Food for thought: Listened to some of Kramer at MaD Money last night on my way to San Diego (Xm).
He was talking about sectors and business cycles ... that it's up to 50% of the stocks performance can be infuenced by being basically at the right place at the right time.
What is AISS? I'd think defense is a big sector right now ... as for the cycle, it seems there may not be much of a cycle - just always alot of conflicts going on.

some posters have indicated that they have shorted this stock - I was just reviewing the margin account agreement on Scottrade and they do not allow shorting of stocks below $5/share. Which BDs allow shorting of penny stocks?

FYI-Since the subject was brought up. I was listening to Subpenny yesterday and Simon, The host, called TDAmeritrade to get some info on stocks that were under restricted trading status. So during his call he asked the agent about shorting. Lo and Behold, the agent stated that TD Ameritrade allows shorting of OTCBB and Pinks. He said not all of them can be shorted but that many can. This policy has been in effect for about 6 months. Interesting wouldn't you say.

Rat... YES I call a stock that was buried that takes off like a rocket in the last hour a good EOD run! lol ~
Good thing I wasn't watching, it was forming a DEcending triangle and a breakout to the bottom WAS on the way!!
But if you all remember I've said that I'M LONG LONG LONG with this baby so the price TO ME doesn't mean much, I've bet that this goes through and I'm sticking to it. Until a 10k tells me it isn't worth it,-which I doubt!!
Nice to see you all in better moods. I bet after that slow decline all day some more bailed, and like I said before, be comfy with what you have on the line. IMO there is nothing more we can do but wait, the DD is done, the game playing will go on and the price will continue to bounce so just get comfy then sit back and watch the show!!!
And what a show it is! This one will make it to the grandkids when the time comes

Chart, I am with you on this deal! I've been involved in about 7 or 8 penny stocks of which only the last 3 I have done well in. I "parlayed" the profits into FHAL. I'm all in on this baby, and you want to know why? I've seen the stocks that are cruising in development, just about to do this or that, etc, etc, etc. ...
For once, I really appreciate being a part of something, despite all our diligence on this one, which really has something going for it. I truly believe there is so much more we will discover in the next few days - hopefully all beyond our imagination. I will truly be shocked if the news is anything to the contrary!
We have looked at every angle and exameined every corner ... if there is anything left to see, lets do it. If not, maybe we should soon start talking more about the true potential to this stock, whatever it may be. Like for instance, what are other similar stocks valued at on the NASDAQ?
It recall hearing something on CNBC about a company of about 2 billion was selling at about $40 pps. Certainly the 10k will help to define this better, but, we do have information to start with which can be recalculated when better information comes out.
It is my observation that we need to be ahead of the game here, especially when we do not know exactly when all this is going to come down - obviously we know it's going to be "as early as Monday". It would sure be nice to have some sort of range of "agreed value" based on best info as to where this stock should rest. At least have a idea of it's potential.
I want to wish good luck to you all! I'am looking forward to the run, change, 10k, halt, run, #, %, *, and $$$. See you all in the trenches!

That is what I was sayen to Mr Personality earlier...
That was a fantastic revovery EOD...It all happened in less than 30 minutes...I call it a RUN...We would hve been down at least 25% without the late day news.. More than likely on the way to .60 monday morning ....I think we are safe now...
