to do...

BB "poor woman" just means if some sadistic web developer is out there stealing your identity... We as a whole would feel sorry for you... oops there we go again.. We as a whole would have sympathy for said victim of said hanus crime. Even if the said web developer had cool comments like "Oh, I am gonna be late for my shoot." to back up their sick and twisted game, the heartfelt feelings go out to the pretty model, not intellegent "sick and twisted" web developer/penny stock investor.

There's way too much "news" being leaked about this... yes some have proven to be true, but I'm not ready to believe anything that's being purported, until a formal press release.

My step daughter has a sister named Catia... and yes she is a 11 year old girl of Russian decent. Now that I think about it... I think she would like to grow up to be an engineer.
/jk about the being an engineer part no kid wants to grow up and do that for a living. That is just something they get suckered into in college when they find out how much teachers and firemen make.

Besides everything being in the hands of various agencies, he said the new company symbol will be out by Monday or Tuesday and start trading with new symbol Wednesday or Thursday. He said there are 74M shares outstanding and 200M authorized. He was not aware of any dilution.
