Would anyone care to comment on this from PalTalk? I'd like to knock it down if I can. Would appreciate any input. Thanks, Staretsky - IrishLife2: About the Bond...I called my Investment Banker and all she could tell me was that the CUSIP number existed, but not that Rufus, et al, owned all or any of it. Also, it was not cashed by anyone. She said the Bond had a poor rating and the info on the ********** regarding that bond rating was correct

Irish-"all she could tell me was that the CUSIP number existed"
That is the same information others have commented on, does not mean much, or prove ownership.

Portman & Tax: Thanks for answering, I was hoping for something like that - you've knocked it down for me. I'm trying to avoid negativity right about now.

I could'nt nail down a solid to the point answer on that. I did find the link to the bond itself and posted it here. -but still looking around as always and checking back here.

??? All I said was I found nothing solid one way or the other and that I believe I posted the link to that very bond here... Don't have solid answers on that, but still checking...

the funny thing about this bond situation is that people expect to see proof of ownership on the bond...
the company i work for has around thirty bonds...i know a fair amount about them...i've done the accounting and record keeping for most of them...all range from 2 to 10mil a piece...
not once have i ever seen our name on the certificate with the bond info...an invoice from the institution perhaps...but that has account info and all that other PRIVATE info...
all we can do is believe or disbelieve what they say about ownership...
and the "story" was not that they sold it...only that they used it as collatoral to get a bunch of cash...i forget the technical term for the process though...this was stated in that interview with the lawyer...

yeah until they show us an account statement with whichever broker they used to complete the transaction...I don't think we'll have black and white proof...and i'm not saying they should have to or anything...
then they have to tie in who ever is listed as the owner of said account...because chances are it isn't listed as Conversion Solutions Holding Corp.
